Watch Hollywood blockbusters and hit TV shows
Satcom Direct has partnered with Lufthansa Technik to provide nicemedia
premium content service to the business aviation market. In mid-2017,
content will be delivered via nicemedia’s portable, lightweight 5” x 7” x 3”
SmartBox. You can stream to personal electronic devices (PEDs) including
iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets in-flight.
Automated fresh content updates are provided every month. There is no
additional data usage onboard – new content is downloaded to the SmartBox
while on the ground. Simply carry the portable Smartbox with you on your
flight. A one-time DRM authentication through the internet is required for the
PED application.
Multiple movies and users are supported so you can watch different movies
on PEDs and bulkhead monitors at the same time. Watch as much as you
want, as many times as you want, for one monthly fee.
