NEEDLES
1 pair 4mm (No8) (US6) needles
Stripe Garter Stitch Trim
Side Edgings [both alike]
Using 4mm (US6) needles cast on 13 sts with B
Always twisting yarns together at right hand edge of work when
changing colour and by passing the darker colour over the lighter
colour, cont in stripe garter stitch pattern as follows:Row 1 [RS]: Using B, K
Row 2: Using B, K
Row 3: Using A, K
Row 4: Using A, K
These 4 rows form the stripe garter stitch pattern.
Cont to rep these 4 rows until work, when slightly stretched, fits up
one entire side [long] edge of blanket and ending on a 1st pattern
row, WS facing for next row:Next row [WS]: Using B, cast-off knitwise [on WS]
Repeat for opposite side edge.
Slip stitch or mattress stitch side edgings into place
Top Edging
Using 4mm (US6) needles cast on 13 sts with B.
Cont in stripe garter stitch pattern until work, when slightly
stretched, fits along entire top edge of blanket and across both short
ends of side edgings and ending on a 1st pattern row, WS facing
for next row:Next row [WS]: Using B, cast-off knitwise [on WS]
Slip stitch or mattress stitch top edging into place.
Bottom Edging
Using 4mm (US6) needles cast on 13 sts with B.
Cont in stripe garter stitch pattern until work, when slightly
stretched, fits along entire bottom edge of blanket and across both
short ends of side edgings and ending on a 1st pattern row, WS
facing for next row:Next row [WS]: Using B, cast-off knitwise [on WS]
Slip stitch or mattress stitch bottom edging into place.

Pure Wool Superwash Worsted

Herhaal de voorgaande 4 naalden tot het werk, lichtjes gerekt, past
langs 1 gehele zij (lange) kant van het deken en eindig met de 1e
patroon naald, eindig met de verkeerde kant van het werk naar je toe
voor de volgende naald.
Calm kleurencombinatie
volgende naald [verkeerde kant]: brei met garen B, kant reA = Mole 157
chtbreiend af [aan de verkeerde kant]
B = Umber 110
Herhaal dit voor de andere zij kant.
Blues kleurencombinatie
Naai de randen op de plaats vast met een stiksteek of matrassteek.
A = Light Denim 154
Bovenste rand
B = Electric 143
Zet 13 st op met naalden nr 4mm en garen B.
Evergreen kleurencombinatie
Brei door in gestreepte ribbelsteek tot het werk, lichtjes gerekt, past

langs de gehele bovenkant van het deken en langs beide korte kanten

Brei door in gestreepte ribbelsteek tot het werk, lichtjes gerekt, past

langs de gehele onderkant van het deken en langs de beide korte
Draai altijd de garens om elkaar heen bij de rechterhand kant van het
kanten van de zijkanten en eindig met de 1e patroon naald, eindig met
werk wanneer je van kleur wisselt en leg de donkere kleur over de
