Nick Altomare is an Executive Vice President |
Brokerage in The Retail Connection’s San Antonio
office responsible for managing and growing the
office and the many Retail Connection service
platforms.
Nick has been a proven producer in the San
Antonio and South Texas markets for over 30 years.
His experience includes project leasing, tenant
representation, surplus property disposition, as well
as facilitating numerous investment property sales.
Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Altomare was
a Principal with and led the retail platform of Endura Advisory Group. For 15 years prior to Endura, he
was a principal with United Commercial Realty (UCR) where he was a consistent recipient of their “Top
Producer Award”. He has been responsible for leasing many of San Antonio’s premier shopping centers
and representing a host of best in class national retailers.
Some of Nicks tenant representation clients have been Panera Bread, Regency Beauty, Lifetime Fitness,
PetSmart, Styles for Less, Golf Galaxy, Mattress Firm, Foot Locker, Haverty’s Furniture, Dick’s Sporting
Goods, and AMC Theaters. Nick’s more notable project leasing assignments over his career include La
Plaza del Norte, Huebner Oaks Center, The Forum, and Alamo Ranch.
Nick was awarded the Retail Lease of the Year Award 2008, Dick’s Sporting Goods | SBJ, Retail Lease
of the Year Award 2012, REI | SBJ, the Archon Achievement Award, and was named a CoStar Power
Broker as well as to Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate.
He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Chain Links as well as
having a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
