We have moved out of our offices. It is so strange to be back home after such a wonderful, but long summer. What happened to the summer? We can count and count the days until the summer is here, but then it goes way to fast. Brady Greenberg's bar mitzvah was the other weekend, and we had such a great time. Ryan, Ellen, Jordan Brick, Dylan Brick, AJ Lane, David Schechter, Teddy New, Alex, Uncle Fred, myself, and Zack and Katie came with Cooper, Ben and Jackson were all there. Cooper won his first trivia game and Ben break danced the night away, while Jackson shook his bootie. It was a lot of fun. Bill and Bill brought me the peacocks and 4 hens. So, hopefully when they get used to being in my backyard I will get fresh eggs every morning. Early enrollment for next summer has been really good. We have 75 children enrolled which is great! Now we are busy getting ready for new children and next summer. Next week I am coming to Florida for two days to see 4 new families. The best source of new campers is you! We do not advertise a lot, but we go to open houses and get referrals from new and past campers of Timber Ridge. It is fun to come to camp with a new friend and make them part of our family. We also offer rewards for any camper you refer. Now is the time to talk up camp! So be a partner in our mission to bring the best friends in the world to our home away from home. Tell them to email today and we will visit them and bring you along when we talk camp. Reunions will be announced soon, but summer of 2015 will be here before you know it. If you missed out on early enrollment call today! Uncle Fred’s Message August 8th was the last day of camp, the last day we would all be together and maybe the last day some of us will see each other again. But not for me, because I knew that on August 9th it would be the 1st day of the 2015 season. We started to talk about Color War, which staff should return for the upcoming season, we looked at the skate park as a “possible” mini golf course. Within a few days we had many re-enrollements for the next camping season and had new families asking for information as prospects for next season. Myself and Jill are going to see 4 new families in Florida during the first week of October. The 2014 season might be over, but the memories will always be with us. The 2015 season has already started for us and we are looking forward to the camping season to be here already! I cannot wait to see you at the reunions and the parties. Brady already had his bar mitzvah, which many of you attended. Soon will be greeting all of you as you step off the bus at the shower house! I’ll be there, waving as you step into a whole new camp experience full of memories and fun! The office has moved give us a call to check in on how we are doing! 2 and Green Briar Camp White Mountain HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
