Water and Sewerage Services Bill - Bonds Members noted the additional information provided relating to the concerns relayed by CEF to the inclusion of a clause to make the provision of a bond for sewers a requirement. 8. Agreed: Department to provide details of meetings held with SUDs experts in Northern Ireland.
