ATTIRE
No swimwear or bare feet are allowed in the dining room. Wear
clothing that is comfortable and appropriate for current weather
conditions. Casual dress is recommended.
BOARDING
The North Star yacht will be available for boarding up to 15
minutes prior to the scheduled event time. Destiny Cruises LLC
reserves the right to examine any carry-on items including
bags/purses.
PHOTOS
Cameras are welcome aboard the North Star. Photos will also be
taken prior to departure and are available for purchase upon request.
PAYMENT
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Please, no checks.
FOOD & DRINK
Destiny Cruises reserves all catering, refreshment and alcoholic
beverage sales, and concessions, whether sold or given away. NO
OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES ALLOWED. Photo ID is required
for alcohol service, and Destiny Cruises LLC reserves the right to
refuse alcohol to passengers who appear intoxicated.
TIPPING
This is a personal matter and is up to the individual. Tipping the bar
tenders and captain is customary.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome and encouraged to join any Destiny Cruises
event as long as they are accompanied by responsible adults.
Our vessel is required by law to have life jackets on board for all
children. The life jackets are extremely safe but can be uncomfortable
for young passengers, so passengers are welcome to bring their
own. Neither state law nor Destiny Cruises LLC requires small
children to wear life jackets under normal cruising conditions.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
Regretfully, the North Star is not fully “handicap accessible” as
determined by state law, but the main deck is wheelchair
accessible. Please consult a cruise representative about restrictions
and how our staff can accommodate your guests’ special needs.
UNFAVORABLE WEATHER Destiny Cruises will operate in rain or shine. Should dangerous
weather conditions arise, cruises may be cancelled or rescheduled.
ON-BOARD AMENITIES
The North Star proudly features two full bars, WIFI, three flatscreen TVs, state of the art sound and lighting systems, and a
projector with 50 x 90 in. screen.

Smoking is ONLY permitted outdoors on the Lower Aft Deck.
REFUNDS
All tickets are final and non-refundable. An exception will be made if
uncertainties due to Mother Nature arise and deem the North Star
unsafe for passengers to board (at the discretion of Destiny Cruises LLC).
All cancelled cruises may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
