IMPORTANT DETAILS
● All classic cars will be placed outdoors in the designated parking lot at the Oro Valley Marketplace between the Red Lobster and Olive Garden Parking Lots.
● Exhibitor must provide their own chairs, tables, etc. as desired.
● Classic Car Exhibitors may NOT transact any sales or business transactions from their space, although you may exhibit a FOR SALE sign on your vehicle.
● All cars MUST arrive onsite by 9:30am on the day of the show. You will NOT be permitted to move your vehicle out of the festival area until 3pm.
● All vehicles will be given a specific spot assignment and will be parked according to class.
● There
is no “Day of Registration” for this show!
