OFFICIAL RULES
1. Must
be 21 years of age or older to participate and must be a member of the
Club Serrano program. Membership is free.
2. Drawings
will be held on Monday, November 14th in the Rock ‘n new
casino area at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm, 10pm, 11pm
3. How to Enter:
a. Entries
can be earned Monday, November 14th from 12am to 10:50pm.
b. Patrons
will need to activate their entries within one hour before each
drawing
c. One
free entry per member. Patrons can earn additional entries based
on play and tier status. For every 100 points earned, patrons will earn
additional entries as follows:
i. Classic – 1
ii. Emerald – 2
iii. Diamond – 3
d. Points will be earned through slot play only.
4. There will be one (1) winner of $1,000 Xtra Credit at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm,
7pm, 8pm, 9pm, & 10pm.
5.There will be five (5) winners drawn at 6pm and again at 11pm. Winners will
have 5 minutes to claim their prize. If winner does not claim their prize within
5 minutes, another name will be drawn until all 5 winners have been verified.
6. Winners will pick a bag. All winners will reveal what is in their bag at the
same time.
a. One winner will win the car.
b. Other
4 prizes available are $5,000 cash, $4,000 cash, $3,000 cash
and $2,000 cash.
7. Two (2) winners will be awarded a 2017 Jeep Patriot. The winners are
responsible for all taxes, registration and fees. The vehicles will be claimed
at a designated dealership. The winners will have the option to collect a
cash equivalent prize of $20,000. Patrons must finalize their decision within
24 hours.
8. Winners of the cars will also receive a VIP parking pass. Parking pass will
expire February 28th, 2017. Winners will not receive parking pass if they
choose the cash prize.
9. Patrons are only eligible to win once per drawing day.
10. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
11. The winner must fill out a prize agreement and W-9 and provide a valid I.D.
to claim the prize.
12. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
13.By participating in the promotion, all participants agree to and acknowledge
that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the
promotion. Official rules will be posted on the Casino floor and also made
available at Guest Services/Club Serrano booths and at www.sanmanuel.com.
14.By participating in this promotion, you grant San Manuel Indian Bingo &
Casino permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise utilize your name,
city, state, photograph, or any likeness of you for promotional purposes.
15. Guest Services Management will resolve any and all disputes.
16.Persons who have voluntarily or involuntarily been excluded from the
property or who have requested self-exclusion from the property are not
eligible to participate in the promotion.
17. Employees of San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino and their respective
affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, franchisees, and advertising or promotion
agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families
(defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners).
18.Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion
without notice at any time.
