CONTINUING LETTER OF PURE FOOD GUARANTEE
RIO GRANDE JUICE COMPANY guarantees that all food products sold by this
facility are not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal
Food, Drugs and Cosmetic Act, of June 25, 1938 as amended, the Fair
Packaging and Labeling Act, or within the meaning of any state food and drug
laws, the adulteration and misbranding provisions of which are identical with or
substantially the same as those found in the federal Act and that such goods will
not be produced or shipped in violation of Section 404 or 301 (d) of said federal
Act. That does not guarantee against such goods becoming adulterated or
misbranded within the meaning of said Act or Acts after shipment by reason of
causes beyond the control of RIO GRANDE JUICE COMPANY.
RIO GRANDE JUICE COMPANY further guarantees that the juice sold and
delivered was produced under the requirements of Juice HACCP regulation, 21
CFR 120, effective January 22, 2002.
RIO GRANDE JUICE COMPANY also guarantees the food products sold to be
allergen free, GMO free, BSE free, meet U.S. pesticide tolerance regulations and
be meet industry standards for the listed heavy metals:
- Arsenic
- Lead
- Cadmium
- Mercury
