-- Prophecies and Preliminaries -Chuck -- ... of a mantle flying in over this state and all of a sudden they were reconnected.
The Lord says, “I have brought you here during this time to reconnect a mantle that has been
fragmented throughout this nation. I say that the pieces have been torn. I will start calling them
back one by one while you are here. I will reform a new mantle for a nation to wear. I had to
bring you to the center of this nation to reform this new mantle. 12 pieces will fall in place
even as you gather now. The mantle that must form will overshadow the threefold evil root that
developed in this land. That threefold root of Ashteroth, Chemosh and Milcom will now tear
apart as you gather these three days.
Barbara -- I heard the scripture that says, “Lengthen your cords and strengthen your pegs for
God is going to break out on the right and the left.” I heard the Spirit of God saying, “Now this
is the time that I will begin to gather a people who will lengthen the cords of My tent. They will
strengthen the pegs. Those that have been independent I am bringing an end to the independent
spirit that has even been in this state, and I will begin to even connect to you now so that
together I would have an army that would work in tandem to cause the canopy, to cause the
glory, and to cause the tent of My dwelling to spread out across this state and into this nation.
This is the beginning of this that I am going to do. Watch Me as I begin to model something.
This is a first fruits state, and I have brought a first fruits company together. I can now release
and everything that follows now will be blessed because of this first fruits gathering that I am
doing in this place.
Chuck -- So I say to you, “Call those four winds that will blow a separated fragmented mantle
in a nation back into and be pieced together in this place that I have brought you. If you will
call forth the four winds, this mantle you will wear and create a whirlwind that will change a
nation.”
DeeAnn - Doctor Jay’s foot. It took a while, didn’t it? There was a time when it was
pronounced in alignment, and I believe that that’s what God was doing in this place tonight. He
has pronounced a new alignment. He has pronounced a covenant building, covenant renewing,
covenant establishing state, and we are going to model that in a way that has never been

modeled from Kansas before. Let’s just give God a shout and thanksgiving for that.
Chuck – Look behind you; then, look forward again. Now as you turn around again, look
forward to say, “The last season has shifted on back.” We are beginning to see a new highway
form; new prophetic words; new direction; a whole new troop mobilizing. How many of you
is this the first time you’ve gathered with us over the last three years here? Just lift your hand.
Lord, we thank You that you are mobilizing a new troop. Lord, You are building a new highway
into the next season.
We just finished a wonderful meeting that we always call, “ The Head of the Year” gathering
in Denton because it begins at Rosh Hashanah, and we are shifting seasons. We are on God’s
timetable, and when we were up at Dutch’s gathering for the Apostolic Reformation Network,
we knew that the first place we were to be, once we had entered into the new season, was
Kansas. Let’s thank God for Kansas. So these three days are really key days for us to tap into
the revelation that God has. When we all got to the airport this morning, there was Apostle
Dutch coming in. John and I came in; Ann and Janice were there; Leanne was there; Barbara
was there, and we were all just meeting there. Louisiana was there, the Mershbrocks. We were
meeting all in one place. I realized I knew Barbara was coming because she had mentioned it a
few weeks ago, and I thought right then, “I wonder what she’ll be speaking and ministering.”
Then she said to me, “I’m just coming because Sandy asked me to come.” When we all met at
the airport, Dutch said, “Barbara, you need to be ministering tonight. You need to be leading
the way.” Now, those who know Dutch and I know that we are not male chauvinists either. We
believe that whatever anointing will go forth, we are ready for it to lead the way. We were in
Washington DC to gather, and it was when the sniper was killing everybody. Do you remember
that time? As a matter of fact, We were drinking coffee at Starbuck’s and on the next street, he
shot his last victim. So it was so tense. We were ministering that morning. That night we were
getting to minister. It was okay during the day, but at night you know it gets a little creepy
especially when somebody is just picking off people and just killing them when they get out.
So we pulled up at the place we were ministering, and Marty Cassidy was with us and I said,
“Marty, you get out and walk to the church. If he doesn’t shoot you, then Dutch and I are right
behind you.” That is sort of how we feel about Barbara tonight.
(during music) ... what happens to the people. So that means prophetic revelation must come
down to keep our path shining so we can see where to step. I noticed last night from the first
time I prophesied it was like something grabbed hold of my throat. So we want to make sure to
tell that structure that it has to leave this land. Tell every divining constricting spirit that tries to
stop prophetic revelation in what is called Kansas to let go and go in the name of Jesus and by
His blood. Then decree that new revelation will come down.
(after music) ... what happened to me if I saw, one lady said, “I saw a two headed snake, and
I also saw two bean sprouts.” That is actually what the season means. This is what that would

mean to you. So you see, Seers, we have never trained the body to see right. What that means is
you’re going to have to get past your snakes to go to your garden and get the fruit that is there.
So, be willing to do it, and you will find your way past the snakes to pick the beans. That makes
it real simple, doesn’t it? I’ll tell you the person who helps me understand the words and most is
Apostle Dutch Sheets.
John - ... season, so I say, “Dig, dig into the ancient places and bring forth water. Bring it forth. I
have hidden it for this day and this hour.

-- Barbara Wentroble -I remember a few years ago I was in Afghanistan, and it was right after 9/11. Nobody was
flying much less going to Afghanistan. Chuck was in Hawaii, and I told him it sure just doesn’t
seem right. I go to Afghanistan; he goes to Hawaii. He let me know He was interceding for me
anyway, but I love Dutch and Chuck so much. I think that I’ve known you, Dutch, probably
20 years or more, a long time. I think I’ve known Chuck since 1993. I just love how God
conveniently connects you. Of course, Jay and Joan adopted me. I want to say it’s great to be
in Kansas. Of course, Sandy and Dee. What can you say? Can we thank the Lord for these gifts
He has given to the body of Christ? Bubby and Dena, I’ve been coming to Wichita with them
for the last 15 years. It’s been a long, long time. I was thinking this afternoon I’ve been coming
to Kansas for at least 20 years and Wichita for at least 15 years. So we’ve been plowing some
ground here, and I didn’t want anything to happen or God’s glory to come down in Kansas and
me to be some other place. I really came for a selfish reason. I didn’t want to miss any of this.
Thank you so much for letting me be here, and who knows what will happen before the night
is over. Now, I have some friends that call me a “treacher” because they don’t know whether
to call me teacher or preacher, but tonight I’m going to share some thoughts with you and will
prophesy into it and see what God is going to say to us tonight. God’s doing some awesome,
awesome things.
Chuck prophesied this word and said God’s glory is going to overwhelm this state and move
this nation into a new role of awakening. There will be a national gathering in Kansas; words
will be spoken that will commission the remnant to make its move. So I believe we are here,
and we believe the prophet so we will prosper. Now, I’ve known Chuck all these years, and
I tell people he is one of the most accurate Issachar prophets I have ever met in my life. He
knows about times and seasons. How many of you know this is a now season? It’s a now time.
God has brought us together at this time so that God can do what he wants to do because it’s not
about you and me. It’s all about God’s glory. It’s all about the kingdom of God expanding.
So let’s look a little bit at that glory tonight, and then we’re going to do some things at the
end. I believe you came not just to get your head full of information, but you came to get an
impartation. You came to get empowered so you can go out from this place, and you can make

a difference, and you can begin to bring change wherever you go. When we talk about the glory
of God, I want to say that in days past Kansas has experienced a measure of God’s glory. Those
of you from this area or from other areas know that. You know that Kansas has had moves of
God break open in this state. The problem was they were not allowed to come into the fullness
of all that God had purposed. I remember many, many years ago ministering in Topeka, and I
knew about Charles Parham, and I knew about the Bible school and the watch night service and
the young teenage girl who was baptized in the Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
This broke open a whole move of God. Up until that time, if there were people that spoke in
other tongues, most people did not know about it. This group released an entire Pentecostal
movement. In fact, many Pentecostal denominations were birthed because of what happened
there. I wanted to visit where that took place. Back then, there was not even a marker at that
place. We went over and looked at that land where God had moved in such a powerful way, the
glory of God came down and had released a move of God that would eventually go around the
world. Yet, right there in Topeka, Kansas, it was like they wanted to forget it. I’m sure in the
years since I was there, there has been a lot done. I’m just telling you about my first time there
to see that.
You had Charles Parham, and you had Brother Seymour, who was here in Kansas. Brother
Seymour was forced to leave Kansas and ended up in Southern California with the Azuza Street
Revival. It’s like in the past; God had tried to bring his glory into Kansas, but that had been
aborted. It had been rejected. I want Pastor Bubby to come quickly tonight. Just before the
service began, I asked him about Brother Seymour and all of that. He asked if I knew about
the prophecy. I didn’t know anything about a prophecy. He said that there was a 100 year old
prophecy, and this was the hundredth year. 2009 is the hundredth year. You talk about the timing
of the Lord. I wanted to share that prophetic word.
Bubby - I think the book is in the back, but what it has to do with is the testimonies of the
children who were alive back when Azusa was taking place. At the end of this book, I can’t
remember the name of the book, but they told their stories. What happens in the back of the
book is that Parham and Seymour both prophesy that there would be an outpouring take place
100 years from the date of what they were experiencing at that time. Not only would there be
an outpouring, but it would be of such a nature that it would exceed and go beyond what was
taking place at that time. Not only would it go beyond that, it lasted four years for them, but
they said there would be no end to it and would carry us into the next. This was awesome.
What they saw was “there wasn’t any end to it” is what I’m trying to say. It would just begin to
increase. Once it got started there would be no end to it. As a matter of fact, they saw the former
and latter rains combined with what God is doing now and would exceed what took place in
California. We’re excited about it. Let the glory come. The word says that the glory filled the
whole area. They said that 2008 would be the preparatory year and that 2009-2010 we would
start seeing the fullness of it.

Barbara - Let’s thank the Lord for that. How awesome. So, you and I are sitting here tonight
in the midst of an historic fulfillment of a prophetic word that was given 100 years ago. Think
about it. You could have been any place. They could have been doing anything tonight, but you
heard the Spirit of God: calling you to this place. You thought you were coming to a meeting.
You thought you were coming because you like Dutch and Chuck. You came because the
Spirit of God was wooing you to this place. There was that revival, and it only lasted those
few years back there, but as the pastor was sharing that, I heard the Spirit of the Lord say this,
“Except a seed die and fall into the ground. I say there was a revival seed that died and fell in
the ground in this state, but I say know that My Spirit has hovered over that seed. Know that
my water has come to water that seed, for it has been the watering of the intercession of my
people,” says your God. “Now, I call it to break forth. I say it shall break through the stubborn
soil of resistance. It shall break through the stubborn soil of religion. It shall break through the
stubborn soil of murder and idolatry. I say I shall cause that seed to break forth, and I say now
it shall come forth, and it shall live. For I am even releasing the spirit of revival in this place. I
say this is your moment. This is your moment, Kansas. I say receive a spirit of revival that shall
now break forth.”
Chuck - I say to you, and this will be known as the meeting where the former rain began. I say
not the former rain of 100 years ago, but the former rains for the next 100 years. I say I now
open the heaven and allow a gentle release to begin that will grow stronger and stronger and
stronger, and my plan will be developed from this place, and from this day forth the former rain
will join the latter rains, and you will see a sweeping of the flood of my Spirit.
Barbara - Jesus prophesied over Jerusalem. He said over Jerusalem, “You have killed the
prophets and stoned those who were sent to you, and your house has been left desolate.” Here in
Kansas that is exactly what we saw happen back there as the enemy came to kill the prophets;
those who were sent. Kansas has been like a desolate state, but we see that God is doing
something fresh and new in this hour. How many of you know it doesn’t matter what man does;
it doesn’t matter what religion does. God is going to have his own way? His heart and His eye is
on Kansas. Kansas is the heart of this nation. I’ll never forget the first time I met Pastor Bubby
at a meeting, and there were three pastors there from the state of Kansas. As I began to prophesy
over them that the time is going to come when the heart of the Father would be released from
the heart of the nation, which is Kansas. That is where we are now. So that the heart of God can
be released through this state that can reach out not only to this whole area, but all over to the
entire nation. We talk about this glory, and that’s really what this whole conference is all about.
God bringing His glory. I believe that we are positioned for the release of that in this land.
At the time of creation, remember how the Bible tells us that God hovered over creation.
He was robed in the light of the cloud, and God was shown as the original light in the very
beginning. In fact, before the creation of the sun, God was shown as the light. Genesis 1:3 says,

“Let there be light, and there was light.” I just sensed God coming here into this state, and He’s
getting ready to release such light. He is getting ready to release such a manifold presence of
God manifested in this state. This is an hour that God wants to hover over this state in a new
way. I have just sensed the hovering of God over his people here and over what God is wanting
to do. When God brings us into a place called Day or Light, how many of you know that Day is
connected with God? Light is connected with God. When it says we are in a new day, we are in
a new time, for the presence of God to come in our midst. That’s where we are right now. God
wants to come and visit the state in such a new way. We see how God hovered over creation.
Anytime He hovers over something, whatever He’s hovering over has to change. There has to
be a release.
Do you remember the story in the New Testament with Mary. It talks about how the Spirit of
God came and overshadowed Mary. That word in the Greek is the same word that is used in the
Hebrew when it talks about God hovering. So, when God is hovering; He is overshadowing.
How many of you know when God overshadowed by the power of the Holy Spirit and
overshadowed Mary, conception took place. I am saying to you God is about to birth something
new in this state. There is a conception that has taken place because the Spirit of God has been
hovering, has been overshadowing the people in this area. You might say that the whole state is
not here; the whole state is not in on this. I want to declare to you that God never looks for the
masses. He always looks for the remnant. He always looks for those whose hearts are hungry.
How many of you know on the day of Pentecost it didn’t take the whole city? It didn’t take the
whole nation. It just took 120 people who were willing to be obedient to the Spirit of God, and
let God hover over them. God overshadowed them so he could birth something new in the earth
that he was wanting to birth. Something the earth had never seen before. I’m here to declare to
you that God is about to release something that the earth has not seen or heard before. We are
going to leave the old behind. We are coming into the new. The church is about to go where it
has never been before. The church is about to go where the New Testament church never went.
It’s going to go where the book of Acts never went. God is looking for a people who will go
where He is going. Let Him release what He wants to release and to break open the heavens. It’s
a time of hovering. It’s a time of overshadowing. God must have a people who will allow Him
to come and overshadow and conceive what He wants to conceive.
Interesting about conception. We’ve been dealing with this whole abortion issue in this state all
these years. Year after year after year I would come up to Wichita, and we would pray, and we
would teach, and we would prophesy, and we would do all of that. Now today, Wichita is an
abortion free city. It didn’t happen the way we wanted it to happen, but it happened. God was
doing something here. God was trying to hover, trying to conceive, trying to birth something.
Meanwhile, the enemy has the counterfeit of trying to abort, and, I believe, that that abortion
was also a prophetic picture of how the enemy has tried to abort the move of God in the state
over and over and over. I declared that there are churches that God has tried to raise up in this

city and this state. This has been called a pastors’ graveyard, because churches would rise up,
and they would close down because there was an abortion in the Spirit, and they were never
able to do what God wanted done, but I am here to declare to you today that God is going to
raise up churches. He is going to raise up His people in this hour. For there is a hovering. There
is an overshadowing that the Spirit of God is doing now, and the enemy can no longer use the
tactics of abortion to stop what God is wanting to do. That which has been conceived on the
inside of you has been growing. My youngest son and his wife just had a new little baby of a
few months ago. We’re all excited about this cute little guy. When a woman has conceived, how
many of you know that in the beginning it doesn’t look like anything has happened. She might
have a little morning sickness or whatever, but it doesn’t look like anything has happened. She
goes around, and sometimes she sort of wonders, “Does anybody know what has happened
to me?” Sometimes your family doesn’t know what’s happened to you. Your pastor definitely
doesn’t know what’s happened to you. Some of them would like you to sit down and be normal.
You couldn’t sit down and be normal if you tried. Something has happened on the inside of
you. Conception has taken place, and it may not look like anything has happened right now,
but give it a little bit of time. When there’s life in the seed, it has to grow. It’s too late to change
your mind about it. It’s too late to say I don’t know if I want to do this thing or not. We’re not
going back to that old season. We are going forward. It is too late for you to decide whether
you want to do this thing or not. You’ve been captured by the Lord. That life is on the inside of
you. So as that woman goes forth, you know sort of breathing in, breathing out, some of you
say that’s what you have been doing. Breathing in, breathing out, say a prayer, “Oh God, Come.
Do something.” It doesn’t seem powerful. It didn’t seem like the right kind of prayer. Dutch
gets up here, and Chuck gets up here, and they pray awesome. I don’t know if mine works or
not. I want to say to you that God heard it. Because he heard it, that which He has put on the
inside of you is growing. It’s only a matter of time until everyone around you begins to see
what has happened on the inside of you. All of a sudden someone says, that you’re acting a little
different. Has there been anything that has happened to you? As you walk along, it grows and
grows until the time comes and that which has been conceived on the inside of you must get
released. There’s a birthing that takes place.
I was reading a scripture this afternoon about the children coming to the birth and not having
the strength to bring it forth. You are going to be empowered with the strength to bring forth
and to birth what God says must be birthed in this state. This is a season that God wants to
come and overshadow you in such a new way, wants to hover over you in such a new way.
When God gets ready to do something, when God shows up, when there is a day of the Lord,
sometimes we just cry, “Oh Lord let there be a day of the Lord.” There have been some “days
of the Lord” throughout history. When you look at the Red Sea, “That was a day of the Lord.”
When that happens, it is destruction on God’s enemies, but it is deliverance for God’s friends.
Our deliverance is here. This is a time when the Spirit of God so wants to release His glory in
this place.

I want us to see tonight. That God is getting ready to do something here in Kansas that is so
powerful. In Hebrews 3:3, it talks about the glory of Moses and how Jesus has so much more
glory than Moses had. Even though Moses was so revered and so awesome and had a special
place in history, Moses had a glory that was a fading glory. He was a servant in the house of the
Lord, but you see, Jesus is the builder of the house. Because he is the builder, there is a greater
glory. He has that glory for His people. He has sent away for you and me. So we were talking
about glory; we were talking about the weight of God. We were talking about the heaviness of
God. Sometimes when we say that a person carries a lot of weight, that’s what we’re talking
about. So, God has a glory, and He is coming to this place, into this state. God has what we call
a glory cloud. I don’t know about you, but there’s been several times in my life where I knew
I was in the glory cloud. I’m not one of these that spends all day floating around in the ozone
someplace, but I do know that God has supernatural things for His people. There have been
those times just stepping into that glory where I can hardly see. I can remember those times just
trying to get the fog out of my eyes because I thought maybe it was foggy, I didn’t know what
it was, and we discovered we were right in God’s glory. I believe there’s a glory cloud that God
wants to bring into this area, bring into this state.
Sometimes we say that the glory cloud was really a mobile home for God. A mobile home
where He could ride and come into those places where hearts were open and those were ready
for a visitation of God. Psalms 104:3 says, “He makes His clouds His chariot, He walks upon
the wings of the wind.” We just got through calling forth the four winds to come into this place,
and it says that God comes in, makes the clouds His chariot, comes into this place and literally
walks on the wings of the wind. So, this is where God is bringing us in this state. Isaiah 19:1
says, “Behold the Lord is riding on a swift cloud.” I believe God is getting ready to ride on a
swift cloud that is about to come into this place. To release what He is wanting to release. Now,
these clouds contain angels. Angels are in that cloud along with the Lord. The Bible tells us that
his angels are sent to the heirs of salvation to assist us so that we can do what God has called us
to do. So, we have this glory cloud that God wants to ride upon, come into this place and let him
walk on the wings of the wind.
In the midst of all of that are the angels that He is assigning to come and do battle in this area
to open up this area so that God can do what He wants to do. I’m telling you, we are living in
a new time; we are living in a new season. Because God wants to release not only His glory
from heaven, He wants to release that glory on the inside of you. It is Christ in you the hope
of glory, and He has put His glory on the inside of his people. I believe we are coming into the
time much like it was with the Apostle Peter. You remember in the New Testament he would
walk down the street and his shadow would cause things to happen to people. Miracles started
happening. I don’t believe that was just a natural shadow. That was a release of the glory of
God. I’m telling you God has been hovering over you for a purpose. Not just to give you warm
fuzzy feelings, not just so you can run around the building for four hours. He has come to hover

over you so that he can birth in you what He is wanting to birth. He wants to release his glory
in such a new way that Kansas can be such a state of healing. Where there has been death, God
wants to bring healing into this state. Then it’ll be a center of healing.
I prophesy to you tonight that God says, “I’m going to raise up healing centers all over this
state. I say they are going to come, even from the nations of the world. They are going to come
into this place so that they can be healed. I say even those that the doctors give no hope, God’s
going to bring them here, and they are going to find the help that they need, even in this hour
when the medical field will be in great confusion, when the medical field will have no answers,
when the medical field will run out of supplies. I say that God has a supply from heaven. He
is going to release miracles in this place. God said you get ready because I am going to equip
you, and I’m going to train, and I want to do a new thing. You won’t do healing ministry the
way you have done it in the past. I am going to equip you by my Spirit. Watch this state become
the center of healing, for I will not only heal bodies, but I will use you to heal entire cities. I’m
loosing a healing anointing in this place tonight.”
“There are even those that come into the state, then try to teach healing formulas, but this is not
the season for formulas. This is the season when you are going to hear what the Spirit of God is
saying. I am even going to begin healing whole groups of people. It will not just be one person
here and one person there, but even as you hear what I am saying to you, I will begin to heal
entire groups of people all at the same time. A new season of healing is coming in a time when
the medical world will have no answers. At a time when supplies will be short. I say my supply
of healing power is not short. You will even hear reports of those that are raised from the dead
in this hour. Not only will they be healed, but I am releasing a life-giving spirit where there has
been a spirit of death. I say now I will reverse that thing, and I say this state shall be known as
a state with a life-giving spirit. I am going to give life to some dead things. Even as the prophet
looked on the valley of dry bones, and they were scattered, and they were dry, and the Lord
spoke to the prophet and said to him to prophesy to the dead bones. I say I now prophesy to the
dry bones in this state. I prophesy to religious institutions that have a form of godliness but have
denied the power thereof. This is an hour that I will invade those institutions by my Spirit. I
shall break out. You shall see my power come into those institutions that had been dead and that
have been dry. You cannot lock my Spirit out. In the same way My Son was able to penetrate
walls and come forth in life, I say I’ll do the same thing in this hour. I will come through the
wall and I will “life” those dead places in this hour.”
Chuck -- The Lord says, “even the persecution and the fear that has come on my people because
they have watched other moves be shut down, tonight I am lifting that off of this land. As a sign,
there will be an 80-year-old that dies, an octogenarian, that dies and resurrects and decrees that
the double portion anointing that was stopped in this state will now fall again. Then they will
rise and will go in the glory.” Let’s stand up. The Spirit of God is here. Father, we received this

anointing that is stirring in this place tonight. It is all over us; it is all around us. It is moving up
under us. There is a mass that is being dissolved that is underneath the left shoulder of someone.
Father, I speak to that. I say dissolve in Jesus name. His glory cloud is in this place. All you
have to do is reach up, and it will rest down on you. He is dissolving fear from the ridicule
of the past season. A reproach that religion placed on the move of God that tried to come is
dissolving off of this land now. Joints are being relubricated. So what did not connect in the last
season will connect and move in this new season.
Barbara -- There are all sorts of throat conditions that are being healed tonight where the enemy
came in the past and tried to stop the voice of God. The Lord is reversing all that tonight. Some
of you who are so prophetic it is like the enemy is trying to stop your voice, but the Lord is
loosing His healing power and even growths in the throat and neck area. They are dissolving
even now as God is loosing your voice to begin to prophesy into this area. Where there has been
corruption in the past and that corruption has defiled the house of God and has defiled all the
leadership even into government offices in this state, God says, “I am coming now, and I am
going to raise up some statesmen in this state. I am going to raise up some statesmen that are
going to turn this state toward righteousness. I am going to begin to expose some corrupt things
that have been in this state, that had been hidden away, but I say that because of my hovering I
will now pull back the veil. I will pull back the cover that has sought to cover up the corruption
and the evil and I say now, I will raise up some godly statesmen in this area. I say these godly
statesmen will turn this state back towards righteousness. Watch me begin to intervene, even in
the political arena. I say this is an hour that I am coming into the political governmental area,
and I am going to deal with it. Note that this is an hour that you will see my righteous ones
arise. I will mobilize a people in this area. Holiness and righteousness will be restored to this
city and to this state. Watch me come and watch the hand of the Lord as I blow my wind. I will
blow out some corruption. I will blow out the evildoers. I will blow my people into place for
this new season.”
Father, tonight we say that you are a good God. As the prophet prophesied over those dry bones,
they called the four winds to come and blow. The Bible tells us how they rose up as a mighty
army, and God is raising up an army in the state of Kansas. Raising up an army that is getting
ready to be mobilized in a whole new way.
(Prayer just prior to laying hands on and anointing everybody.) Father, we thank you tonight for
what you’re doing in the state of Kansas. We thank you Lord. Kansas will never be the same
after tonight. Lord, we say that that which was aborted 100 years ago, God, you saved it for this
hour. Lord, we say that you saved the best until now. Lord, we want to thank you right now.
We’ll not miss the best that you have. We believe the prophet so that we can prosper. You said
there would be an anointing release in this place 100 years ago. Lord, we say that we are the
100 year company that you have reserved for this hour. Lord, we want to thank you right now

for what you are doing. We say we enlist in this mighty army that you are bringing forth. Father,
we want to bless you tonight. Father we want to see impartation. Lord, we say we don’t want to
miss it. Breakthrough, Oh God. Use us Lord. Put that breaker anointing upon us tonight.

-- Chuck Pierce -There are two states that God asked me to concentrate on for the season ahead to prepare for
what he’s doing. The first is Arkansas.
Now, what we want to do today is talk some about the land, some about the heavens, and how
we are divinely the connectors between heaven and earth. And talk about what God is trying
to do with us right now so we can accomplish what he’s attempting to accomplish. I am so
honored to be involved with Apostle Jay Swallow, John Benefiel and all those that work in
Oklahoma. I believe God created a model from Oklahoma. Then, the other state the Lord ask
me to stay focused on was Kansas. For the last couple of years, I’ve been very faithful to obey
what God has said until we create a new model, but now this is that. We are here. There’s a
reason we are here. We are going to start seeing how God advances us. It was a blessing to be
out on the land at head of the year. I believe something happened in that meeting, and I do want
to say this. Wednesday we actually paid off that land. That’s 31 acres, and this is why I feel we
are all sensing something different. It is because that is where east and west come together right
there from the southern portion. What Kansas has going for it is right in the middle or the center
of things. That means something that God places this land in the center.
Don’t think from just a state standpoint. Think from a land standpoint. Why are we on this land?
I told Dutch one of our problems is that we don’t quite understand the importance of the land.
When you really get to the place where you are blessing the land; the land responds to you with
blessings. I will say that what made this weekend another important issue in my life was that
it restored something in me. You see, we had so much land growing up and having to let go of
land it is important that you buy back land. It has been a great five years of taking everything
that we have. I knew that the economy was going to shift in 2008, and what God had told me to
shift all of our funds into land. So, that when the stock market dropped, we didn’t lose anything.
You have to understand time, season, land, and how the heavens are in operations so that we
continue to profit and continue to prosper in days ahead. Eventually, that will be a great profit
for all of us. I told Dutch that my only goal right now was to have the prayer garden and redeem
with a prayer tower so that anybody can come in there and pray as they come along Interstate

35 to redeem other losses that we have incurred. Then have a shell that I call the triumphant
reserve that we can gather in the days ahead when any of us needs to gather and the spirit of
God is moving. Paul Keith Davis had given me a word three years ago about being out on land
in a tent, and he knew nothing about any of that. So, when he was there he was sharing how
God gave him a vision, or a dream.
I feel like we have to have a place where we can readily go and gather when God moves and
that’s how we’re going to see America start having the message that God has as we worship and
create a portal. Then, with the communication of the internet and our homes we are going to
have a new troop that says it is time to retake the land. We have lost over the last 40 years, but
I’m telling you that you are at a new place and at a time. God is bringing that back to us.
Our new CD with LeeAnn has a song called “dance dance dance”. You’re going to have to
dance your way in the next season. Your shout and your feet are going to have to go together.
You are going to have to say I’m going to dance my way on top of the enemy’s head. I just rereleased “Possessing Your Inheritance,” but what they allowed me to do, which is unusual, is
that they let me put pages of the prophetic in every chapter. So, you’re moving from a prophetic
paradigm, learning what God is saying that will help you to establish your inheritance. This
has one of the better chapters on breaking generational iniquity. So, all of those are out there
including “Redeeming the Time.” A lot of us don’t understand sound so we have a couple of
CDs back there, one on the shofar and one on the sounds of the feast. So that you understand
that every feast time a new sound is released. I would say this before Dutch comes. He has
a series on Baal and a series on Jezebel. Those two will be more important. It is like we are
paving the way to understand those in the last season. This next 10 years we will have to bring
them down. We will have to make an opening and be aware of how those spirits work, and I
will show you why in a moment. Dutch also has a book that I’ve read twice that is called “Roll
Away Your Stone.”
Let’s look at us while we move forward. This is a time for radiance and brilliance. Heaven is
entering the earth realm. Welcome heaven in over you. Sometimes, we get too earthly bound
and are always accused of being too heavenly minded. No, we are too earthly bound. We are
already seated in the heavens; we need to stay heavenly minded. You need to see earth from
heaven, not heaven from earth, always looking for heaven. You are already in the heavenly
realm. You are seated in heavenly places so you need to know that the radiance of heaven is
entering the earth realm.
Here is the issue for us going into this next season. The glory realm is coming in here; will we
recognize it? We are so unused to the glory; sometimes we get so used to our cosmos, worldly
environment, and atmosphere we don’t recognize when heaven enters in. Now, Kansas and
Missouri get ready for this. You two are going to have to see the glory. Texas, you have been

surrounded by the glory. You are going to have to see how to bring the glory in so that it unveils
the structures that are there. We recently went to Dallas, and as we were flying into the airport, I
read that another terrorist plot got foiled in Dallas. Let’s thank God for his people.
We’re going to have to understand that we’ve been in a transition. This is another transitional
year. Therefore, in a transition year, what is happening is you are crossing over from one place
to another. You are having to die to certain things. Then you are having to go through confusion
and finally you see the other side. Now, this year is very important because this is the year that
in the midst of our crossing over we are recovenanting with the Lord. He looks down at lands
and looks down at peoples, and he comes into a new level of covenant release as they advance.
In other words, it’s as if we are renewing our vows. Some lands, if they don’t renew their vows,
they will not see the blessing of the Lord come upon them, and you will see an entire land going
in the wrong direction. I believe you are striving to have America renew it’s vows with the
Lord. That doesn’t mean it will, but we are going to give it our best shot in the next 10 years to
do it. All we as prophets can do, and the remnant, is to say that this is what heaven is offering us
and display heaven.
This is a season of digging new wells. We have shifted out of redigging wells, but you have
to redig the wells to get to the place where you can dig wells. This is important because a lot
of people did want to go back and redo the wells last season. If you don’t redig the wells, you
cannot get to the enlarged place to dig. That is the whole principle of Genesis 26. You will have
to uncover what has been to get to where God’s going to give you this season to dig. That’s a
word for Arkansas. We had to circle Arkansas. We had to circle Kansas. We had to move. You
need to see what God did in Kansas. You need to see it, and you need to see it clearly. There
is no coincidence of what is happened in Kansas, and I’m not even going to bring it up. If you
can’t see how God came down and intervened and said, “wait a minute, we are not going any
further in the old season. If you don’t repent, I’m going to give you over to the spirits that you
have been in cahoots with. Therefore if you have been in cahoots with murder, I will give you
over to murder.” Now, that’s how that works. Even though murder is never right, but when we
come into agreement with a demon force in our own lives, we are given over to that in some
place and time. That is the whole issue of giving over their spirit so that their flesh can be saved
perhaps. Perhaps not. You don’t even have to pray in those things. There are sins that lead unto
death. Therefore, for certain territories to enter into new seasons, for certain nations to enter into
new seasons, there are sins that lead to death, and death is as much a sign as a birth is. So, you
need to see what God is doing in our midst because Kansas is a model.
Now, as we surrounded Arkansas and went to south first then west then east and then north, we
ended up back in the center at Little Rock on the night before the election. Now what we’ve
found in Arkansas that we had to deal with so that we can move forward was, it was the state
that when Truman declared us aligned with Israel, Arkansas rejected it. That is why Arkansas

has such a dark root. They rejected any alignment with Israel and notice that is where the racial
wars broke out in America. It is the same spirit. What God is going to start doing this season
is uncovering the next layer. Digging down through the earth realm where the iniquities have
settled into the earth so that we can strike water and see springs coming forth.
Let’s look at this as we advance. Now is the time to move. You’re going to have to move.
You have to move from destructive workings and old cycles. You have got to move from your
emotional instability. You’ve got to move out of your flesh rule. You’ve got to move into the
war season ahead. You’re not in the same war season. Look behind you and say that your old
wars are behind me. I’m not taking those same old wars with me into this next season. I try to
face them off in the last season. Some of us don’t even like the concept of warfare. You don’t
have a choice. You signed up for it. That’s how simple that is. You don’t war with flesh and
blood. The only flesh you war with is your own. Now, what happens that’s confusing is that
demon forces will inhabit the flesh. Therefore, the flesh becomes your spiritual enemy. In other
words, demon forces can inhabit an entire group of people and that people become the enemy of
God. You are not warring with flesh and blood; you are warring with the philosophy in the spirit
that is overtaking and developed a government against God’s government. That is why we go
to war, because some of us know that we have to take stands for justice and righteousness. We
have to be a people that do not allow evil to rule out of time. That is why you don’t just get out
and stir up war.
We are now moving into the building plan of the future. That’s a word we don’t like. That’s a
word we get nervous over because God made us so that we see into the future. He didn’t give
it to the diviners. He gave that to us. What happens is, we reject the gifts and the gifts become
controlled by the spirit of divination. The church chose not to pastor the prophetic, therefore, the
world pastors the prophetic, and it becomes divination. It’s all the same gifts. I am one. What
happened was I submitted my gift to God, I allowed Him to sanctify it, and it became prophetic
to decree and see what is to come.
We have to understand this. Here’s the thing. We are leaving this one season. We are going into
a new season. Kansas our first state we are visiting to stir up a nation. That says we’re ready to
enter into a new season. It’s not that we haven’t visited all the states. We have a history book
on a record of visiting all the states. We were amazed last night to look at Kansas compared to
when we visited it on the 50 state tour. I want to share tonight what Kansas looked like from the
heavens when God showed me in 2008 what it really looked like. Then, Dutch will come up and
release prophetic decrees into that.
Today we are just moving back and forth until we get established over the season we’re
going into. I didn’t do this even in our meeting in Denton because I felt like I had to be really
connected with the beginning of a nation. It’s time for our nation to begin. You have to have that
attitude now. You can’t rely on what has been. It is time for a nation to begin again. And now,

God is bringing the native leadership in. They have an understanding of the land. Now, we are
going to develop a nation around the true understanding of apostolic authority. A nation can be
birthed in a day.
Now, we have a silver shop we are aligned with in Israel so we always tried to make what the
year looks like. This has helped Israel to recoup some of their prophetic understanding. Israel is
blind prophetically. Sometimes we get out of sync with how we see Israel, but until they receive
the Messiah and they understand the power of visitation through the grace of the Lord Jesus,
they are really blind, so I have a call first to go and open their eyes. While Dutch and many
others were focused on the elections here, God sent me and the team to Israel to stay there until
we felt like we had shifted the way that nation was going because it was ready to bring in one
leader for the future, and God said, “No he wanted Netanyahu to be back in place”. That is why
you have to understand lands and governments are important. But how nations align with Israel
is more important, because he is the God of Israel. He chose to come down and reveal the Torah
to Israel. We have been given that gift as gentiles. Therefore, when we recognize the “first fruit”
call back to that land and that people; our covenant blessings multiply. If we will remain in
alignment with that land, we will be blessed. If we refuse alignment, and that’s our real danger
these next 10 years. I don’t think we will right now. If we will remain in covenant someway
with what is going on in the land we will continue as a nation to have an open window of
heaven over us.
This is what the season looks like. This is James Nesbit’s picture. When he sent it to us at first
it was all bright and happy. The next 10 years are not all bright for us. But the next 10 years are
the most supernatural we have ever been in. Now, what makes this year so important is that this
year sets the course for a ten-year season for your life. Therefore, you want to get on the page
with what God is doing. We have moved from coming full circle to break destructive structures
out of our lives so that we don’t go back around the same old mountain. This is what I want you
to know; we’re not going back around the same old mountain. It doesn’t matter what we voted,
what we’ve done; some of us are not going back around the same old mountain. Does that make
sense to you? Kansas did not go back around the same old mountain, it shifted. The land shifted.
The iniquitous structure ruling the land shifted. Arkansas isn’t going back around the same old
mountain. It might have had an evil root, but now you can dig a new well. That’s when we come
to Arkansas, it will be the best representation of saying how we’re going to strike water new and
fresh. Now, hear me carefully. We are not going back around the same old mountain. That is
what this season, Ayin, means. 5770 it is nothing spooky. It’s just the Hebraic calendar because
when we shift over into 2010 starting in January, 7x10 makes 70. What does that mean to us? It
means that we are extending something you have completed in the last season into a testimony
that will be developed in the next 10 years. You completed some things in your life. You warred
to see certain things change which I’ll share tonight about two iniquities in my own bloodline
God showed me.

You have warred to see something change. You are now extending that into a 10 year period.
Everything you want to see might not have come to completion. Seven is linked to completion.
10 is linked with testimony. Even if you didn’t see the fullness of it come to completion as
Barbara was preaching last night, now you say, “I will extend that into this next season.” All
that God has to do is have a representative that will take His will from one season to the next
season. You’ll say that will manifest in a testimony. That becomes very, very important as we
understand it.
Now as you look at that symbol you get an impression. Some people look at it as a two headed
snake. That is because it is a “double portion” of occult season for the next 10 years. Yes, you
needed to see it that way. If you saw it, that means that something is in your life that God has
opened your eyes to for the next season. That’s the way a seer gift works. There’s a reason you
saw it like that. Some people see other issues. Some people see a divining rod. A water witch
rod. It’s the number in Hebrew representing 70, but do you know why you can see that? God
says there are resources in the ground hidden that you are going to find in this next season.
Somebody asked why you would put an eye there? Eye is linked with the occult. Well, you have
it on your dollar bill. That says that God has an eye. This season is linked with God’s eye. It
says the structure of the Freemasons all the way from Egypt and how it has morphed throughout
the ages will now take another morph and many will come out of that season and seek the
eye of God. Many will be delivered out of secret societies. They will be delivered because the
church will stop being a secret society, and the church will now become a demonstration of
power and not just a form. We rave about the Masons, and we’re just like them, without a form.
That is why we pull out and come to a place into Babylon. The Scripture says that. Come out
of the field into Babylon, and I will deliver you there, because we have gotten so rooted in what
we look like that God has said he has to pull us out of that.
Now, notice that this is what it really looks like. James got this better than anyone I’ve seen. It
is actually the hand of man stretching up through darkness and God grabbing hold of man. Then
when that happens, it is made up of Zion. All of a sudden, he sends down a sword of revelation
to create a new intersection for you in your life. You are extending your hand up through the
darkness, that has been ruling you. God then grabs a hold of that hand and you become one.
He then sends down revelation to you that creates new intersections in the earth for you to
take a new turn. You will start taking new turns this season this year. In Hebrew one symbol
takes many meanings. Then you can take Hebrew and open up the Greek and really see the
revelation of the word that God has. When this comes down like this it actually forms a shovel.
The ground you couldn’t break in the last season you break in this season. You might have
penetrated and staked claim on ground last season, but you couldn’t break ground. You couldn’t
cause the new to come forth. Now, this year we enter into a ten-year period where we break new
ground, and we open up new springs and new wells of revival are dug.

Let’s look at a few words linked with this. Here is what the words actually mean that you can
carry all the way from Genesis to Revelation. It means that you’re moving into the place where
you are seeing eye to eye. It was the same concept when Moses saw face-to-face. You will see
God’s perspective in a new way. You will see God’s perspective on an issue in a new way, but
here is my favorite concept of where we are heading into the beginning of this season. It means
to look, but what it really means is you are going to “look again” at issue. You have looked at it
one way, but you’re going to look again and see it a different way. LeeAnn has a new song on
the new CD called “Look Again.” Let me tell you what we had to do to allow the Spirit of God
to deal with us. You know we are an intercessory group. The church I am connected to prays
Tuesday mornings and Wednesdays at noon, leading intercession. I try to be home for that if
nothing else. In August God said to me, “You aren’t going to pray corporately the same way
you have been praying. You have to have new revelation and allow Me to come down. I want
everyone seeking Me individually for 30 days. Then, when you come back together, I am going
to reorder the way you pray and bring down revelation. “When you listen to this new CD; it
was done in three weeks. It’s amazing that all of a sudden when we came back together; it was
almost like “How were we praying; where was God, and now He is here.” Sometimes we get so
used to our religious atmosphere that we are not aware of when He is saying, “I am getting tired
of this. You are wearing me out with that. You’ve asked for the same thing 10 times. Give it a
rest.” There are times when you persist, persist, persist and there are other times when he says,
“I have answered that three months ago,” but we couldn’t see it.
Here is another thing. It is linked with the concept of appearance, aperture, think camera. There
is going to be an opening that occurs for you. Now, you have to watch this on a daily basis, I’ve
never explained it like this before. You have to watch for this on a daily basis, because there will
be flashes of openings for revelation coming down to you for what you are praying, and you’ll
all of a sudden say, “There it was.” Keep pen and paper something you can record on. It’s going
to be a flash like a camera. Now, trauma also works in you like a camera, because when you are
traumatized your semantic memory takes a snapshot of the situation and reminds you what it
was like. What God is going to do is give you such flashes of light of what He is like that it is
going to dissolve trauma in you supernaturally. You won’t be looking through eyes of trauma.
You will be looking in through a whole new dimension or lens.
Also, you have to know that it is a season where you will see demons, familial and familiar
spirits. You will say, “That has been there all this time doing this to me.” You might think you
don’t want to see demons, but yes, you do. You want to see what has been tailing you around.
You want to see what is there blocking your past. We saw a demon one night all night long in
Colorado Springs. From that day forward I couldn’t make it to that sanctuary quick enough to
say there is a demon here. This is a death spirit that says it’s going to try to kill me before I got
here before I could expose it. Once you see it, it is yours. Once you see that demon, it is now
under your rule, because you see what it looks like and see what it is doing. When I walked in

here there was a demon right up there watching over us. And I turned around a said, “That thing
is going to leave.” My voice is getting better and better. It has hampered every move of God in
this state and it will not sit and put a clamp on my throat. I’m telling you, once you see it, it is
yours. You just pass on through it. You tell it, “You and He are doing war.” Greater is He that is
in you than he that is sitting up there. Things will become see-able.
It means to bud forth. There have been seeds that have fallen into the ground. This is what
Barbara said. Now they’re going to bud. It means to sparkle and to gleam. You are going to get
bright. You’re going to look good. People are going to be drawn to you. I saw all these pictures
from a group here in Kansas where the spirit of God fell on them at Cracker Barrel, and the
entire hotel fell under the Spirit. All you have to do is sparkle and gleam and look at people
who need the Spirit of God, and they’ll say, “You are so on fire I want what you got.” It means
to spring up or fountain. Every well in the Bible is important going into this season. It means to
go into a matter more deeply. You might have a surface understanding, but you are really going
to understand. Connie, you’ll understand the fifth layer of the land. What is the iniquity that
has really been down there, rooted in so deep that it couldn’t be pulled up. It means to form a
ladder. Nobody teaches on this better than Dutch. So, this year I am excited about hearing him
teach again on that ladder of heaven between earth and heaven that form. What you are doing is
moving up so that you grab hold. Then, angels are moving down with you. This year, we’ll find
openings that occur which allow the Lord Sabbaoth to send help into your midst in a whole new
way. We are entering into time of nurturing. Therefore, it is not just the father’s disciplining, but
it is the sheep era of God nurturing us. He is going to nurture us in new ways. He is going to
develop us in new ways.
So, finally it means to vex. It means it is a time where there are such supernatural forces in
contention to bring down and manifest the glory that there is vexation working to vex your
spirit. Barbara was addressing some of that last night as we move forward. Therefore, you must
move from just understanding the word to moving by the Spirit. You will become a new sharp
threshing instrument and the ground you couldn’t break, you will break.

Let’s do this. Let’s extend our hands into the heaven and say, “Lord, here we are in Kansas.
Father, we ask you to send down revelation from this moment forth. Develop new intersections
for us. Father, we receive that coming down, and then Lord we say cause us to break new
ground from this day forward over the next 10 years. Cause us to go deeper. Cause us to drink a
pure stream that has been hidden underground for us. Cause us to see what we could not see in
Jesus name.”

-- Dutch Sheets -I’m in one of those “I don’t know where we are going” modes; so we’ll just see. I’ll probably
be as fascinated to find out as you will, but I know the word that has focused me on for this
session, not the prophetic word, the one word. There is one word that I feel very drawn to for
this, and that is the word “new.” I’ve been looking at this sign and listening to the prophetic
words that have been coming last night and today and Chuck’s message. I say it almost with
fear and trembling we’re coming into the new season. I wanted a new season so badly; I can
come up with that word pretty easily, but I really feel like this is a word from the Lord. It is
indeed a new day, a new season. I was very relieved although I am not naive about the level of
warfare we’re still in, but I was relieved when I heard Chuck remind us at his recent gathering
that we are entering a new 10 year season; the last 10 years have about worn me out. I mean
that literally. I am in a regrouping season, or I am trying to get my health back where it needs to
be, get my body recovered. I’ve run and run and run. I think I can run in this new season with
renewed strength. I believe we all can. I believe God is ready to take us into that Isaiah 40 and
have our strength renewed like the eagle.
I have been focusing on this word “new” and I believe it is where the Lord wants me to start. I
just read a verse. I had a dream several years ago in which I saw a picture that represented this
verse in Matthew 13:52. Jesus is speaking and says that every scribe who has become a disciple
of the kingdom of heaven is like the head of a household who brings forth out of his treasure
things new and old. The old isn’t always bad. The old is sometimes very important. Sometimes
you can’t get the new without the old. Sometimes the old is changed to something new. The
wise disciple knows how to marry the two. In my dream I was presenting a display to thenPresident Clinton, which tells you how old this dream was. There were presentations from all
50 states to the president. Clinton wasn’t the significant part but that we were presenting this
to a government and the head of the nation. I was representing Colorado, and he came to my
table and asked what Colorado had, and I said something old and something new. The table was
divided into two halves. One half was old, and one half was completely new. The old was a mix
of old instruments and items, and on the other side was a mix of things brand-new. That was
it. I woke up and, God begin to speak to me about where I was in Colorado, trying to tap into
both the old and the new and to get to the point where I could understand for example the land

issues. The old things I needed to know from that.

Let me define some terms before I get into about 10 or 12 new things we need to be alert for.
What do I need from the old to bring in the new. But what can’t I rely on from yesterday, what
do I have to get to today that is brand new. There are two words in Greek for “new”. One means
something is numerically new, in other words something of the same kind. That is “neos.” When
Jesus said in Matthew chapter 9 that new wine must be put in new wineskins, he actually used
different words for new. When He talked about the wine, he used this word for new. The wine
of the Spirit is indifferent. It may manifest different ways or forms or do different things in us
depending on the era or the season. It may look different the way it is poured out, but the wine
of the Spirit is the wine of the Spirit. The Spirit doesn’t change. So, he used the term”neos”
wine. The new wine, but more of it, more of the same, a new outpouring of it must be put
into a new wineskin. There is another word for new which is “kainos” which means different,
qualitatively new. A new one very different than the last one. Like an 1800s steam engine and a
2010 jet engine. A new engine, but completely new. The wine isn’t going to change, but the skin
is. I’m not going to change, but you are. So for every new outpouring that I do, even though it’s
the same wine, my spirit, you are going to have to be different. You are going to have to think
differently. You are going to have to plan differently. Maybe I’ll do this message in two parts
because I don’t want to keep us too long. You are going to have to be changed because I have to
have a new wineskin. So some of what God is doing right now will be brand-new as in we’ve
never seen it before, or some will just be old things resurrected. He will marry the new and the
old. There are certain things in your life that He will do even though it is not new to him. There
are things that will happen in your life, ministry or business and God will do things you’ve
never seen before. You’re going to have to know when to get out of the old box and old way of
thinking and say, “This is completely new. “But you’re also going to have to know what to hang
onto. If God is saying I’m going to do it again 100 years later. We heard the word last night
about what He did in Topeka a 100 years ago, the prophecy that there is going to be a revisiting
of the outpouring a hundred years later but with increase and ongoing. We have to know what
do we pull out of the old.
We have to live in this paradox. We are not really good at this, because, we want to hang onto
the old structures and the old way of thinking, and it makes us that old wineskin. And then
God is trying to put new wine in, and we’re arguing, and God is saying, “Some of that “yes,”
some of that “no,” but all of you “new.” If we are going to begin digging new wells, here is
something I feel we need to know. I am still just introducing this because I want you to think of
the different phases of new. When is it time to dig a new well, and when is it time to redig the
old well? Is this something that we are going to redig and pull something out of the past and
get it out into the now, or is this something that I’ve got to say, “I’ve never seen this before so
I have no paradigm for this whatsoever.” You will find yourself in this season being stretched
in amazing ways, and if there’s anything that looks us into the past at that point, we are an old
wineskin.

Now, let me just give you another little example then I’m going to list a bunch of things that I
think we need to talk about that will be new. The woman at the well asked Jesus how He could
give her a drink, she used the word “phrear,” which means a cistern or storage tank. She told
him the storage tank was deep, and He had nothing to draw out with. Jesus told her, “if you
drink the water I give you it will be a well springing up in you.” He used the word “pege.”
Two different kinds of wells. The term he used means an artesian bubbling spring. He said
that she was taking out of a cistern, and he had a bubbling fountain to give her. What you get
out of a cistern? You get old water. If you’re really thirsty you’re happy with a cistern full of
water. Sometimes we are drinking in our movements, our walk with God, we are drinking from
a cistern. We’re drinking from what He gave us yesterday. That’s not all bad. There is some
revelation that God gave me that goes back 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, and I am still drinking
from that and I visit there frequently, but Jesus said, “There is something fresh that I want to
give you, and it will bubble up.” So when do we drink from the old one and when do we drink
from the other? We better figure this out.
Number one, you have to be deaf in this meeting not to hear God saying, “There is a new level
of glory that is about to be poured out in Kansas. It is going to go from here to the nation. That
is also a word for Missouri as well. I may talk a little bit about that tomorrow, but when the
Lord told us on the 50 state tour that Missouri was the glory state, I can’t tell you how many
times I’ve argued with God about the words He gave us, because Chuck came up and said, “I’m
going to bring My glory here and it is going to go from here to the nations.” You can read about
those words in that book out there. I thought to myself that it was not that I have disrespect for
Missouri. You know, the lower population, no big centers or hubs for the nation. Would it really
come here, and how would it go from here to the nation? God is showing us, the same thing
for Kansas. He is showing us. There is a new level to His glory that is coming to bring us back
to the reality of what that means. It is more than just a cloud or a mist in the room. Sometimes
that is a manifestation, but we boil it down to what the biblical term for glory of God means.
In Hebrew it means heavy or weighty. In Greek it means the reflection or appearance of
something that causes it to be recognized for what it really is. Most people know that in the
Hebrew it means weighty or heavy, but they don’t realize that in Greek it means the appearance
of something that causes it to be recognized for what it really is. When God says he is going to
pour out my glory, he is saying two things. I’m going to bring My weighty presence. I’m going
to throw My weight around, and people will know that I am there because the atmosphere will
get thick with who I am. It is like going from tin to lead. The atmosphere is going to get thick
with Me and when that really begins to happen, you don’t have to tell people the glory is there.
If anybody is having to announce to you at a gathering that the glory is there, it’s not there. If
they have to advertise that it’s there, it’s not there, because when it really shows up nobody has
to tell anybody. When the weighty presence of God shows up everyone knows and all resistance
starts to fade, and God begins manifesting himself in ways that cannot be stopped.
It has everything to do with the release of His authority, His government. Now the Greek word

for glory, where he says we’re going from glory to glory, means that I am gazing at something
that is being reflected back to me that is so strong that it is making me look like what I am
seeing. This is so overpowering that when I stare at it and see it, the reflection, the power of
what I am seeing overcomes me and literally transforms me into itself. When we say the glory
of God is coming, the literal thing we’re saying is God is going to be seen in our midst. We are
going to reflect this. If God is bringing glory to Kansas, and he is bringing glory to Missouri and
He is going to from there to the nation that just means there is a very weighty government of
God that is about to descend in this region. When that government comes, it destroys everything
that opposes it. The church will begin to reflect Him in ways we never have. Our worship will
change. Our conversation will change. Our services will change. Our gatherings will change.
We will no longer say, “We wish we had this, we wish we could find this or that, or God would
do this.” We will say, “God is being reflected from our gatherings. He is there. His weighty
presence is there. People see him there. They leave the building saying God was in that room.”
It is a very fearful thing when God really begins to release His glory. We have no reason to ever
fear him in the phobia sense, but there will come such a deep reverential fear of the Lord when
this happens that it will not be a lighthearted frivolous thing. We won’t play around with it. We
won’t disrespect it. We won’t sell it and merchandise it. It’ll be something that when it really
shows up, the fear of God comes. It’s like the book of Acts. Some people didn’t want it, but they
were afraid of it. The glory of God is like a magnet. It either attracts or pushes away.
I see in my spirit the season coming where the weighty presence of his glory is coming in such
intense ways that we will completely lose track of time and spend hours in his presence saying
very little if anything. There will be all night gatherings that weren’t planned. There will be
gatherings where we will forget the structure, it will be worthless, because God will be in the
room. Who’s going to try to preach with the glory of God hovering over the room. Not me.
You want revelation? Sit here in the glory. He will talk to you. I’m not going to the lower level
by trying to preach. What I want to say to you is that we are not far away from those. I’m not
talking about 10 years from now. I’m talking about now. There is a new level of glory that God
has said and confirmed, and we watched the process of what He is doing in this region. I say
to you that if you can’t see that He is really doing what He said He was going to do, then you
are blind. He is doing this. Don’t think for a minute that you really understand. You’re going to
have to follow the cloud, and follow the “Ark.” You don’t know what you’re doing and neither
do I. We talk about the hovering presence of God. I loved it when Barbara was talking about
it last night. When the glory comes and He begins to hover. She talked about the Genesis 3
hovering. The brooding, the hovering, the moving of the Spirit of God over a person, a place, a
region, a gathering. When he begins to hover in our midst and brood over us, things begin to be
created. You don’t have to lay hands on people. Miracles will just pop into existence. Creative
forces of heaven are released when He hovers. The Spirit of God was moving, hovering,
brooding over the earth. How did Abraham and Sarah conceive? The Scripture says that He

hovered over and around Sarah’s barren body, and something happened to her. Five minutes
ago she was barren. Now she has all the body parts and everything that she needs because she
stepped into a hovering presence of God, and a son was born, and a nation was born and a
nation was changed, and we’re still talking about what happened when God hovered over Sarah.
Then she talked about the overshadowing word. I haven’t preached on this in years, but I
couldn’t help thinking as she talked about it that this is where we are, Barbara, go get them,
girl. This is where we are. The overshadowing of Peter with his shadow. It wasn’t Peter’s
shadow that healed anybody. It is hard to translate what happened there, but it’s the same word
as when God hovered around Mary and she conceived Christ. It’s the very same word for the
overshadowing that was taking place with Peter. It wasn’t his shadow healing anybody. It was
the Spirit of God so emanating from his spirit; the presence got so thick around him that when
people step into the overshadowing, when they got into the presence that was flowing out of this
guy, when they stepped into a certain proximity of it, they stepped into the hovering, and they
were healed. I’m looking for meetings where Brother and Sister Wonderful don’t have to show
up and lay hands on everybody, and a whole revival is not built around one person. I want to
see one that is built around the hovering. I want one where there are four or five strong hovering
believers there so that no one really knows who released it. They don’t know who released it.
They just know they came with cancer and left without it. They came with a bad heart and left
with a healthy heart. They came with this disease and it’s gone. That’s what happened, and they
don’t know. They stepped into the hovering.
God is going to so hover over Wichita that people will drive into the city limits and be healed.
He is going to show how much stronger He is than the spirit of death. He’s going to show that
when His glory shows up, nothing can stand in the way of His glory and that even death itself
is overthrown and life takes over where death ruled and people are going to drive into the city
limits; and get born-again and filled with the Spirit. People will drive into the city limits of
Wichita that don’t even believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues. They
will drive into the city limits, they will begin to speak in tongues; someone will have to explain
to them later what is happening. Their whole theology is going to be blown away. What Wichita
gets the rest of us can get, right?
It’s the hovering. It’s the word used at the transfiguration of Jesus. When it says a cloud came
overshadowing them and they all got into this hovering. When it came over Jesus, His whole
body began to glow. When you read the Greek versions of all the complete versions on the
Mount of Transfiguration, He began to glow; His clothing began to glow, and one writer said
that his clothing was flashing like lighting. Is it any wonder that Peter didn’t know what to do
and say, “Let’s just build three tabernacles here.” What do you do when you’re staring at a man
who begins to glow with this effervescent glow of heaven then his clothing begins to flash?
What you do with that? You think you might have said something better. You wouldn’t say

anything better. The best you could do was keep your mouth shut. I tell you, that is coming, that
level, I don’t know about the flashing clothing, but that level of glory and hovering is coming
to us. It is an insurmountable thing. People either run from it, or they are overcome by it and
are born-again. Revelation comes; they are filled with the Spirit. Miracles begin to happen.
Strongholds are broken. Addictions are broken, and generational curses are broken. Everything
changes.
Have you ever been in a meeting when the glory came to a certain level, and you recognized
you shouldn’t do anything. There is a holy fear and awe of the Lord that comes, and you realize
no one needs to say anything anyway. What are you going to do? Tell us it’s here? I remember
Tommy Tenney telling a story about when His presence came to a church some place in
Texas, I think. I think Houston, but the presence of God came in the room, and it was one of
those thick times and he was afraid to move and wasn’t going to do anything, and the pastor
got nervous. Pastors get nervous. Pastors are going to get really nervous in the coming days.
Pastors are going to get so nervous that they choose to stay in their old wineskin, or they’re
going to say, “Well, I don’t know how to do this and what this is all about, but I’m just going to
let this happen.” The pastor came to Tommy and said, “One of us needs to go up there and do
something.” Tommy said, “I’m not going up there.” So the pastor decided to go up there and
take over the meeting and that’s when the glory of God came and the pulpit split right down the
middle. From what I hear, it knocked the pastor back and I guess Tommy told him later, “I told
you not to go up there.”I look forward to the day when we get in meetings and there is nothing
for me to do. We just show up, and He shows up, and that’s it, and in the afterglow, we just
share testimonies of what happened.
I have 11 of these and I haven’t even finished number one. I am discerning that I am not going
to finish this word in this session. We’ve got plenty of time. I think I will do just one more and
we’ll go eat.
The second one is new wells. How can you not dig new wells. I was meditating on Genesis
chapters 21 and 26 because those are kind of the two chapters relevant to Isaac redigging wells
of his father, Abraham. I want to be real careful not to get bogged down here because there
are many teachings that could come from this passage, and I don’t want to get slowed down
into a lengthy teaching. I just want to highlight a few things. I want to make sure that I’m not
doing injustice to what God is trying to say here. Sometimes I get in such a big hurry I shut
down the flow of revelation. There is a spirit of revelation in this place right now. Let me just
wander around these two chapters for a few minutes and see where we end up. In Genesis 21,
Abraham finds himself in Gerar. We summarize it with this. This was when he dug many of
the wells. He had an encounter with the Lord and with King Abimelech here in this place. The
most significant thing about this passage is at the end where he calls on the everlasting God. It is
amazing how the Lord keeps bringing me back to this revelation. This is one of those old ones

that I am still drinking from. It is amazing. I can open my Bible there, and it is like a fresh cold
drink of water that never gets stale. I walked in here knowing I’m going to go to this, and what
are they singing? Everlasting God. It’s like the Lord is telling me to go there. Abraham called
on Olam-El, the everlasting God. El is just one of the general names for the strong and mighty
God. Olam means eternal both ways, the most distant past and the most distant future outside of
time. It’s not just the future. Who is looking down on yesterday, today and forever all at once.
You can’t get your mind around Olam-El the Everlasting God. It’s impossible for us to do that.
Abraham calls on the everlasting God. It is so fascinating to me that in Genesis 26 when it is
Isaac’s turn, God takes him back to the same place. God often does this. “I want to do a new
work in you, but I need to do it in an old place. I want you to go back to the same place where
Abraham was in chapter 21 years ago. Where one of his iniquities was exposed, and he lied and
said Sarah was his sister. So Issac goes back to the same place, and he lies about Rebecca. He
tells her to say she is his sister so they will sleep with you and leave me alone. It’s horrible.
I’ve been so fascinated by God saying I’m going to take you back to the same place because
there is an inheritance there for you. You are going to redig some wells and I’m going to give
you this same covenantal promise of the land and I’m going to bless you like I blessed your
daddy, but before I give you the generational blessing I’m going to have to deal with the
generational curse. Because you have the same iniquitous route in you that was your daddy,
and as appalling and horrific as that was, you will do the same thing. Watch how this demonic
thing works. He goes back to the same area, Girar, the same King Abimilech, the same setting.
It is the same thing. It is like when he sets his feet on the same land where the curse took place,
same place where the sin took place, that same demon was able to take over him. He did the
same thing because it was related to something in his blood. It was an iniquity deep inside this
man. I don’t want to teach on all that because Chuck said he would teach on that. Maybe God
will take us there, and we’ll get some iniquitous things broken off of us while we’re here in this
meeting, but the point for me is that before he could get to the generational blessing, he had to
get the generational death or iniquity or weakness broken off of him.
God couldn’t pour out His glory here until abortion ended. He could not do what he wanted
to do until the death spirit was broken. He could not get us to new wells. Isn’t it amazing
that we enter into a new year, the year of digging new wells, and we barely make it. It’s like,
here we are. Are we going to get there or not? Just before we enter that year, we get the final
breakthrough in Wichita. It’s like Abraham and Isaac. He said, “Isaac, it’s time for new wells.
I’ve got to get this out of you.”
He goes from there, Gerar, still in 26, and he starts redigging the wells. The first two wells, he
gets a lot of opposition, but the third one he gets no opposition from the Philistines that are
there, so he names it Rehaboath which means broad place. God has made room for us. Then,
he digs another one, and it is called Beersheba, the well of covenant or the well of oaths. Here

is not what you see. Gerar means narrow, confined, restrained place. In the beginning of the
chapter, God says to go back to Gerar because that’s where he’s going to deal with this iniquity.
He sends him into a very narrow, refining place so he can start his dealings. He says, “I’m going
to squeeze you. I would have to squeeze something out of you. It is like a boil that needs to
be lanced. I am going to have to get this iniquity out of you because I am going to have you.
You are going to be the man I need and you’re not going to run around with this root in you. I
can’t do in you what I need to do in you because I don’t want Jacob, Joseph and the other guys
coming afterward to be giving their wives away every time I turn around. So, here’s where
it stops. I’m going to keep you here, sending you right back where it happened. When that
thing is awakened in you, I want to squeeze it out of you so that I can take you finally from the
restricted narrow place to the broad place because I have big plans for you Isaac. I’m going to
get you to the broad place, and I’m going to make room for you, but first I’m going to squeeze
you.” Don’t you just hate God’s ways sometimes. Don’t be religious with me. You know you
don’t like it. I love the results. I’m not too crazy about the process sometimes.
If you will let him squeeze out of you, get the bad old. Some of the old is good. We’ve got old
wells that need to be uncapped. They’re coming back with more. The old and the new married.
But there is some bad old and I’m going to get it, Isaac. You will see the broad place and say,
“Wow, look at this huge broad place he is made for us.” Finally, you get the covenant. Isn’t it
amazing you go from Gerar to the well of covenant in one chapter. You go through the old and
get it lanced out of you. You go from the refined place, to the well of contention, to the well
of enmity and the well of broad places and then you go to the well of covenant where God has
made peace with enemies and you are prospering on the land. Jay, I think that’s where we are.
I think he has made a place where once we get these land issues dealt with we’re coming into
covenant again. When you get to the well of covenant, that’s it. When you get to that point,
when you are walking in the fullness of covenantal benefits and blessings, there’s nothing more
to ask for. There is nothing you could ever want or need or describe or ask God will you please
do this? Everything is provided in the covenant blessing and provision. I still ask God how you
get the old out and get him to the new in one chapter.
It is hard to tell in the wording of chapter 26 what Isaac is going through, it’s hard to tell if all
the wells are redug or some of them are brand-new. It just doesn’t say. In the wording of the
last bit, sounds like this could be new ones. I have read this many many times and I think he
redug some old and he had to dig some new. I think I want to wrap it up here. In this season
when we are expecting to see the glory, there may be some things that God says, “I need you to
redig these, and there will be some where you don’t know about this, you’ve never walked here
before. Dig a new one right here.”

So, I’ll get the rest of this later. Let’s all stand. Lord, as we tap into this word for Kansas; we
believe it can prosper. You will have to show us what the old is that we have to deal with. You
will have to show us the old wells that are good and need to be redug. Show us where to dig
new ones or when we have to plow because we’ve never been this way before. Bring those new
levels of glory. Bring the heavy, weighty presence that makes us look like You and allows us
to reflect what you look like. With weighty signs, wonders, and miracles, the glorious hovering
of your Spirit come and we feel the angels wings. We are satisfied with nothing but You at that
point. We declare it to be so in Jesus name.
DeeAnn - we have been hearing about a new sound. The old wineskin says that the new sound
sounds like music, but this was a new sound. Your voice carried us into a new place, into a new
reality, into a new weightiness. Some of us have been undone by just the sound of a new glory
coming in.

sound of the kingdom advancing. Put your ear to the ground. Hear the sound of the kingdom in
unity. Here the sound of the fire going before her. Hear the sound of the kingdom in unity. Hear

Chuck -- I say, “There is a rolling going on in the heavens above the center of this nation
called Kansas. This rolling is causing you to say, ‘The ground I have once walked on is now
responding in a new way. Hear the sound of the kingdom release that is coming into your
atmosphere. No longer will you be gathered the way you have been gathered in what has been
called church, but I will gather you differently and move you out into the land.
LeeAnn - Hear the sound of the lightning and thunder. Hear the sound of the signs and wonders.

announce that God had brought in supply. I say to you, “That was driven away in one measure,
but I say hear the kingdom’s sound for there is still supply in the ground. Hear the kingdom
sound, for the supply in the ground is crying out to be released.”

the sound of the coming supply on the ground. Hear the sound of the coming supply. Hear the

Chuck -- I say to you, “My voice is like thunder, and I am awakening my people. Once your
spirit was awakened and then fell asleep, but another awakening is coming to cause you to stand
and move on the land.”
LeeAnn - Hear the beating of the heart of the nation. Hear the sound of the coming celebration.
Chuck -- I say, “You have been held captive too long by that which was once the structure
of worship. I have now removed that structure, and a celebration on the land and heaven’s
response is now coming into this nation.”
LeeAnn - It’s coming on the wings of the wind. Hear the sound of the lightning and thunder.
Lift your eyes to the signs and the wonders.
Chuck -- Extend your hands up into the heavens. Thank Him that His sound is coming from
heaven into the earth to create the movement for the next season. Father, we receive Your
sound, Your new song that will now develop and build throughout the nation called America.
Let’s give a shout up into heaven.
Wow! You can feel the presence here. It’s like our minds are coming alive to what God is saying
and doing in this place and here in the center of this nation, God has brought down the song that
will propel us into this next season. Give one more shout up into the heavens. Now, bless two or
three people around you.
Tonight, I’m going to be talking about the triumphant reserve, but I’m going to be tying some
things together and let Dutch really propel us forward into the revelation he has and is moving
in. Let’s thank God for it this morning. Now, here’s how you hear. God is doing something new
in all of us, but I walked by this drum after Dutch spoke, and the Spirit of God spoke to me and
told me that what he said was in that drum. I told John, but I didn’t tell LeeAnn. I told John he
would play the drum when he got back, and LeeAnn was going to sing what was in that drum
that God says was already there.
Hear what I’m saying to you. That’s what it’s like going into the season. All you have to do is
say, “That looks like a drum to me.” God says to look again. He’s already put it there for you to
hear it. See, without the new song we don’t break the old cycle. Notice what began to happen
this morning was there was a sound that got created. When you bring that sound into fullness,

notice how the instrument, the keys just added in with that sound. All of a sudden God says
your new song now will set the course and break the old cycle. That is how we are going to start
moving in days ahead.
I want you to get a picture of the tent because the structure we are moving in right now is not
formed well enough to say this is what it looks like. I’m not sure we want to define the structure
like Dutch was talking about. It’s the same Holy Spirit, but it’s a new structure. What we want
to do is watch God as He fully brings the structure into the ground. Now, this is how I operate.
I feel like we ended our season in Oklahoma because that is pretty well where I processed
much of what I’m doing with Jay, the natives, and Oklahoma being a concentration camp for
our natives. That has really been liberated. We have really moved forward into this liberated
land. We ended there and went to Denton the next week. Notice we were coming straight up
Interstate 35. Here we are now in Kansas. Someone said that the anointing was so strong once
we presented the Lord with the tent out on the land because this is the season of the tents, the
Feast of Tabernacles. Several asked why we don’t leave the tent up and move in it for a whole
month. I told them not to leave it out because I had to be in Kansas. My next piece was not
in Denton; it was in Kansas. That’s how that works. Until God says He has the pieces to set a
structure in place, all you can do is move. Move the way the cloud and the fire is moving. Move
to where the revelation was coming down. I didn’t have it all put together: what we had put
together last night and this morning. It’s very important that you keep following the Lord, and
you don’t settle down until He says, “You’ve got enough of a structure to make it look the way
it should look going into the next season.”
So, Kansas is an integral part in developing the structure and the sound for the next season. That
was a distinct sound. That wasn’t a sound that we brought forth during our Denton meeting. See
what I mean? You have to be on the land where heaven is open above the land to get that sound.
So, you’ve got to understand as we’re moving forward. One of the things we were talking
about at lunch is it’s not that you don’t have a message when the glory comes, but you have
to wait until God speaks in the glory. I can’t come in with a preconceived seven points I want
you to have. You’re not in a teaching dimension; you’re pulling revelation down. You are going
into a heavenly realm, and heaven is connecting with you right at that moment to release the
revelation. Therefore, the glory of God begins to form the structure.
So, I think this is the way we have to think of this as we go into this next season. Hopefully,
you will hear Dutch share some things that God is showing him, but we are now starting to
bring what is in heaven and connect it into the land. We are going to experience some things we
have never experienced before. We are going to see demons have to let go of lands where they
have occupied themselves. We are going to see a nation start shifting. The president and all of
the cabinet can do what they want. We are a government on the move developing a whole new
dimension of God’s glory. They will have to contend with that when it hits them. They’ll have

to contend with it just like everyone else will have to contend with it. You’ve got to think like
that. My kids have to contend with the glory when it comes. That’s why Jesus said that brothers
will separate from brothers.
Let me show you this. If you will walk in a clear conscience, conscience is the window of the
soul. It’s that window between soul and spirit. So, it is what causes you to see. The Bible says
the eye is the conscience. It says that in Matthew 5. If your eye is filled with a light, you will see
every thing with light cast on it. If the eye is filled with darkness, how great the darkness can
be. That’s what Scripture says. Here is where we are going into the season of seeing. God has
got to make sure our conscience is cleansed so we can see in a new way. Now, heaven is going
to position itself at a certain time over a place or people or person. We are headed into a season
where heaven is positioning an open flash above you. That’s the way you want to think of this
season.
Now, if your conscience is clean, all of a sudden heaven’s window and your window align.
You are seeing from the view of heaven. You aren’t looking down here on the earth realm.
Something else begins to happen. What happens is the river of revelation from heaven begins
to pour right down through you, and that river in you is like it is primed. All of a sudden, you
begin to pour out in a way that you have not poured out in years and years and years. The same
thing happens with the land. God is cleansing the conscience the land holds. Now, hear me in
this. Why is land so important? You are that. You are a good-looking pile of dirt. Therefore, how
you perceive and hear is linked with the land. Some of us are bigger piles of dirt.
In the midst of it, what happens is once the land is cleansed of it’s iniquities, all of a sudden
the land in itself starts rejoicing. All of that joy then comes back up through you, and all of a
sudden your heart begins to swell and before long heaven, earth and you are one. You begin to
reflect God’s purpose in sound and in demonstration. It takes action. The river then begins to
flow out of you, the river of light and the river of life. The Holy Spirit pours out, and it’s not
just Holy Spirit hovering at that point, but Holy Spirit is dwelling in our midst. The land begins
to respond in new ways. Therefore, anybody that walks into that atmosphere all of a sudden
recognizes the atmosphere change, and they begin to yield themselves to the Spirit of God that
is in the midst of us. It’s how the harvest will occur.
Now, let me end with Genesis 16. The power of first mention in the word of God is always
important to look at. Any first is important, the concept of first fruit and the power of first
mention: What God is doing, and what God is saying. When you get to Genesis 16 let me just
tell you more of the story of what I want to show you. Abraham, the Hebrew in Genesis 14,
is one of the Ayan words for this season, “Abar.” It is linked with the whole concept of this
word that we have been looking at here. So, Hebrew meant one who crosses over. Therefore,
this whole season is a crossing over season. It’s not just an event to cross over; the whole

season is a crossing over season. That’s why we want to cross over in Oklahoma, crossover in
Denton, crossover in Kansas, crossover in Minnesota, crossover in Wisconsin, and crossover
in Missouri. The whole season is crossing over. With that, when you cross over, you come into
a covenant promise. So, once Abraham went to war in Genesis 14, all of a sudden he formed a
relationship with a person called Melchizedek. We are coming into the fullness of Melchizedek.
We are a Melchizedek priesthood. Jay was bringing that up last night as God brings us into the
fullness of our Melchizedek priesthood. Abraham gave to Melchizedek the spoils of war. When
he did that, all of a sudden that shifted God over Abraham in a different way.
This is what is going to happen as we go through this season. You are going to do one faith
action. Pam and I have a book back there called “One Thing.” You are going to do one faith
action like that in your giving, in your praying, in your prophetic acts, in our meetings, and all
of a sudden God is going to shift that window over. He is going to surprise you that He is there.
He is going to start moving you in a new way. That’s what he did with Abraham. He had already
given Abraham his promise. It’s not about receiving a new promise; it’s about Him shifting
over you in a way so that He re-forms covenant with you for the promise that is connected with
the land that you have been given. Now, remember land is earth, “Topas,” but it is also linked
with your mind, and your heart. In other words, how your heart is responding is how the topas
you are walking on is responding. That is why if a man’s heart is evil, the ground is going to be
under the weight of that evil that is in man’s heart. All of a sudden, God shifts over Abraham,
and He’s been walking with Abraham, He’s already had several meetings with Abraham, but
now He covenants with Abraham. He cuts a covenant with him. He speaks to Abraham and tells
Abraham to look toward heaven, verse five. I want you to underline that because that is a phrase
that is linked with this entire season. Look toward heaven, lift up your eyes and look. Don’t
be looking at the cosmos atmosphere you are in. Cosmos is world. Don’t be looking at the
atmosphere that is forming around you, putting limitations on you, and telling you how you are
going to have to conform. Look to heaven. Look to heaven for I have patterns to bring into you.
Once Abram did that in verse five, He said, “You won’t be able to count the descendents you
will have.” Abram believed in the Lord. There is the new faith coming from this new season.
You might be at the end of one faith dimension. You have thought you’ve exercised so much
faith in this last 10 years; I am just going to lay back because I don’t think I have another ounce
of strength in me. God says, “You will have new faith for this new season.” Faith increases.
Faith isn’t a one time thing. Faith is something that happens. All of a sudden, Abraham believed,
and God accounted it to him as righteousness. In other words, it all summed up. There are going
to be moments this year that things sum up. Dutch teaches on this. The bowls are filled.
Notice, He said, “I am the Lord who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this
land to inherit.” One shift I am seeing going into this next season is we must recognize the land
is waiting for us to occupy it. Now, what God means when He says that is we are to pull heaven
into it. Where heaven has been removed and there are thrones of demons, we are going to
overturn those thrones and pull heaven in. That’s what we just experienced when the song was

going forth. You could feel it. All that John and LeeAnn were doing was letting God develop
the song for this land. I think that song was the song for our nation because it had enough in it
for that. Then Abraham asked a very good question in verse eight. “Lord God, how shall I know
I will inherit it?” Then the Lord forms covenant with him and set the boundaries of his land.
Now, God has already told Abraham He is going to give him children, not through his heir. He
is going to give him a child and Sarah, who has not borne any children, she knows this word. I
love Sarah because she is the first woman mentioned in the faith chapter. So, there is something
about all of these people that were alike, or God would not have used them as an example of
faith. God has already covenanted with Abraham to give him this child. Not from Eliazar, not
from any place else, but what Sarah does is she says that she is too old and leaned on her own
understanding. She is not willing to go through the process here, and she gives him Hagar. He
actually takes Hagar and Sarah said, “See now the Lord has restrained me from having children.
Go into my maid, and perhaps I shall obtain children by her.” Abraham heeded the voice of
Sarah.
Sarah, Abraham’s wife, took Hagar, her maid, the Egyptian, and gave her to her husband,
Abraham, to be his wife after Abraham had dwelt 10 years in the land of Canaan. So, he went
into Hagar, she conceived, and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress became
despised in her eyes. Now, Hagar made a shift at this point. Hagar had a lot going for her also.
Once she had conceived this child, she had an upper hand on the one she served. Sarah said to
Abraham, “My wrong be upon you. I gave my maid into your embrace, and when she saw she
conceived, I became despised in her eyes. The Lord judge between you and me.” At that point
it became Abraham’s fault. It’s all starting to make sense. You’ve got to see something here.
There is something that happens to shift this. There is something Abraham shifts in for Sarah
to say that. There is something that Abraham does here that makes Sarah rebuke him. So, it is a
legitimate review even though we do not have all the clarity of the details here of what is going
on. So, Sarah dealt harshly with her, and she fled from her presence.
This is what I want you to see number seven. Now the angel of the Lord found her by a spring
of water in the wilderness. Underline that. That is the first mention of what we are looking at in
the season. Beginning now, there are going to be springs in the wilderness where outcasts have
gone. All of a sudden, where we have looked at that wilderness place and we’ve looked at the
person in one way, we are going to see them differently in this season. There are going to be
places where God says, “You must look again.” There are going to be people that have gone
through harsh separations, and all of a sudden there is going to be a spring of water rise up next
to them for this next season. This spring was on the way to Shur. He told her, “Hagar, Sarah’s
maid, where have you come from and where are you going?” Underline that verse. Because it
doesn’t matter really where you are going into this new season, and this is for a lot of people
out there, God is saying, “Where are you and where are you going?” He is not just going to be
confronting those of us who are the remnant. He is going to confront those that have run from

him in this last season. He is going to be confronting those who have said, “This thing is too
hard for me, I’ve got to get out of here.” He is going to be confronting those who have had bad
experiences in the last season. Hagar said she was fleeing from her mistress Sarah. The angel
of the Lord said to her, “Return to your mistress and submit your self under her hand. I will
multiply your descendents exceedingly so that they shall be counted for multitudes.”
God makes covenant with Hagar. This is very important because we’re heading into a world
wide shift in the way God is going to start meeting entire people groups. Now, this is very, very
important for us. Some of you, God is going to visit your bloodline. You might be from Africa
and have been over here the last 400 years, and God is going to visit your bloodline. He might
visit it in Africa, but you are going to become alive because it’s your time. Some of you, God
has made covenants with your bloodline along the way, but now the visitation is coming, and
you are going to see things happen. Do not fall into the same scenario in an America that we fell
into with white and black. All Muslim groups are not going to be militant terrorist structures.
Some of those Muslim groups, God is going to visit, and they are going to be swept into the
kingdom. Now, get ready for that. That’s why we must watch what’s forming right now.
Here’s where you want to understand. Wells are being dug going into this season. We want to
keep our heart right so we can bring forth the pure water. Now, today in Washington DC, there
is a meeting that has been allowed of Muslim people to meet there because they understand
everything we’re saying this morning and today. They not only understand it; they believe it.
They know they can release a sound that can change an atmosphere. They know they can take
land. As a matter of fact, the goal is to take all of the land. They are not like us. Their goal is: “If
the land is there, we will take it and produce a well.” They will cause everyone to dig, for that
well. Now, this is what we have going for us. Some way or another if this is the first mention
of the spring in the wilderness, and that’s what this whole season is about, finding the springs
in the wilderness, if we have a covenant and if we are in right covenant with Abraham, hear me
carefully, the Lord Jesus Christ brought me into covenant with him, into the promise of Genesis
12-15. You have to see that. That was for you also Jesus Christ. Romans 9 and Romans 11 says
that we are now bringing that into a fullness. If we are in right covenant with that, we have a
right to call a people into order that must submit to this covenant. If we don’t think like that
going into this next 10 years, we’ll get way off track. I’m saying this because the universities
in Kansas are very important for the next season. Because of that, you must understand your
authority in covenant. Not only has God put you in authority in this land, He has put you in
authority to call a people into right covenant and right order. The only way any Muslim group
can rule is that we negate our covenant with God and our authority to rule in that covenant.
You are not to be intimidated by what you hear and see. There was a spring in the wilderness
with Hagar. God met with Hagar just like He met with Abraham; then, He sent Hagar back in
under submission to the covenant. Hear me carefully so you’re not confused going into this next
season, and you know the ruling dominion that you have. Now, what I have done for the last
three months is studied Hagar and how she has progressed through the word of God. Because,
notice in verse 11, 12 and 13 that the angel came to her and said, “Behold, you are with child.

You shall bear a son and you shall call his name Ishmael, “God hears,” because the Lord has
heard your affliction. He shall be a wild man, His hand shall be against every man, every man’s
hands shall be against him, and he shall dwell in the presence of his brethren.” Then, she called
the name of the Lord who spoke to her. This is the first time you see a name of the Lord being
spoken by person. It was Hagar who did it. She created a character, a portion of God’s character
in the earth based upon this meeting. Notice what happens here. “You are the God who sees.”
This whole season is about “You are the God who sees.” You are the God who knows my
affliction. You are the God who knows the plight that I have. You are the God who even knows
why I fled and ended up here. If you remember that going into this season, that God is watching.
You are the God who sees. Have I also here seen Him who sees me. That summarizes the season
we are heading into. No matter what situation you are in, no matter what plight you’re in, will
you see the God who sees you? Will you look and see the God who sees you?
Verse 14 -- Therefore the well was called Beer-lahai-roi, observe it, it is between Kadesh and
Bered. Therefore, the well of this place of seeing was established. The Lord went not only from
heaven, but down into the depths of the earth where water and drink was that would supply
drink necessary for the moment.
Now, I want to end by saying this. He is “God who sees.” You will see Him who is seeing you
in whatever circumstance you’re in; you will know you could see Him in that circumstance. You
do not have to go into this season the same way that you have been in the last season. He is very
present. There is a well near you that will cause you to be refreshed as you see Him the way He
is. There is already a well near you so that you will recognize that the water you are drinking is
because He is seeing you, and you have seen Him. We are entering into a tremendous season of
change. He is the God who sees. There will be a well that represents His seeing power, and you
will be sustained in whatever situation you are in.
Prayer -- Father, we thank you. We thank you for the sounds you have connected to the earth
here in Kansas. We thank you for the word of God. We thank you, Lord, that in the midst
of us wanting to see covenant promise to manifest, we have all made mistakes. We ask for
forgiveness for the mistakes we made in the last season. But, Lord you’re saying, “You will see.
You will not be held captive to your mistakes. You will return and you will see.”
Father, I decree it and say it from the center of this nation, you will return and you will see
it. I also decree from the center of this nation that those of the sons of Ishmael and all of
their descendants will submit unto God’s covenant rule. Lord, we ask now that even those in
Washington DC that are creating a new well to experience a greater well. We speak to them
from Kansas and say, “You will return and submit to the covenant again. You might think you
are creating one atmosphere, but many will return and submit to the covenant of God, the true
covenant of Abraham. You will experience the power of the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and
a manifestation of the Messiah who brought us into the fullness of Abraham’s covenant. We
send this through the airwaves and we say you will return and you will submit in Jesus name.”

-- Dutch Sheets -It’s a new season. We started earlier talking about new things. Sometimes it’s a cliche, and
sometimes it’s the truth. I’ve been hearing good things for 10 years. God’s doing a new thing,
and it was the same old stuff. It was new challenges; that is all it was. It was just new battles,
new miles. I’ll tell you what; that’s not true anymore. It really is a new season. God is really
doing some very different things.
So, I’m going to jump in where I left off. I did two of these, and I’m going to try another eight
or 10 in this session. Pray that I don’t get stuck. No, if God wants us to get stuck, we’ll just get
stuck. I just wrote these down as they came to me earlier so they’re not in any particular order. I
think I can actually arrange them better if I had time to think about it, but I just put them down
as they came to me.
We said there is a new level of glory coming, and it is indeed coming. We talked about new
wells. Some are new in the sense that they are brand-new, and others are new in that they will
be redug.
Number 3. The phrase that came to me was that we are going to new places. Now that’s not
physical; that is in the spirit. I have written down here what Chuck alluded to in his last session
when he talked about crossing over. He has been telling me for a year or two, “You’d better get
that message stirred up in you because it is time to crossover.” It is time to cross over. Abraham
was called Hebrew because he was the one who crossed over. When he was first referred to as
Hebrew, it was basically God’s response to him when he said, “Abraham, I want you to leave
home and go to a place that I will show you when you get there.” Two chapters later, God called
him Abram, the Hebrew. There is never any explanation given for that. You just have to research
the meaning of the word and ask why God would refer to him as a Hebrew. It simply means
crossing over. He was one who was willing to go out or pass over into another place, cross into
another place.
Here is the significant thing; I want us to think about and remember today is that when Abraham
chose to crossover or cross out of his homeland and go into a new place with God, God named

him the one who crossed over, but in the next chapter God came to him and entered into
covenant with this man. You’ll find the sacrifice being made where Abraham was told to prepare
the sacrifice, and he did so; then, the fouls of the air tried to come and to destroy the sacrifice.
He fought off that which was trying to steal the sacrifice. Then it says, “In the evening a flaming
torch from heaven came and began to pass through the pieces of the sacrifice.” That passing
between is the same word, abar, from which we get Hebrew. God was saying, “Since you are
abarring over to me, I am abarring over to you. Since you are crossing over to me, now I am
crossing over to you.”
The passing between the pieces of sacrifice of the flaming torch was the same word, abar. So
you crossed over to me, and I’m crossing over to you. The Lord is saying, “Because you, a
remnant people, has been willing to press in and press in and follow me and follow me, and
go places you didn’t even know you’re going, you have just been willing to follow the cloud.
You pursued me, now I am about to pursue you. I’m going to show up at times when you didn’t
even expect me. I am coming to you because we are in covenant now. Because you become a
Hebrew, I became a Hebrew. You crossed over to me, and I am crossing over to you. You ran for
me, and now we’re going to run together.
When this came to me, and I wrote it down that we were crossing into new places, I thought
immediately of Caleb and Hebron. I know this is what finally fit for me when Chuck prophesied
about the 80-year-old dying and being raised from the dead. What I felt in my spirit was that
God was telling me, “It is a Caleb season.” He was 80 years old, and God gave him his city.
He went to his new place. God has a new place for you that he is preparing for you in the
spirit. It’s a new place of inheritance. It’s a new place of blessing. Don’t get your mind on
geographical location. Think of a completely new place in the spirit. Think of the place you’ve
been dreaming about for 40 years. Think of the harvest you have been dreaming about for the
last 10 or 15 years. Think about all the prophetic words you’ve heard that haven’t happened yet.
Think of those things you have been journeying toward, and now God is saying, “You came to
me; now I am coming to you. We’re going to go up to this mountain; were going to take it. I
promised it to you five years ago, two years ago, 20 years ago. Now you want to get it. Break
“hope deferred” off of you now; you’re going to get your promise. It may not have happened
the way you thought it was going to happen, but it’s going to happen. It may not have come
when you thought it was coming, but it’s coming. We thought we had this breakthrough in
Kansas a long time ago. It took a lot of pain, a lot of tears, a lot of plowing, a lot of hardship,
a lot of perseverance...” I said, “Thank You, God, You are just sending me in there. Thank You
that I don’t have to live there, but I tell you, there’s coming a day now where people are going
to say, “I wished I lived there, because He is there now. That isn’t, and He is. Now we’re taking
our mountain.”

You know the history of the new place. When Caleb took it, it wasn’t called Hebron. It was the
word, Kirjath-Arba, that meant “the city of the greatest of all the giants.” Arba was the one that
started the entire giant clan. That’s why Caleb looked up at that mountain and said, “That is the
place that I want.” It wasn’t because he liked the city; he hated the giants. He said, “That man
does not have the right to be up there on the highest point in this whole nation. It is the highest
place in all of Israel, he said, “and you do not have the right to the high places. We have the
right to the high places, and I claim that mountain.” He waited 40 years, and God gave him his
place. When God gave him his place, he named it Hebron, which means “friendship.” The place
that fear and intimidation that kept a generation for 40 years out of their inheritance. I’m going
to name it after my walk with God, “friendship.” It became the place of friendship ever after.
That’s why Abraham, the friend of God, was buried at Hebron.
Wichita is going to be the place of friendship. Kansas is going to be the place of friendship.
Hebron also became a city of refuge. Isn’t it interesting that God in his “in your face way,”
turned the place of the greatest giant and the greatest fear stronghold, probably the most
demonized place-spiritual stronghold, where an entire generation of Israelites ran from it, lost
their inheritance. God renamed it, and it became a place where people ran for safety and refuge.
Now, that’s a 180°. Could it be that people will make pilgrimages to Wichita to find life instead
of death? I told you earlier this is going to happen. They’re going to come into the city limits
and meet Him before they even get to the buildings. The reproach will be broken off of this
state and off of this city.
You get to be a friend of God, and God will get to the point where He doesn’t even judge unless
He comes and talks to you about it first. “I’ve got to do this, but I need to go talk it over with
Abraham first.” Why? Do you need his permission?” No, he is my friend. I don’t do things of
that nature in his territory that I don’t talk to him first.
The next one, the new generation arising. After Caleb took the city and named it Hebron,
he came to the next city in the order of conquest and asked who is going to take it. Caleb’s
nephew, Othniel said that he would do it. The spirit of Uncle Caleb got onto the nephew, and
He said to himself, “If he can take giants, I can take giants. If he can conquer this place, I can
conquer my place, and if he can change the name of his, I’m going to change the name of
mine.” Caleb named his “friendship.” The nephew named his city “the innermost sanctuary.”
It’s almost like he was saying that if Uncle Caleb could be his friend, I can live in the innermost
sanctuary. We will go beyond friendship; we will be best friends. The root word of that city is
the root word for “word of the Lord.” When you see the phrase “word of the Lord,” it is debar.
Because they went into the innermost sanctuary and heard from God there, the place of the
innermost sanctuary was named from the word, debar. My point is that if we as a generation
go all the way with what God is trying to do right now and find that place of breakthrough and
turn places like this into Hebron, what is going to happen with the next generation? They are

going to live where the word of the Lord is not unusual; it is necessary. I heard the Lord say to
me last night, “I am going to begin to do something in your soul where I am going to flip that
switch and remove another piece of the veil that operates in your soul where you’re not going
to find it unusual to have heavenly downloads.” It’s like what Chuck said, “He flips a switch,
and it flashes, and you hear it. God wants us to live in that place in this next season. He wants
it to be unusual when we haven’t heard from God that day. He wants us to live in that place of
revelation.
I’m going to prophesy this to you. The generation that is about to be released into the earth
is going to be the most prophetic, hearing generation that the world has ever seen, known
or experienced. They are already the most prophetic generation, but as they are refined and
mentored, and as they have the right people training them, they are going to be the most hearing
generation. They’re going to be the “word of the Lord” generation for America.
For thus sayeth the Lord, “They will write new songs. They will write new laws. They will
be the new sound; they will not just have the sound; they will be the new sound. That which
they bring forth will not be taught them in a classroom. It will come right from their spirit.
They will not just do signs and wonders. They will be signs and wonders. They are the fivefold
generation. They are the first fivefold generation. They will understand worship and war like no
other generation. Many of them do not even know who they are yet. They have no idea of what
army they are a part. They are prophets in hiding; they do not know they are prophets. They are
apostles in waiting, and do not know it. They do not know Me yet, but I have marked them. I
am about to blast a sound in this nation that will gather them from the four corners. Yes, the four
winds of My Spirit are about to blow, and I will call a generation to me that is looking. They
have no idea for what they are looking, but I have already planted the seeds of hunger in them.
They are completely unaware of anything except that they know they are unhappy. They know
they are unfulfilled. They know they have not yet tapped into their purpose, but I am coming
with an answer for them. The sound I’m about to release in this nation is a sound you’ve
never heard. Do not think you understand it yet because you’ve not even heard it. It must be
something that comes out of your spirit. It will be a spontaneous thing when you begin to hear
the sound. You agree with the sound. You will not get the sound from a book. You will get the
sound from your spirit, from My Spirit. The sound even now is beginning to come forth.
Very soon it will be a sound that becomes a roar. I am about to roar out of a remnant people, and
it will be a terrifying sound that the enemy has not heard in this nation. When this sound goes
forth, you’ll see chaos begin to happen for a season in the heavenlies and around this nation.
Do not fear the chaos because it is Me roaring in the Heavens. Yes, it will be the sound of war,
but it will also be the sound of worship. It’ll be the sound of deliverance. It will be the call of
the wild. I am calling a wild generation to me. Wild worshiping warriors who will have no fear,
have no religious trappings. I am calling them to the wilderness.”

I have seen visions over the years; they are exploding in my Spirit right now. I am seeing that
this is indeed the season of fulfillment. I’ve seen this nation on fire. I have seen fires of revival.
I’ve seen the white horse rider. I’ve seen the lance striking the ground and fire springing up. I’ve
seen Him going through out this land to universities and campuses. I’ve seen Him moving all
across this nation like lighting the flames and fires. It is the season. This is it.
The Lord says, “Be careful that you do not try to think your way through this season. You
cannot think your way through the season. You must hear your way through this season.”
The next one is a new level of revelation. I’ve been saying this for two years. I’m telling you; it
is here now. If you haven’t gotten yourself ready for this, you need to get ready quickly, because
there is a spirit of revelation coming to those who will break out of the old and get ready for
the new. There is a hearing ear that is waiting for us that is related to this prophetic generation
that is coming, and if we will align ourselves properly in the season, revelation will begin to
explode.
The Lord says, “There will be many times when my leaders will go to the microphone to give a
message, and I will move upon them, and they will simply prophesy for an hour or two hours.
I will carry them away with Me in the Spirit, and they will be gone for an hour and come back
and tell you what they’ve seen.”
This is really somewhat hard for me to say, and you’ll know why when I say it, I feel like if
there’s anybody I know that has moved in an usual prophetic mantle of revelation, it’s Chuck,
but I hear the Lord saying, “I am going to begin speaking to you, Chuck, in ways that even
will surprise you. You will be caught away in the spirit for seasons of time. For an hour or two
or three, all night, you’ll be caught away and not with us on this earth.” You will in the future
literally be taken to heaven for visitation from the Lord and will come back and give it to us. We
release to you that prophet mantle that goes to a new level of revelation and ability to hear. You
will bring back the strategies of heaven for a generation. I say to you, you can walk in a new
level of relation as well. You do not have to be a prophet to the nations to move into a new level
of revelation. There is a new season available to you, and the Lord wants you to stretch yourself
out of the old into the new. You must stretch yourself into it. You’re locked in the old ways of
hearing. The Lord says, “Get out of that box.”
I’m not mad at you, but that’s how intense it was in me. I don’t know what to do with some of
this. I get to the point I wish I wasn’t up here because what I really like to do right now is just
sit before Him for an hour or two.
We are coming into the season of an open heaven for those who will listen. You don’t know
what an open heaven is. You think you do, most of you, but you don’t. We are coming into the

season of open heavens. I think we have to wait here for just a moment. Lord, give us ears to
hear. Give us what you talked to me about, Lord. Something that happens in our mind. A veil
lifts, and we can hear you more clearly. Give us eyes to see and ears to hear. We don’t know
how to get there. We just know You’re saying this.
Lord, I pray Isaiah 50 over us. Awaken our ear to hear. I pray that you awaken us morning by
morning and you awaken our ears to hear. I don’t want earthly strategies. I don’t want earthly
structures. I don’t want to move until I hear you. I don’t want to be a good Christian, I want to
be an obedient Christian. I don’t want to be a good teacher; I want to be a revelatory teacher.
I don’t want polished messages; I want heavenly downloads. I don’t want to be a part any
longer of a deaf church that has ears but cannot hear. This is not where I thought I’d get stuck,
but I need you to stand with me and do something. Prophets in Scripture did strange things.
Sometimes they prophesied not to a person, but to the land or to a nation as though everyone in
it can hear them. I hear us prophesying to Kansas to awaken, to come awake, to have ears all
across this state, to prophesy that the land will begin to bring forth the sounds of heaven. I hear
us doing that, not me doing that, I hear us doing that. If this is a prophetic company, I want you
to turn every direction and begin to prophesy. I hear the shout of the cry going forth. Awake!
Awake, Kansas! Awaken, have ears to hear. Bring forth the sound of heaven, Kansas. You can
hear Him again, Kansas. You can hear the sound of rain, Kansas. You can hear the sound of
harvest. You can hear the word of the Lord. You can hear the cry of the harvest. Listen to Him,
Kansas. Awake! Awake! Prophesy to the universities. Awake! Awake! Awake! You must wake
up. Awaken, awaken, awaken. Listen to Him.
I know this is really wild, but we’re going to have to keep doing it until I get past this. I hear
the sound coming from the earth, and the blood of covenants past. I hear the blood of the babies
crying out for harvest. I’m telling you we are going to agree with earth and the land. We’re
going to prophesy with them. I don’t know what to do with this.
Chuck -- I heard the Lord say this. Prophesy into this land that the blood that has been shed and
those fetuses that have been released into this land will now rise up as a mighty army and begin
to move forward. That there will be a whole new army of the generation that rises up on their
behalf and moves forward throughout this land. Morning by morning the glory will move in
Kansas out across the land.
Dutch -- It’s the sound that you heard, James Nesbit, when you traveled that river, when you
heard the sound of intercession coming from the babies. I’m telling you there is a cry, and we
are going to join that cry and say, “Lord, release the sound of awakening.” It is the sound, the
roar of harvest coming out of the earth. It is the cry for life.

Chuck -- It’s rising out of the ground here in Wichita, the center place of that. It is rising up
out of the ground. It is coming up, and it is saying, “Reconcile, reconcile, reconcile, restore the
spirit of the next generation.”
Dutch -- Restore, life, reconcile, live. We say to a generation, “You will live. You will be
reconciled to your destiny. You will not be lost. You will not be abandoned. You will not be
left behind.” It’s the cry for life. It’s the cry for salvation. It’s the cry for mercy. It’s the cry for
justice. It’s the cry for a generation. It’s a cry that should be for wrath, but it’s a cry for mercy.
It’s a cry for healing.
Chuck -- Lord, we decree a restoration sevenfold for what has gone into the ground. As the
ground cries out, we say, “Satan, your plan was to take a generation now that generation will be
multiplied by the Lord sevenfold.
Dutch -- Multiply, multiply, multiply! Let the cry be loud.
Chuck -- Now, open those doors back there and let’s send this sound all around this nation.
Send it out to the north, south, east and west. What has been released in here will now go from
here and out.
Dutch -- It’s a sound of mercy; it’s a sound of life. Come on, prophesy. It’s a sound of harvest.
It’s a sound of multiplication. It’s a sound of freedom. It’s a sound of release. It’s a sound of
covenant. It’s a sound of redemption. It’s a sound of restoration. It’s a sound of healing, healing
the land. It’s the sound of glory.
Chuck -- Lord, where mothers silently wept in the night after they had been deceived by the
enemy at the loss of their children, we say that sound will arise up and those same mothers will
begin to rejoice that redemption has come.
Dutch -- Healing! Restoration!
Chuck -- For I say, “Even as those that were released and those that were unlawfully shed in this
city, I say you are removing a chromosome of that which would be important for your future. I
will start a new work with the DNA of my people. What was removed, the chromosomal effect
that abortion has had in this nation and the removal of a generation, I will create a new DNA in
this land.”
Dutch -- (praying) - New hearts. New DNA. Creative force of life. Healing. Restoration. (To the
people) Just let the sound of worship begin to rise. (praying) Heal the land. Heal the nation.

Chuck -- For I say, “The shame that has been created in this land has risen up over a people,
but I say you have been like a tuber in the ground, and now I am pulling you from the ground
and beginning to prepare you as a feast for many. Though the shame was around you, I am now
peeling back that shame, and you are rising up with a new mantle and a new identity and a new
freedom. Though a nation had agreed with the shame, the power of that agreement is now being
broken across our nation because of this meeting and this gathering and your obedience. Where
shame once held the seed in the ground, I now can cause the seed to bud forth.
LeeAnn --(sings) Like the sound of the wind blowing through an empty reed, through a hollow
reed, so shall the sound of My people be. Like the sound of the wind blowing through a hollow
reed so shall the sound of My people be. I am blowing again in you. Let the sound of the wind
arise in you. Let it come through, the sound of the wind blowing, the sound of the wind blowing
through you.
Chuck -- I say, “Your joints have grown stiff, and your heart had grown cold, but now a wind
is blowing in through your spirit that will cause you to be bold. You will move in ways you’ve
never moved, and you will confront in ways you’ve never confronted. That which was held
captive in a land has now come under the rule of My hand.”
LeeAnn --(sings) Lift up your voice on the Prairie. Let the sound of the wind blow in through
you. No shame but the sound of a song will be heard in my people. No shame, just the sound of a
song will be heard through their voice. Even your prophets will sing the word of the Lord.
Dutch - No shame over Kansas. No shame over Wichita. The word of the Lord will be sung by
the prophets across this land, the song of joy, the song of healing the song of life, the song of
blessing, the song of covenant. No shame.
LeeAnn --(sings) I’m unlocking the song that will heal your land, so lift your voice.
Dutch-- Unlock the song. Lift your voice and unlock the song.
Chuck -- Just lift your hands and say, “No shame can reign. No shame will reign.” Father, we
thank You for being in this place for penetrating the atmosphere and moving out on the land.
DeeAnn - Dutch, I think we have just experienced the mercy seat of God, that He would come
and remove the shame from the land that has brought shame on each one of us, and in His tender
mercies, He has expunged that shame that we might walk forth out of here with the expectation
that indeed, we are the heart of God and the place where the tent of God is lifted up and that the
glory of God is our inheritance. I believe there will be much more revelation about the shame
that has been removed from the land today by His tender mercies. Let’s thank God for that.

-- Chuck Pierce -Let’s thank God for what He’s done here.
Tonight I really feel like we are to concentrate on what I see God saying to us from Kansas and
about Kansas going into this season. All of you visiting from other states raise your hand. I love
this. Let’s thank God for that. I think tonight you’ll see why you have come because your state
is also very important.
Dutch and I in 2003 and 2004 went to all the states of our nation. It was quite a journey. It was
a historical journey. We have that recorded in “Releasing the Prophetic Destiny of a Nation.”
How many of you have that book? It’s one of those books you don’t have to really read it. The
first 100 pages are good reading based on what is in it, but every state in that book is very, very
important. It was a feat that you find how the Spirit of God led us. He told us both separately to
go to all 50 states and to do what we did and when we got there just to hear what He was saying
and then allow Him to bring it forth. It was quit amazing. One of the things I do is go back to
that book over and over as a reference book. It is one of the few existing historical prophetic
books that you can find. That book will be used from now on until we see certain things happen.
As I shared last night, I knew we were going into a transition season in September 2007.
Because of that I knew that I had to let go and let God transition me. Once you’ve been used to
doing something for so long and being involved in a type of mobilization for so long, you have
to take a deep breath of faith to let go and go in a new way. Yet, I knew the Lord had said it to
me very clearly in a meeting in September of 2007. It was just real clear. I knew I had to let go
of what I had done so God could show me what I was to do in days ahead. Now, in that time
lots of things began to happen, I had lots of family changes that began to occur. Three weddings
in one year. It will break you, and they were all wild, elaborate, different weddings. One of
the weddings we did at Pentecost. They were real simple. John Mark is a real simple type, real
straight, and always has things in order. He was expecting a small wedding. Stephanie had just
gotten saved 18 months prior so she did biblically what the Bible said she actually lived with
Pam and I for a year. John Mark had gotten his own home because he is a bowler. Stephanie
moved in with Pam and I and we got to know her for a year, and it was a growing experience for

her until they got married. What the Lord told me while she was there was that He wanted this
wedding done biblically. And I thought okay now exactly what does that mean? I knew enough
of Hebrew culture and understanding that why it was such a problem the wedding in Cana was
that it had only been going on for three and a half days. And they ran out of wine. Weddings
go on 7 days. I’m sharing this for a reason because we are in a season that represents the Feast
of Tabernacles season. The Rash Hashanah time of year starts with the Feast of Trumpets, goes
into the Days of Awe, Yom Kippur, which will be Monday. So if you want a day to pull away
and fast, Monday will be a good day for that, and then we go into the Feast of Tabernacles. This
represents the wedding to come, the wedding for all nations. It’s a prophetic feast for all nations
who will know the Lord, and they will participate in it. It says that in Zechariah 14. We haven’t
seen the fulfillment of this feast yet. Jesus fulfilled all of the requirements of this feast, but now
the body of Christ is coming into a place where we are becoming one, Jew and Gentile. We
fulfill this also… nation by nation by nation. All nations will reconcile around Israel. I knew a
biblical wedding was a party time of seven days. Seven distinct services filled with celebration.
It was quite an interesting ordeal. It was quite difficult to celebrate for seven days, especially
with family. Yet, it was one of the most incredible weeks I can ever remember. We did all sorts
of weddings. The Wednesday night wedding was a total Hebraic type wedding, and we were
showing it in Israel, and they were saying they don’t even do weddings like that any more. We
had all the wines of Michigan and all the wines of Texas because we knew that the wine wasn’t
to run out. It was really interesting. Now we had to stamp all those under 21, all my other
children. I could tell kid stories that would make you want to climb up and jump off the ladder.
This season becomes one of our most important seasons. It becomes a very important time to
understand. Knowing we were going into this three year transition, I had to let God change
me. Something happened to me. Let me remind you now of the third year. Biblical transitions
usually take 3-1/2 years. When you look at it, think about the draught for Elijah. Again the
wine running out represented an old season leaving, then something had to happen for a new
one to begin. This is the symbol of the season we are going into. Remember, this season is the
season of Ayin, the eye. In other words, God’s eye is searching to and fro looking for those
whose heart is turned toward Him. The concept of this season is lift up your eyes to the hills
from which cometh your help. This symbol represents stretching our hand into heaven. Then
God comes down with a sword of revelation. It forms a new intersection, but it also forms a
shovel. With this shovel we begin to break ground for our future. You might say that God is the
same yesterday, today and forever. He wants you to see into the future. There’s not a word in the
Bible for “future.” The concept is there is an expected end that will come. It’s linked with what
Dutch was teaching today. The Olam El, the God that comes full circle. He causes you to see as
far as you can see into your past and as far as you can see into your future.
This year becomes a year that we set the course for the future. In using that shovel wells
become very important. You have to understand there is a war for life and for water. Life and

water are linked together. Movement is linked into the concept of water. We are always looking
for a well that will produce the water we need to drink in days ahead. It’s also very important to
understand that in your life you have a root system. There is no way to get around a root system.
Wells and roots and water go together.
What is a well biblically? First, it’s a spring. If you were with us in Denton, it looks like a pond
over there, but it is a naturally fed spring. It has a limestone bottom that we will restore when
we get on the land. A well can be a spring, something that springs forth. It can be a fountain,
something coming up. That is why the Lord equates your inner womb to a well that brings forth
the river of life, and life abundant. A well is a living fountain fed by a spring so the two can
work together, but a well biblically can also be a pit or prison. Why am I saying that? Because
we either bring forth water in this season and new wells, or our territory becomes a pit and
prison to us.
We’re in a place of bringing a change; now hear me carefully and hear me prophetically. We’re
in a place starting these ten years of bringing change to the land. It’s what the season is about.
It’s what you have been watching for. It’s what the Native people have been longing to see. We
have been reconciling. We have been getting things back in order so that we can see the land
change.
Let me show you something else about a well. Now a well or fountain spiritually in the Bible
means this. It is something that is contended for. So this season that we are going into is a
season of great warfare. It is a difficult process that eventually releases a life source. Some of
you have been digging a well. Some of you are on the verge of striking water or oil. You have
been going through hard, hard processes and you are right at the verge of breakthrough. A well
or a fountain biblically means it is linked with our desire. Its something we long for. It’s also a
meeting place all through the Bible. God had wells and that’s where people met. It was similar
to gates; it was a life source. And it wasn’t a ruling place it was a meeting place. It means we
are headed into a season of divine connection. Wells were places of feuding. There have been
entire wars over water. California needs water. There will be wars over water by the end of
these ten years. Start recording it and watching it.
Wells are places of prosperity. Wells can be equated to salvation. So if we are digging a well,
we are opening up new springs of salvation in the earth. Wells can be linked with the concept of
your heart. Lay your hand on your heart and say, “Spring up. Be strong. Swell with joy.” Wells
are linked with the concept of life everlasting. There is an everlasting well that we can have.
The concept of this season that we’re entering is the concept of “You’ve looked at things one
way, now look again. You’ve looked at our ground one way; now look again.” You’ve looked
at your ground and seen ground, but you haven’t seen wells.” This is so key if we’re going to

prosper in the next season. You’ve looked at the heavens; and you’ve looked at the cosmos
structure around you, and you’ve seen the enemy encroaching on you. God says, “Look again.”
Remember, that’s what Elisha told his servant when the Syrians were surrounding them. He
said to look again, and he looked again and all of a sudden there was this incredible army of
heavenly forces.
Going into this season, if you don’t remember another thing I’ve said, “You can remember these
two words. It’s time to look again.” You have been warring one way. Look again. Hear what I’m
saying to you. Some of your enemies have fled. Some of you are warring with some things that
really aren’t there any longer. Things are changing. This becomes our most difficult time that we
have probably known because we can’t look out of knowledge. We must look from knowledge;
then, look again.
I wrote a book back there called “Protecting Your Home From Spiritual Darkness.” It’s about
items in your home. Items are nothing. There is nothing in any object except when you look
again there is a demon behind some of them. You might ask, “Do you see demons behind
everything?” “Yes, most things.” They’re usually there waiting, or we’ve given them right to
that which is there. You can’t see it in the natural, but look again, and you’ll see.
Now here is the thing I want to say as we enter into this season. You need to look again at the
heavenly atmosphere around you. You need to move into a different way of looking so that you
see the angelic hosts that are surrounding you. God is saying, “I am not sending you into this
season the way that I sent you into the last season.”
I’m getting a word right now. I see you, Dutch, when I see this word, but I feel it’s for all of us.
The Lord says, “Even the dread of the war of the last season has tried to wear you down. I say
to you, “Look again, for I’m not sending you into the next season into the same war.” The war
will not be the same as it was in the last season. The war will be different this time. I already
have help established because of how you have dug a well in the ground and opened up a portal
in the heaven. The Lord said remember your victories from the last season, for there I have
established angelic hosts waiting on you that will empower you and accelerate you and cause
you to take land more quickly. This is not the same season so look again. Look away from the
dread and the toil and the war of the last season over righteousness. Look again, and you will
see righteousness manifest.
Let’s look at something else. This is what happened to me. I told the Lord that I am willing to
go speak. I travel the world; I speak wherever I’m called to go speak, and I love the people that
You have put me with. I can pray for them; I can go when they want me to be with them. I can
be a part of what they are doing, but I’m not going to run out and do something until I hear You.
I had three prophets prophesy to go north and there’s your land. We went north, and there was

one place to buy so that was a no-brainer. I didn’t have to be really spiritual to figure that out.
I just had to have faith in an economy I knew was wavering to shift and purchase land. I knew
that was part of the season we were going through. He hadn’t told me what to build. He hadn’t
told me what to do. He just said buy the land. I thought that Jeremiah went through that. He
never saw anything happen at Anathoth. The Lord just told him to buy the land. That’s all you
have to know. You just have to learn how to do what God says and do what He tells you to do.
You can’t allow your thoughts to move forward. We had to learn lessons from that, my wife and
I. When she was barren God told her she would have twins. We had to do our part. And as we
did our part He healed her but her promise was she will have twins. She wrote it in the side of
her Bible in 1980. We were part of a Baptist staff and the education director, and if you know
much about Baptist education directors, they’re pretty straight laced. He came in and said, “God
gave me a scripture this morning, Pam, you’re going to have twins.” It was that supernatural. I
never heard him the ten years I was there say anything else. So the thing was, she got pregnant
because of that word; she had faith. We had one child, had another child, and the third time
was twins. She carried them full term, and they died. The Lord told us we would have twins. It
wasn’t about babies dying. It was about what God was working together for good in us to teach
us how to hear Him in new ways and had to learn some very hard lessons to do it.
No matter what you’ve gone through. No matter what you’ve had to let go of, even in your
promise. That was more than just losing children, that was what the voice of God had spoken.
It was what gave you faith, and you had to come to the end of it. It was that sort of thing where
God had to intervene and do something new.
In this I was walking along doing all right; and Dutch and I had planned to have a meeting up in
New Jersey; and Dutch couldn’t be there. That’s not good for me. In a large gathering, because
of the way our gift mix works, it is easier for me not to go and be the main speaker. I can teach
masters courses for weeks, but that is not what I do when we are coming on the land. I’m here
to hear what God is saying. I am here to touch God. It is my job to do that. It is not my job to
get up and teach the latest thing I know in the Word. I know the Word. I have eaten the Word
and have eaten the Word. I did this because God told me when I was 20 that I would need to be
able to read the Bible without opening the book. Do you know what that means? I would have
to say what was in Jeremiah 32 and tell it. I had to. I don’t know why God required me to that
level of discipline. In the midst of this, it was hard for me because I was thinking the whole
time that I was going to have to speak tonight, and move forward and do this and do that. We
got there and it was at Liberty Park where the Statue of Liberty is. It was at Ellis Island, we had
rented a train station where people would come into Ellis Island then come into the train station.
Once immigration occurred people would come into New York or New Jersey. There were
about 1500 people there. It was an historical meeting. The worship started. The Spirit of God
didn’t fall on me. He caught me up in the Spirit, and I was thinking, “How am I going to pull
this off?” I wasn’t even sure where I was. I’m up above and the music is going, and people are

moving and prophesying, and I am before the Lord because He has waited for this time to show
me something. What He showed me was the bloodline of my family and how it entered the land
of the United States. That was the first thing He showed me. We came from the Huguenot’s
that was 444 years ago, and I know the history of that family the Le Grande family, who were
royalty family in France that were run out in Luxemburg. I visited Patton’s grave in Luxemburg.
I saw where the Pierce family intersected with it. I saw where God intervened in that place. To
the point where there was a very good legacy, and a Christian background on both sides; then,
He showed me where darkness started entering. He gave me a glimpse of the bloodstream from
the past but then He projected it into the future.
I’ll tell you how spiritual my family was. We owned lots of land and it was developed and it
was called Rehoboath. Therefore I had to understand Genesis 26. It was part of my inheritance.
I do believe those were new wells, starting with Sitna. Then contention came and corruption
came and having too much money with no discipline came. I could see what happened but
I could see how God met me. All of a sudden, going into a new season God will show you
where you come from. He will not only show you where you come from but also where you are
going. It’s an amazing, amazing dynamic. Any of you can experience that with Him if you’ll be
before Him. Now, this next part I don’t understand. I thought He was doing something major
with me. Then, He showed me into the future and He showed me over the next three years two
generational iniquities that I had dealt with but had not been uprooted in my bloodline. This is
hard for people to understand because it is hard to understand generational iniquity. You can win
the battle over it in this generation, and it weakens it, but it doesn’t particularly annihilate it. It
is sort of what Ruby was defining hog tie as. It does not end that. What it does is weakens it.
Therefore in the next generation, when they’re choosing, you’ve already won a battle over this
demon. You have the authority to say, “Wait a minute. You’re not going to do that.” Therefore,
they can eventually take their stand, make their choice and annihilate it.
I saw these two iniquities and the Lord said I would have to go into war with those or else my
grandchildren and next generation will not have the same freedom I had warred to win. Those
were His exact words. I was looking at it totally personally. Then He took me up higher into a
different realm. He showed me America. He showed me state by state by state what this nation
looked like. He said, “You’ll now have to shift the way you pray because now you have seen
what this land looks like.” I don’t know why He showed me that other than He knows I’ll share
it. For a year I didn’t share it. He took me higher than that, and we’ll come back to the United
States. He showed me the 153 nations through the year 2026 that would have an opportunity to
become sheep nations. So those 153 nations I could see throughout the world. I can name most
of the nations of the world. I can name the nations of the world because I pray for the nations
so I could see why God would show me that. I am called to the nations as much as I’m called to
America. Different than Dutch’s call, but we synergize our call together.

Think of what I’m going through in the meeting. It’s just rocking along. They’re looking at me
and I’m just saying “No! No! No! I’m really not saying much; I can’t do much. Then they will
give me the mic, and I’ll prophesy. I need to go back and reread what I prophesied. God began
to show me each state. In every state that blood river that He showed that I had where glory
had intersected. Every state had a gold, fiery-looking river. Every state. Some were large; some
were very small; some weren’t large at all, but every state had this gold, fiery-looking river, and
I asked the Lord, “What is that?” He told me it was the triumphant reserve for the future. Every
state had a triumphant reserve. The next thing He showed me was this river of people that God
was showing me that were fiery. Some states that were bigger than other states, and some states
that were more tributary than others would come into this circle that looked like a castle. This
circle was fire. It looked like a furnace. When this river would go through this furnace place,
all of a sudden when it would come on the other side, it would be seven times stronger. I asked
the Lord, “What are those?” He said those will be the “freedom outposts” that I established for
the future. It was like a fire pit of power, and this triumphant reserve would connect into one,
and they would become seven times stronger. These were the people that were being purified;
these were the people who had been purified. The word triumph, the easiest way to understand
it is to play a trump card. In other words, these are people that had learned the ways of the devil
and knew when to play the trump card of revelation that they held. I used to be a champion of
spades in college, because you learn how to play the right card at the right time. Just because
you have the highest trump card, doesn’t mean you play it. You have to learn when to play the
right card at the right time.
The Lord said that this was a troop that He was making that totally understands the war for the
future. God is showing me three years in advance. I’ve never really taken this much time to
share this in this much detail. These freedom outposts were not in every state. Every state did
not have freedom outpost. Every state does not have this much vibrant…it’s like Dutch was
teaching this morning a new wineskin for the future. They had the triumphant reserve, but that
reserve would have to connect at that point with another state. It didn’t mean that they wouldn’t
have one, but there were certain states that did not have one that I could see into the 2012. God
was letting me see into the year 2012 over America. I already knew that Obama would be
elected. I had known that for a long time. This was before the election; but God only showed
me that for three years. I want to be very clear with that. I don’t know what that means. I’m
not speculating what that means, but He only showed me our present government operate three
years the way it looks now. So we are going to have to be very aware when we go into the year
2012 to watch how the government is changing and whatever it is morphing into. The reason
that I have had so much peace is because I saw it. What we’re in right now is not what we’ll be
in. Get ready for the change. I love America, but I’m in God’s kingdom government. I pray for
our government because the Bible says to.

Here was the next thing. I looked down, and not every state had a covenant root. The Lord says
this it is why you are having such a difficult time in America because you’re praying for it as
if it is a covenant nation, and some lands do not have a covenant root. Now hear me. When
we do that, we’re praying into the structure, but we are not praying into the land, and how
the people have come into and become one with the land God gave them to steward. That is
very important. I took this by Dutch. I told him we’re really not a covenant nation as we see it
because I saw states that weren’t in covenant with God; then, President Obama said we are no
longer a Christian nation. We are changing. Just because he said that and I didn’t see states with
covenants doesn’t mean God’s not telling us we’re not supposed to bring them into covenant.
Some states had a very good covenant root. Texas and that not just because I’m from there. It’s
the way your gift works. I’ve been more devoted to Arkansas than Texas the last three years.
I’ve been more devoted to Oklahoma than any other state, but Texas has a very good covenant
root. A lot of things have happened in Texas, and I could see what Texas looked like.
Some covenant roots were producing fruit. This is what concerned me. This concerned me I
think more than those states that didn’t have a covenant root because that just gave us access
to territory to break it open like a mission field. Arkansas we had great lee way in and we made
some headway in it. Some states had a covenant root and had been layered over with levels
of darkness. Therefore the root had become dark. Now this was really scary because that said
there was a form of religion in that state that was totally deceiving them from the condition of
their land and their atmosphere. New Jersey called me almost three months ago and asked if
they were a covenant state. I told them they had a great covenant root but it was so dark that
even the Jewish structure was in alignment within the evil that was working in your land. I
asked them to pray three days and they took off praying all over that state for a week. The next
week you read about it in the papers that even the rabbis were hooked into the mafia.
Hear what I am saying to you, you have no idea how dark what God intended has now become
in certain areas. I want to case this in saying there was a movement of God in every state. Why
am I saying that? You are in the process of coming into a new movement to see the land change.
Let me define a covenant state. I always look at land in its relationship with Israel. I’ve got to
say that a covenant state is one that would welcome Jews in and recognize Israel’s role in the
earth. One of Dutch’s favorite states on the fifty state tour was Tennessee. The week we had
gotten there they had made an alignment with Israel. Certain states all over have aligned with
Israel. Texas had made an alignment with Israel. Alabama has made an alignment with Israel.
You have to know states that have independently aligned with that covenant. That’s the first
thing.
The second thing. Israel is Gods first born nation. You can’t get away from it that is what the
Bible says. So if your land rejects the first born or the first fruit land where God came down
and released His revelation, you are already in trouble. Second thing it was one who was

determined to reconcile the land issues with the first peoples. God put them here first. He did
not choose to put the black people here first. He didn’t choose to put the Caucasian people first.
He chose to put the native people here first. It doesn’t mean any of us are lesser, but it means
unless we recognize God’s order of placement, we can’t have revelation in fullness. When I
started coming into relationship with Jay, and we started doing this back in the early 90’s with
the native people in a lot of areas, it was amazing what God began to do in me because I’m 1/4
Chickasaw. Therefore, things came alive in a whole new way in my life. Blessings came alive in
a whole new way in my life. So all of a sudden God began to do things. Jay adopted everyone
but me and took me to Montana and had the Crow adopt me. I keep following him everywhere
and I love it, too. We’ve seen great headway up there in the Crow nation. We just had a meeting
with the Chairman of the Crow nation. It was probably one of the best meetings that I have ever
been to.
The third thing - A covenant state is one where an altar of worship has been established. Kansas
has pressed forward in some of these. You’ve gotten an “A” on number 2 and an “A” on number
3. It’s one where the Holy Spirit has been welcomed in the land and been free to move, you
haven’t done too well there. You have to understand, “why are we resisting that?” If you would
go back up to #1, you would find it. That’s it in a nutshell. Any place that freemasonry, the
KKK, and secret society has a right to rule, and when you’ve got abortion working, you’ve got
anti-semitism in your midst. I first came up here back in 1997 with Barbara Wentroble to be
with Bubby and Dena, I’m going to tell you what; it was tough. It was tough in the atmosphere
here if you’re spiritual. All of a sudden you feel like you’re being sucked through a brick wall.
We met Jay that year and said I was not going to come back up there until Jay goes up and
deals with something in Kansas. He would just send others. You had some big issues. Not as
big as Arkansas, but you had big issues. The thing about Arkansas was that it had a covenant
breaking spirit. You couldn’t find any way to get a covenant in place in it. We would get
someone working for a prayer movement and by the time we had a meeting they’d all have a
brawl the next week. We knew that once the right person got in place if it takes a person to be
very focused to keep that land moving. It was one where the apostolic leadership recognizes and
wars with prophetic revelation. Now Kansas has taken the word of God as long as I’ve known
them. They have taken the word of God and said we are going to war with it. If you didn’t have
people warring and worship you wouldn’t be sitting here today doing this. You have had people
who have said, “Wait a minute now. We’re not going to get into these demons or the structure.”
Last year, after Haskell University there was a headline about Haskell University that said a
new breed of warriors is rising. It was awesome. When we got back there we were on the verge
of a breakthrough, and we have seen a breakthrough there, but you haven’t won the war yet. We
have had a breakthrough because we are focused on the bloodthirstiness of this land and of the
structure that has gone before and the iniquity has come and how it has always tried to stop the
move of God from moving forward.

Now the last thing He showed me was that it was a covenant state if it had been staked. That is
a biblical principle. It needed to be decreed and dedicated to the glory of God, but the glory of
God had access to the land. You see these work for your family bloodline as well as your state.
For your family bloodline to be redeemed, you have to do this process of getting redeemed.
With that, God showed me what each state looked like. I went back and I started getting Robert
to do each state for me; Hear me. This is what it looked like from heaven. Kansas is one of
the unusual states it was very unusual. California was an unusual state, the most liberal state.
California had a glory root, and that’s why I called them last year and said you won’t vote for
same-sex marriage. It won’t pass in your state. Everybody thought it would pass in that state.
When God was taking me through this He told me, “My people are misjudging the way I seeing
this nation. Therefore they negated that.” And it has stood for covenant in that state. They move
forward. Now California has a lot of other issues, but it had two roots. It had an evil root and a
very glory filled root. God said, “My people can pray for its glory filled root to overtake the evil
root.”
Florida was a very unusual state. It was a covenant state. It is a state that we will see revival
in, but it had a black highway that looks like a snake that went up the middle of it, and then
attached to Georgia which had a black force holding it captive. Probably Muslim traffic for
the future and Muslim government for the future. North Dakota was the third unusual state.
I’ve shared about Texas, and I’ve shared Texas with Texas and Oklahoma with Oklahoma but
Kansas was another unusual state. I’ve had to say ok now Lord, the first time I ever started
prophesying over Kansas and Barbara was prophesying, it looked like Kansas is the state that
God is going to raise the tent. It looks like this is the state where God is going to raise the
tent for America. Let me show you what it looks like. It is the only state that looks like this. It
had this tent structure, and it was much higher on the east side then on the westside. So, I had
to ask the Lord, “why?” It was that was the entrance in. It was easy to see it but then I saw
something else. I saw lots of freedom outposts. Not only did it have a peculiar type of covering
over the state that God was forming, an atmosphere that God was forming, but it also had lots
of freedom outposts that were developing. That’s the new wineskin for the future. It’s those that
will be firery. God showed me the freedom outposts, and he said, “When people come into them
their cell structural change. It will not be miracles like you’ve known them in the past. People
will come in, and it won’t mean that everybody will be healed, but he showed me people in
wheelchairs healing others because the atmosphere will be so thick with my Spirit that it will
become a massive furnace of fire and the passion of everyone that walks into this place will
come alive. In other words, it’s able to melt apathy off of us. Then He showed me something
else. He showed me your covenant root that was meant to be in this land, but it was so infested
with darkness. It wasn’t just about abortion, we’ve dealt with that. We’re continuing to deal with
that here. That was a very evil structure. Probably the most evil structure this nation knows was
right here in the city. Now it is shifted over to Houston. It wasn’t just the native issue because
we’ve been dealing with that. This land was bloodthirsty. So I asked Lord what this root was.

All of that has been captured by religious spirit holding the bloodshed in this land captured, and
the church is not making a shift into a kingdom dimension that can cause the root to come alive
again. It was really interesting.
You are making a shift that is creating a new atmosphere, Sandy you’ve been doing that; all of
you have been doing that. You’re moving to create a new atmosphere here. The atmosphere is
changing. Anybody that has been here that comes here knows the atmosphere is changed. You
feel it when it changes. I want to preface this by saying anything can become a covenant state
for the future, but right now, what God showed me is that we are behind as a nation. Yet, I felt
no push until now. When I say now, I mean yesterday and today. The first one you go to will be
Kansas because it has the most evil religious root of any state in this nation. Now, hear what I’m
saying. You would not have pulled out and been here if you do not agree with me. I asked God
to show us what that is. Listen, there is no need to be prideful. I hate those demonic forces. I
hate them because once I had been held by that structure, you don’t have any choice but toward
the rest of your life because you will do anything to stay free of it. Then, the love of God will
grow in you so you war for everybody else because you don’t want them held by it. That’s
what motivates me. I don’t want Kansas to be held by this. I don’t understand religion real well
because I didn’t come up in all that very well. So, this I have learned. This state that has the
potential of being a glory hub of this nation has a root of religion that must be... I want to say
this right. It is not a root of religion that has to be plucked up. It’s almost like it has encased
the next dimension of glory for this nation. It looks like a brass casing around the glory. Your
glory was being held in brass by lock and key. I didn’t know how to describe it to Robert, and I
described it but I described it as I just did, but it looked like tarnished copper around the glory.
What made it that way, and that’s why every time you get on the verge of a major breakthrough,
that thing does something that stops you.
This is what I want to end up with. Here’s what we began to do. Janice & Ann have joined us
from Arkansas because I had to have the toughest of the toughest. We began to pray and I asked
Lord for strategy because we can approach this the same way we approached identificational
repentance. It’s not the same war. That’s not what God is saying here. We are going to find
what thrones are ruling in this region. Every state had thrones contending for the future of this
land. The time He showed me will take us through May of 2012. If we don’t topple some of
the thrones, we do not make the right shift. Don’t look at this nation and judge it the way you
think right now. This is sort of a temporary season for it, but by May of 2012, something will be
settled. We are going to have to see it from now; I mean today in Kansas because God told me
to come here to initiate this. With all that I have going on now He said, “You have to make sure
every state knows what they look like. You will go to them. You will mobilize and call forth this
triumphant reserve so that people will work and hear the word of God and know what they’re
up against in days ahead. All I can do is do what God tells me to. It really starts to accelerate
after today, because here’s the confidence I have. If there is a triumphant reserve in every state.

God can win that land. That land can triumphant. Glory can come in that land. He showed me a
triumphant reserve in every state. So, that’s what it looked like. We started to research. The first
thing you do is find the history of the Jews in every state and how they’ve been treated. Find the
Jews and how they’ve gone into a state. What did they do in that state to propel God’s covenant
plan for it and how are they treated in that state. I don’t know if that’s ever been done in this
nation.
So we started doing research on everything we did and started looking at key issues of the first
people that haven’t been dealt with in a state. The two intersect at places. It’s amazing. This
is what I want to say to you. You were always talking about this portal of heaven, but what
I want to tell you is hell has a portal. Hell has developed a portal down so deep in the earth
of the evil, that evil is just trafficking. You will see where that intersects in the state. I’ve not
explained this in this depth before. This, understanding the Jews in Kansas, became a really
interesting connection. Kansas was chosen by a man named Isaac Mayer Wise from New York
to be the prototype of what the land should look like. For the agricultural structure to move
forward and prosper. This man started off very good; he was a Jew that came into Albany. He
was the Jew that wrote the reformed theology because he started doing a lot of good things. He
started breaking down a lot of the religious tradition in the Jewish people, but by the time he
got to Kansas three things had happened. You’re going to see why you haven’t had a sweeping
movement because it affected the land. You even have a monument to it here. In the midst
of it, what he did was, he did three distinct areas. He removed the concept of a Messiah in
reformed theology. He did away with a literal Messiah. He did away with the concept of literal
resurrection. This is what gives Freemasonry the right to rule also in America. Finally the third
thing that he did which was so interesting was that he began to say that Israel would not ever
become a nation again.
Now, all that was sent to Kansas so that Kansas would establish that. That was the height of
religion. That is one of the roots that is infiltrated into the thinking process of Gods covenant
people. God says that tonight you’re going to start getting delivered, and this land is going to
start getting delivered. What that does then is it rationalizes that it is okay to kill all the Natives
and to kill all the buffaloes. Religiously it rationalizes. It’s one thing to say we don’t like the
natives; it’s another thing to rationalize before God why you can kill them. That’s how evil that
root was. Where you get such a religious dimension in your thinking that it is all right to do
what they did. The church buys into it. Let me say something. This is an awesome gathering.
We don’t represent the church in Kansas, so don’t be deceived by what this looks like. What
we do represent is the triumphant reserve that would gather together to say, “Wait a minute,
we’re not backing up. We’ve already seen abortion make a shift in this land. We’ve already seen
the annihilation of the natives make a shift in this land. Now were going to see the religious
structure of this entire state make a shift so that God barrels in with the glory and overturns
the church structure that presently is in place.” This is why Jesus got killed; this is what He

did. This is the first time I ever done it like this. Look around how many of you are not from
Kansas? I rest my case. How many of you are leading pastors or ministry leaders in the state of
Kansas? That’s a very small triumphant reserve. This is probably the most important meeting
in your state to date. I am very encouraged by what you are doing, but it will eventually have to
counteract the evil structure, to overthrow it, that is holding your next move of God for harvest
from happening.
What God is going to do, is just do it. God showed me that if he had a fiery river in each state, I
could cry out for heaven to come down and that fire river can cover the entire territory. Now, in
Reformed Judaism what began, this was to be the model here. When you see what it was made
up of, therefore, why would that be sent into this atmosphere? Now, what they call this place in
Kansas was Beersheba, because these men came together to dig wells, they started out well, but
they never broke through. Then, the philosophy behind it literally dissipated through the whole
structure of religion in the state.
Now, this is what I want to end with. You have a root. That root has to be released. That root
of glory is there. That root of glory has been there, but it is such a hard case of religion around
it, now you go into the next level of warfare, and the only way to overthrow religion is to
worship and through gatherings and prayer, not praying the way you prayed, but praying that
God surprise religious structures that are linked into this root, and they either dry up, (you can
use whatever lingo you want to use) they either dry up completely or else they have such a
burst of glory that they burst out of the structure. In other words, you are going to now see a
whole new shift. I believe you can’t move from the church to win this war. Don’t try to win
this war by trying to change the church. You can’t do it. You move from the place where God
has placed you outside into. Once you do that, you will see God start to move on you whether
it’s a business, a food center, or wherever it is. Before long God will penetrate the church with
His glory in this state. The church will have to make a clear choice again. It will be known that
Kansas chose or did not choose the next move of God.
There is a move of God so brooding over this territory, and it spills over into Missouri. Into
the St. Joseph area and areas like that. There is such a brooding of glory over this territory that
now God says he is going to unlock the root of glory in the ground because you’ve dealt with
the bloodshed and you’ve dealt with the abuse but now I am going to deal with the religious
structure. That doesn’t mean you have to run out of here and tell churches what’s wrong with
them. They don’t know what’s wrong with them. It means you’re going to start saying that you
are pulling this glory down from so deep in the ground, and I’m going to places around through
out this state and connect the glory that it causes a glory invasion against the present religious
structure. The Lord says that the next two years I will confront the religious structure of the
state. And I will confront them, and they will visibly see My glory, giving them an opportunity
to embrace Me in a new way.

Friday Night -- part two
Sandy, you and DeeAnn stand. I want to prophesy to you. All of you from Kansas stand. I asked
the Lord. How do they proceed? Lord they have done what You asked them to do. The Lord
said I must set your time clock tonight. Stand there for a moment. “I will dedicate, set apart that
which these are to be set apart. I will move them in ways that they will know that they are being
moved by my hand. I will cause the triumphant reserve to find the freedom outposts that are
now forming. The Lord says you won’t be addressing all of the churches of this state, but you
will find the freedom outposts that are in the mist of your land. Those I will align in new ways.”
While I was watching this I saw a tent form like a net for harvest. The Lord says, “There are
four cities that I’m going to break loose with harvest. I say to you I am going to go and break
loose a glory realm in Liberal, Kansas. I am going to move in Salinas in a way that will surprise
you. Topeka has a resisting structure over my tabernacle of glory so I will start surrounding the
city and I will have a meeting in the center of that city that shakes the state.”
“Garden City must have an uprooting. I will plow deep into the land surrounding that city. I
am going to cause you to see how hidden evil structures are working between Garden City and
Dodge City. In Garden City there will be a replanting. Hear this word carefully. I will plant a
work in that city that will begin to spring forth and prosper. Watch for the planting in Garden
City and give into the planting. This work will create and overthrow and cause the casing that is
holding the glory in the state to be broken. This will go down so deep into the root structure that
I said long ago that it will liberate the glory that has been captured through the ages in the state.
Don’t try to make this happen. Watch at the intersections. I will begin to intersect with my spirit
and the land all around Garden City. I say to you Dodge City will be heard of from national
news. Watch the evil that rises up to contend with what I am longing to do in this state.
Also, watch for Kansas City has now fallen behind in my purposes, but I will come again and
redo and rebuild what needs to go deep down within the land to open up a way for glory. There
is a covenant resisting force in Kansas City that is contending for the land and the glory of this
region. Kansas City is under my eye in this next 10 years. It will be the place that determines
how My wind moves to the east, and how the wind from the west propels the movement. You
have been stewards of the atmosphere. You have reconciled the land, but I say now I will deal
with the root. Truly, this state will become known as the state of intersection so that many
choices for the glory of this nation will be determined from this land. I have brought you 26
states here to tell you now I start breaking new ground in this nation. The models you have
known in the past will not be what I advance with in days ahead. Now I have chosen those
and set them in place even in this meeting to say that this land will be God’s land. When the
government of this land called Kansas aligns with Israel, and aligns with my native people,
nationally you will know that a nation has shifted its course towards my purposes. It was Me
who determined seven oaths of this land. Now, I will reveal those oaths that I have buried deep
within the dirt called Kansas.

I say to you, Sandy, my spotlight is coming on you. You will know the intersections of this
land, for I say, daughter, you are at an intersection. Not just one, but you will come to all four
intersections in this next two years, and by the end of coming to the intersection, you will have
a clear superhighway to accomplish my purpose not only for your life, but for this land.
I say to a nation from the intersection of this nation, you are now at a crossroads. My hand will
reach down if you reach up. I say to those that I have given contractual right to rule during this
season, I hear it clearly, I say to those that I have given the ability to sign the course of this land
in the days ahead. I say to you from this intersection that if you do not reach your hand up, I
will wither your hand in the signing. The fear of the Lord will now penetrate places that have
not been penetrated because the intersections had not been determined, but I say to you that
because you came to this place, and you have stretched out and formed an intersection for the
nations. The hundred year rule and ruling that I released into this land will now take action.”
I feel like you are saying right now, “Lord, just move in me. Dig a new well in me.” I say to
the other states that I amassed here, “I will now begin to penetrate your atmosphere and change
your course, and you will see an acceleration come. You will see the crossroads of my Spirit
in your states. I am putting iron down the spines of my people. For the last season I am aware
of the weakening that has occurred within you, but I say this night because you have come to
an intersection between heaven and earth, I am putting an iron rod down your spine. I have
filled this iron rod with the ability to give you the minerals you need, and the strength you need
to begin to move forward in a new way. I will cause you to stand; I will cause you to be filled
with joy. I will cause you to skip and leap around this land. I will cause you not to war but to
be jubilant in front of the enemy. This season of war does not look like what you have known
in the past, for I will reinforce you with generations that are 10 years old and that are 14 years
old and are 80 years old. I say there will be jubilation in front of the enemy, and the enemy’s
foundation will decay. It is from the jubilation and how it is received into the worship structure
of this state is how I will judge this state. If they reject the celebration I am bringing down, I say
they will become weakened in their ability to express My love. If they will receive jubilation,
it will be heard about that praise has broken out in the night like a fire from house to house and
from group to group. I say that now I begin a new work in this land.”
(During prayer line) I would be disobedient if I didn’t say this. I usually see dark forces, but
when Sandy got up on the latter all of a sudden I saw an angelic host whose head was halfway
up through there. Now people who know me know that I’ve said this about five times in my life.
It was an angelic host standing there. It had a turban on, and it said, “I will cause a new thinking
process to invade this land.” Now, get ready, you will not think the same way, and look at things
the same way from this day forth. Those from Texas, you will think differently when you leave
this state. There is a different thinking process from heaven, and it is bigger than you, but it is
overlooking you.

Glory Advance • September 26, 2009 • Saturday Morning
-- Dutch Sheets -When I read the prophetic words, a couple of them on the screen about what the Lord said He
would do when we gather, if I think about it with my natural mind, I can get into unbelief. I
can ask myself, “How is He going to do this?” I know that He can do anything, but he is using
people. To me that’s one of His biggest challenges. How does this happen? He just does it. If
you get out of the box, out of your comfort zone, your own set of formulas, rituals and get out in
a place where His spirit can really move, He will do it, but it still never ceases to amaze me how
He does that. So, Lord, help us finish well today. Give me the anointing, the release that I need
to accomplish Your purposes fully. We don’t want anything You want said left unsaid. We want
to wrap this up just the way You would like it done. We trust you to lead us right now into the
fullness.
I want to hurry now to the other things I had written down when God focused me on the word
“new,” digging new wells. I’ve been navigating through some of those, and I want to do a few
more, but I want to go through some of them quickly so I can camp on the last point for a while.
I went through an interesting season a year ago when the Lord sent a prophet to our house in
Colorado Springs. It surprised us. Don’t say that prophecy can only confirm something you
already know. That’s not scriptural at all. When the prophet said, “Just as Obed-Edom hosted
the ark of the covenant, the ark of His Presence for 90 days, three months, I am calling you
to host My presence for 90 days with 24/7 worship in this house.” I didn’t believe it. I felt the
Lord was telling me to go into an extraordinary season of worship, but I couldn’t bring myself
to believe that God wanted us to shut everything down for three months and do nothing but
24/7 worship. I couldn’t believe a congregation of our size could even pull it off. Most megachurches themselves cannot pull off 24/7 prayer. I didn’t think this could be right. So, what He
must be saying is to host my presence in an unusual, extraordinary way, but not 24/7. There
were four young people, one of them my daughter, four young girls who heard what God said
and took it literally. What I said was, “I’m not really sure what to do with this word, but let’s
gather again tonight.” This was a Sunday morning. I said, “Let’s gather again tonight and pray
and worship, and we’ll wait for His direction.” So, we went home, but the four stayed and
worshiped all afternoon. That night we prayed and worshiped and I didn’t hear anything. Of

course, the reason I didn’t hear anything was because I already had the word. I said, “Well, I
didn’t really get clear direction tonight so let’s meet again tomorrow night and will pray some
more and see what God says.” We went home but the four girls stayed all night. The next day
they and some others where there all day worshiping. We were there on a Monday night and I
said, “Well, I still don’t have clear direction from the Lord.” It’s hard for God to speak to the
fog of unbelief. So, I said let’s meet again tomorrow night because we’re going to keep meeting
until He tells us what to do.
Now, from Sunday morning when that word came, there was very possibly the strongest
presence of God I have ever been in. As strong, let me put it this way, certainly as strong as
anything I’ve ever experienced, and it hovered; it just stayed, His presence just stayed there,
but when we came back Tuesday night, His presence was gone. We all knew it. It was so
dramatic. We knew it was gone. We asked, “What have we done to grieve You?” For four
hours we prayed and asked God to tell us. Now, we knew that since Sunday someone had been
worshipping in there until Tuesday afternoon around 3:30, and there had been no one in the
sanctuary from about 3:30 to 7. He finally spoke to us and He said, “When the last person left
I left with them. I’m not here to hang out with the carpet and the chairs and the rocks. I’m here
to be with My people.” Through weeping, I said, “If You will come back, there will be a live
person in this room every minute of every day for at least the next 90 days worshiping You.”
Right then, His presence came back. I’ve often wondered what it must have been like for ObedEdom. You’re just doing your thing, making a living, farming, or whatever you do and someone
knocks on your door. David tries to bring the ark back the wrong way. Uzza is killed; they are
terrified and don’t know what to do with this thing. So, they take it over to Obed-Edom’s house,
knock on the door and ask if they can store the ark in his living room for a while. What would
you do with that?
How many of you know that things would change? Protocol in your house would change.
Activities would change. Instead of TV night, you would have ark night. A lot of people
probably asked Obed-Edom, “What did you do?” He probably answered, “You know, a lot of
times I just sat there in the Presence of the Almighty. I was just overcome by the Presence.”
You would have to have protocol class for the kids. “Now, don’t touch it.” I know this, that after
three months of hosting the ark, when David finally got it to Jerusalem, Obed-Edom moved.
He moved to Jerusalem. As if to say, “I will never be away from it again. I have had the ark in
my house. I slept in the next room. If you think I’m going to be in another city, forget it.” He
was made one of the gatekeepers for David’s tabernacle, the tent of David. His sons became the
keepers of the treasure. I feel like the Lord said, “I’m going to be building new places for my
Glory.” Now, I don’t mean buildings. We’ve got to get past this building thing. It’s amazing to
me that David was allowed to break the rules and build a tent and put the ark in there. It wasn’t
the tabernacle of Moses. It was one room with the ark. There was no pattern given that allowed
him to do that other than something he knew in his spirit that this was just a picture. What He

really wants is that, and because of this profound revelation that David had, God allowed him
to have a different tent and put the ark in it. He was allowed to break the protocol based on
revelation of the future. He was not allowed to break protocol when it came to transporting it
because he did that for a different reason. I believe they built a new cart because that was the
easy way to get there. They’re trying to transport that thing 30 miles. It was supposed to be
carried on the shoulders but how many of you know it’s easier to let the ox carry it? When you
carry that thing for 30, 40, 50 miles for several days, it really gets wearing on the shoulders
of those who are carrying it. So, we have a better idea; let’s just build a new cart. God said,
“I’m not into new carts. I am into people. I am into shoulders, and you carrying it.” So, he got
away with breaking the protocol for one part of this and not the other, and I think that is very
significant.
That aside, what He is saying to us is, “I am looking for places that will host My presence. I’m
looking for places that will cast aside traditions of the past, religious rituals and will let Me
build a place for My glory.” I don’t think that the movement that’s coming is going to be known
for any of the things that we typically want to label outpourings and awakenings, a miracles
movement, a gift of the Spirit movement, a “Brother Wonderful” movement. This one is going
to be known as the Presence Movement. That’s my dream anyway. We will just say, “If we can
just get His presence, we get it all.” When you get that extravagant worship, I love David’s
worship before the ark. The scholars I’ve read said that Psalm 24 was probably written, David
had that Psalm written; maybe he wrote it himself, but it was written for the occasion of the ark
being brought back to Jerusalem. “Who will ascend the hill of the Lord? Him with clean hands
and a pure heart.” We love to sing that part about open the gates to the King of Glory. Who is
this King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty, mighty in battle. Can you imagine singing
that Psalm when that ark is coming up the hill into Jerusalem? No wonder David was beside
himself, and when Michael ridiculed him, he answered, “I will become much more undignified
than this.” Don’t you love it? That’s what I thought this morning when I was running around
up front. I thought, “Some of these people can’t see the ark, or they would be running with me.
They are just a little too dignified.”
He is looking for some undignified believers in this hour who will build a place for Him. They
are willing to change everything to get Him there. They are willing to get out of the comfort
zone, break the old patterns and traditions with which they have grown comfortable with, and
say, “Lord, what ever it takes to get You to live here, I am willing to do it. If it means we shut
down the preaching and the teaching and the programs, and the secretaries and receptionists
will take turns in here. What if no one is here to answer the phones? Then the phone doesn’t
get answered, but He gets worshiped. There is no youth ministry, and there is nothing going
on for 90 days. This is where it is. We come and gather around the ark of His presence, and we
worship Him. You move into the atmosphere like that, eight or 10 hours a day for three months
in the Presence of God and sometimes sit for hours and not even open your mouth but listen to

the worship. See if you can do that without it changing your life more than anything else that
you’ve ever experienced except salvation itself. You talk about breaking religion off of you, and
you are figuring out what’s really important and what isn’t. Some of you think your sermons are
more important than worshiping Him. You’ll give him 20 minutes of worship then go preach
for an hour. You didn’t come to hear me say that did you? You ought to preach 20 minutes and
worship for an hour a half, or two hours, or three hours. He can tell them more in 90 minutes of
worship than you could tell them in 90 days or years.
When that spirit ridicules me, that Michael spirit ridicules me, I said the same thing to him that
he said to her. “You are out of here. My seed will never enter you. You’ll never have offspring
from me. You take your Michael spirit and go back to the house of Saul.” Some of you might
not know what I’m talking about, but most of you do. It’s a new season, and we know that. New
seasons bring new voices, new gifts, new messages. Every time you see transition in scripture
you see new voices come on the scene. There is always as season, usually a wilderness season.
The pattern that happened between Moses and Joshua, Elijah and Elisha, John the Baptist and
Jesus. They all had wilderness ministries. It was figurative of the preparation season, getting
us ready for what is coming. Then there is a marked transition from Moses to Joshua crossing
into land. You go from the Elijah mantle into the Elisha mantle, and he crosses back into land.
You have John the Baptist out east on the other side of the Jordan, and when he is finished,
Jesus comes into the land to minister. We are about to cross over into the double portion, the
messianic, the double portion, the conquering the land anointings. We are moving from that
wilderness time of preparation into the new season of conquering, possessing, taking, double
portion. New voices will be coming. New gifts will be released. New mantles. I heard the Lord
say recently, “Marry the mantles of the past to today and do not be afraid to strike the water.”
I knew instantly that he was taking me to Elijah and Elisha. He began to bring back to my
remembrance the people in my past that have put things into me that were significant for “who
I am and my ministry, my calling?” He even began to show me how I had not been actively
making a withdrawal on all they had put in me. I subconsciously moved into a mindset that
said, “That was for yesterday. Now I have moved on to something new.” The Lord said, “I am
still trying to feed you through that anointing. Even though some of them are dead, the mantle
they gave you is supposed to live today. Marry the mantles of the past with the mantle of the
present.”
I remembered a man who laid hands on me, a patriarch of the church. He laid hands on me in
his living room. I knelt on the floor, and he prayed over me. I’ll never forget it. I had no idea
about this before he did it. My wife and I had served him for a season, not on staff but just
going to serve him. He had become a widower and lived by himself, but he was a patriarch
and was lonely, and we would go eat meals with him and clean his house, wash his clothes and
really just serve him. At one point, he had me kneel on the floor and here’s what he said, “The
anointing, that I was given when Smith Wigglesworth laid his hands on me, one of my spiritual

fathers, I release to you now.” I was so young I didn’t really get it fully. A few years ago the
Lord brought that back to me and said, “You know why you walk in some of the anointings that
you carry right now don’t you?” I saw this event. The Lord said, “When are you going to start
drawing on that?” Then, He took me back threw several people. Those who taught me to pray.
Those who had the greatest impact of putting in me what I would call a Spirit of Revelation.
He said, “I need you to start drawing from those wells, those cisterns.” The woman at the well
said, “You have no ability to get the water out of this old cistern,” but Jesus said, “But I have an
artesian, bubbling spring that I will give you.” So, we drink from the old and the new, don’t we?
New structures are coming. I don’t even like the phrase “doing” church because you can’t
“do” church, you are the church. I don’t like the phrase building churches because we have
misdefined this word. We think theologically we know what the church is, and we do; it is “we
the people,” the called out governmental body of the Lord. We think we know all of that, but we
keep using the same verbage. We go to church; we build a church; we attend church; we have
church; we do church, so the only way you can be the church is to go to church. You don’t be
human; you are human. You don’t go to human you are human. You’re not building a human;
you are human. Quit saying you’re going to church. Quit trying to do church; do worship and be
the church. Come together and worship and go out there and be the church. Structures are going
to change. God is going to break this mindset off of us that we are building the church. We’re
not building the church. We are releasing the kingdom, He’ll build the church. God is going
to break structures off of us that are going to create a war in the church. God is going to create
such a dissatisfaction in many Christians who are going to say, “I don’t like going to this event
any longer. I’m not getting anything out of it. I don’t enjoy it.” Some of us forerunners, God
puts that in us first. I got so tired that I told my people that if I weren’t in charge, I wouldn’t be
here today. I am so bored with this. It was really good for my ego when many of them shouted,
“Yeah!” I told them they didn’t have to say “amen” there. We are changing. As I’ve known for
years it’s been out of order. I was just thinking that maybe over the course of the next 10, 20, 30
years God would evolve us into something else. I finally decided that “No, it is broke, and we’re
going to fix it.” We decided to shut this whole thing down and start over. I killed it. I mean right
on down to the legal document, I killed it. Now I am trying to rebuild it and figure out the new
pattern and what God wants us to do and be. We gave up our lease a few months ago and then
when the lease expired, we still didn’t have a place to worship because we didn’t know what
God wanted it to look like and where it was supposed to be. People kept asking, “Where are we
going to meet four weeks from now when this is up?” I would tell them, “I don’t know, but we
will let you know.” Then they would ask, “Where are we going to meet three weeks from now?”
I would tell them, “We’re not really sure, but we’ll let you know.” Then 2 weeks, etc. It finally
got down to the last week. I told them that we can’t figure out exactly what this structure is
supposed look like or what to do with this thing, so we are renting from this other congregation
on Saturday nights, and we will be worshiping in there until we figure out what this looks like
because I am not going to build another man-made structure. I’m not going to create something

just to go on with the same mechanisms and machinery and come and worship for a few
minutes, make a few announcements, pass the plate, preach a good sermon and go home and be
happy good Christians for the rest of the week then go back to church the next week. I’m tired
of that mess. There is no life on it. It is producing no fruit, and I’m not going to do it.
What most of you, leaders, don’t know is that your services are boring, too. You’re just as
traditional as the Lutheran place, or the Methodist place, or the Baptist place. You just have
a different tradition. I just want to say that God will probably lead some of you to leave the
building and a lease and go out on the land where weather and climate permits, go out on the
land and worship just to get you out of your box. Get out there where we need to be. Structures
are going to change. We are going to go from the local church, which isn’t a biblical phrase by
the way. Now don’t crucify me. God never broke the local church down in Scripture below the
city level. Since I’m allowed to build one and call mine the local church, I can forget everyone
else’s and do my thing. I can think I’m fulfilling the will of God when I build my thing. I don’t
care if his has problems and shuts down, or how well theirs is doing as long as mine is doing
well. As a matter of fact, if I am creative enough, maybe I can get some of his people over here
and grow mine because that is how we’re going to build the kingdom, through competition and
see who can be the most innovative and do things the most creatively and has the best facilities,
and we’ll just build our own local church instead of celebrating His local church. I know this is
radical, but it will get more radical before I’m finished.
The Lord said to me once, “I wish you were as excited about my church as you are your
church.” You know that if you are honest, when someone asks how your church is you don’t
think about the body of Christ in your region. You think about your congregation because that
is all you really care about. Sometimes we just need a slap in the face, a wake-up call. We
need someone to say it the way it really is. Mine needs to become ours. “I” needs to become
“we.” In fact, “ours” just needs to become “His.” After we get new structures, going from local
church to kingdom thinking, the church is a part of His kingdom, His voice in the earth, and
we quit building this around the needs of people and the wants of the sheep and start building it
around the desire of the King. I told my congregation a while back that this will never be a man
centered, human centered place again. I will never again build this place around your needs and
wants. You might think I’m going to lose a lot of people, and I already have. Praise the Lord!
Let them go to some human-centered, humanistic thing that is built around what is in it for
“me” and “us,” and they can go there and play their games and make themselves feel like they
are really getting something done because they transfer sheep really well. I wasn’t really in a
bad mood when I got up this morning.
My next point is a new level of harvest. I’ve been staring at these ears of corn. I’ve been
wanting to do this all morning. Whoever is running the sound I do not want this to feedback,
but when we were singing “I Am Free To Run,” I just kept seeing myself doing this. (grabs ear

of corn and runs) This new level of harvest that is coming. Come on, we are going to run to the
harvest fields of Kansas and the heartland and the United States of America. Come on, Bubby.
Come on, Sandy. Big harvest. Big harvest.
If some of you out there get that dignity off of you, you might get some harvest. You ought to be
all over this room running around, jumping up and down. You are too dignified. If you had just
received a miracle in the rejoicing and running around, what about the harvest? (Song “I Am

-- Sandy Newman • Rabbi Curt Landry -Tell your neighbor, “We’ve started.” Listen, I’m just simple enough to believe God. Simple
enough that when a man of God or the woman of God gives a word, the thing that will establish
me in a manifestation of the word is simply that I would believe it. God said, “In order for
Kansas to do what we need to do to come out of that stuff that Chuck revealed, you are going
to have to have My kind of faith.” I asked God, “What is your kind of faith?” He said, “Sandy,
I believe what I say will come to pass.” That is God’s kind of faith. God said, “I believe, Sandy,
what I say will come to pass.” So I say, “God, give me that kind of faith to believe that what
You say will come to pass.” Listen to the word of the Lord. In light of everything that’s been
said what Chuck said, it will be about My glory being reestablished in the land of Kansas. For
I have a remnant of people that will say, “We will invite the glory in. We will move with the
glory; then, miracles will overcome. Miracles will be demonstrated. People will be brought in.
Not only will the miracle working power of God be resurrected in My people, but many that
I am calling in that have been held in the harvest fields but not harvested yet will come in and
say, “The harvest is now. I must experience the power of God.” Sons and daughters that have
been lost that are out there in the field will begin to return.
Then I say to you, “I will create cities of grace beginning with the flashpoint state of Kansas.
These cities of grace once they have opened the gates for My glory to come in and once they
have mixed the wind that will produce My glory these cities of grace will rise up in every state
and superabundant grace will come forth and miracle centers will be developed.” That’s where
we are going. That is our future. That is why we gave Chuck Pierce a silver shovel because
silver represents that there is a breaking ground for our future. Signs and wonders and miracles
used as an evangelistic tool to bring in the harvest is our future. For that, we have got to see it to
get it. That is why we are going to sing again “I Can See.”
Prophetic word -- Sandy, when the Saturday morning session began and Chuck had the sound
coming on the drum, I heard the Lord say, and I believe this is in connection with the fact that
you have done those things that you were to do, you’ve encountered the demonic forces that
have stood in front of you. You are seeing the establishment of the manifestation of God. The

Lord said, “The sound is of the kingdom’s advancing; the land is filled with abundance as the
rains of heaven collide with the healing of the land, My people will walk in abundance, in an
abundance of grace, in an abundance of power, and in abundance of My presence. Prepare for
the sound. Embrace the sound. It is rising. It has moved from the horizon to the loins of my
people. You cannot hold it back; you can’t box it in; you must release the power of the sound
and watch it bring forth change, for it will split the holds of apathy, tradition, false worship and
false power. The manifestation of the glory of God is releasing through His people to capture
the realms of heaven in great abundance to change and rearrange. To align My purposes and to
show forth My power in your land.”
Sandy -- Land is important to God. Have we talked about that from the moment we got here?
It is still important to God. When we began to get the concept of the importance of the land, I
looked at the seal of Kansas. On the seal of Kansas is the motto of Kansas. I’m talking about the
land now. The motto of Kansas is “to the stars through difficulty.” Stars there is not just those
little bright lights in the night. Do you know what I’m saying? When you’re after something
you know you are shooting for, the stars were just a little saying, but in our motto stars there are
not just those little white lights in the night sky. I looked up that word “stars” in the Strong’s
concordance, and I found out that it is connected; it does mean that, but it is also connected to
purpose and destiny. So, in the land of Kansas because obviously the root and what has kept
us in that dark root obviously is an amazing purpose and destiny over this land. No wonder
our motto is “to purpose and destiny through difficulty,” but you know what, it doesn’t matter
how hard it is; I am going to keep shooting for the stars. It doesn’t matter what anybody says,
I am going to keep shooting for the stars. It doesn’t matter what is going on; it doesn’t matter
if I have to hang on with my fingernails, I am going to hang on. It may be difficult, but I am
going to walk out purpose and destiny. We have just decided in Kansas that no matter what it
looks like, no matter what it seems like, no matter what it feels like, we are going to shoot for
the stars. We are going to complete God’s mission. We are going to fulfill purpose and destiny.
What happens in these kinds of meetings with 26 states represented is you come onto this land,
and there is a synergy that is created. It is just like when Dutch and Chuck get-together, there
is a synergy. They were talking about it at lunch yesterday that Dutch can only do so much
by himself. Chuck said the same thing, but when they get together, there is something that
is created. So I feel like that is what has happened with 26 states coming to the center of the
United States. I feel like there is a synergy that is created, and you will be able to go back to
your state. You will be able to go back, and it will be a critical mass, and the critical mass will
cause a tipping point, and the tipping point will be the release of miracles. The tipping point
will be the release of the harvest. The tipping point will be the beginning of the awakening. The
tipping point will be ultimately reformation and a culture shift in the nation of America.
That is why when you have these kinds of meetings you do everything you can do to get here.
Somebody came from Alaska. Somebody came from Massachusetts. Somebody came from

Michigan. They came from all over. Now you will go back, you yourself when you step on
your dirt. There will be a critical mass that will happen. The critical mass causes the tipping
point, and then things begin to happen. God is waiting for that bowl to get full and to pour that
thing out in all of our nation. We have a man here today who carries that kind of mantel for
awakening in his day and reformation in our lifetime. A lot of people come up to me and say,
“Can you tie all the loose ends together?” What is it? We’ve done land reconciliation, people
group reconciliations, identification repentance, actually going on for years. I feel like I’m
the new kid on the block for this. I know that Earl Pickard has done amazing work. Before
him there were or others that came and did these things. So I don’t presume that just because
we showed up here today that we are the ones. We are just a piece for now; that’s all. So we
appreciate all those who have gone before. That is that, “He is the everlasting God.” You can go
back and trace how God has moved in this land. Now we are seeing that we can go forward. We
can see what is before us and begin to stratigize. We see what needs to be done for our future to
secure the tent peg in the center of the United States so that the tent of glory can go up across
our nation. We understand that. Some people came up and said, “It’s just wonderful, but we
don’t know what wonderful means.”
So we’re going to see if we can’t get wonderful tied together for you. Then the wonderful
man of God is going to come up, and we’ll have a short break and a wonderful man of God
will come up, and he will really cap this off for us today. Remember, this is not the end, this is
simply the beginning.
Now, we are writing a history book. In 2007, Dutch sheets at “Starting the Year off Right,”
shared that God revealed to him that the strongman over America was Baal. Many of you have
known that; then, he put out amazing DVDs and CDs teaching on Baal. Many of you I know,
particularly in Wichita, got those DVDs and would have people in to get an understanding of
Baal. Not just one of those names in the Old Testament. It’s in the old testament and what does
it have to do with America. You know what I’m saying? It’s like after he announced that Baal
was the strongman, I saw Baal all over America. You know what I’m saying? I didn’t realize
that Gideon had to tear down the altar to Baal before he could go and save the nation. I just
read it. It was just a story. After the man of God released that, and we began to study it and find
information about it. That was in 2007. So we became connected a couple of years before that
with Apostle John Benefiel in Oklahoma and the amazing network that was going on down
there, and they have been in the middle of redeeming the land for many years and, of course,
hooked up with apostle Jay Swallow and his wife Joanne. I do not recognize you, I am so sorry,
but you are honored today Joanne, wife of Jay Swallow. We connected in with Apostle Niegel
Bigpond in Oklahoma. So they began to tell us about the things that they have done in the state
of Oklahoma to tear down the Baal altars, and they even got archaeological books. One of them
is “In Plain Site” by Gloria Farley. One of them was “America B.C. by Barry Fell. They had
found these ancient drawings and writings and caves and on rocks and said that they went back

maybe 3000 years to Phoenician people who came over here and they dedicated this land to
their god. So they had been doing things all over Oklahoma, looking at those archaeological
books, finding those places, tearing those Baal altars down, building altars to God in their place,
just like Gideon had to tear down the altar of Baal before he could go forward.
So, they began to talk about that, and Apostle Jay began to talk about a particular place that was
called a Baal cave. There were these amazing drawings of the Phonician gods there, and they
had been there and done some things with Apostle Jay, but Jay told DeeAnn and I, “We know
it’s not done yet.” You know, it’s just like when Dutch and Chuck teaches; these things are done
in layers, layers in the earth, strata in the sky. They have got to be taken out systematically, layer
after layer. Somebody said, “How many times do you have to repent?” Until all the layers are
taken care of. Do you know what I am saying? So that we can get to... What are we after? We
are after the root. So Jay told me, “You know it’s not done yet,” and “We’ll go back.” Anyway,
through a series of remarkable events there was an opportunity to go back to that Baal cave
in April of this year. Apostle Jay invited DeeAnn and I, in fact, there were other state leaders
there in the Panhandle of Oklahoma because that is the only place in the United States where
five states connect together. It was Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
So, Jay was leading that along with Dr. John Benefiel, and he invited all those state leaders. I
don’t know, there were about 30, 35 people that went to that Baal cave. There was an historian
that was telling all about these drawings that were on the back of this cave. It was all the gods
that they would worship, at different times of the year. It was like a calendar of worship. Baal
worshipers understood worship and they understood seasons. So they had their calendar of
worship on the back of that cave, and they would have the picture of the god that they would
worship. The historian went all the way around, and he got right over here to the right and
looking up into this thing, right over here to the right was a basin like thing that obviously had
been carved out. It was about this big, about like that and this is what the historian said. He
said it was just about the size of a baby because Baal required a sacrifice, an innocent sacrifice.
Sound familiar? So that is where they would sacrifice a baby to their god. In that little basin
that was carved out there was a hole drilled where the blood would come down through that
basin, and it was in such a way that the blood would come down the rock, and it would come to
the ground, and when the shedding of innocent blood touches the ground it defiles the ground.
Chuck says it is the worst defilement that there can be.
That was one of the most riveting moments in this journey that I have been on concerning land
issues. The most riveting moment that I have ever experienced. That was just out there in a
field. Jay led us in an amazing, amazing time out there in that field at the temple to Baal, tore
it down, put an altar up to God. So, after it was over I said, “DeeAnn, could it be ...” Because
see, we have been taught by an amazing woman of God that we will bring into our state,
Connie Fisher, would you stand? Connie and Bill Fisher. They are leading authorities on these
land issues, and they had been teaching us. Sandy, we are getting worn out. I know you will

relate to this, worn out cutting off fruit. We have got to go to the root. We have got to have an
understanding. We’ve got to have a revelation about what the root is. Remember what Chuck
said last night? He is going to every state because there is a root in every state. That thing has
got to be dealt with. So she said, “We are getting worn out dealing with the fruit. We have got
to get the root.” So I looked at DeeAnn and I said, “Could it be, could it be, could it be that
that is the root of abortion in Kansas, the abortion capital of the world?” DeeAnn said, “Yeah.”
I said, “We need to get up in that cave, and we need to put our hands on that basin where they
sacrificed these babies. We need to get up there, and we need to repent in behalf of Kansas, and
we need to sever the root.”
So, we climbed up in that thing. It is said by the archaeologist that this Baal cave was over
3000 years old. We climbed up in that thing. It was kind of on the side of a cliff rather than
going down into a cave; you know what I am saying. We climbed up in that thing and laid our
hands on that basin, and repented. I can’t even remember what all we did, but we did everything
that you taught us to do, Connie. I can’t remember what we did, but we did that. We turned
our hands towards the North and severed that lay line and severed that root. Let me just say
something right here.
DeeAnn - Chuck said last night that when God took him up He dealt with the personal roots
in his own life; then, He took him to the greater vision of America and the different roots
in America, and I want to tell you that they are all tied together. They are inexplicably tied
together. When I went up in that cave, I was a young woman who lived in Wichita, Kansas,
going to college, I gave up a child in Oklahoma. I was deceived and guess what my mother
said. “Your father will never raise a child.” He was a 33rd degree Mason. The roots that you’re
dealing with in the generations are connected to the evil roots in the land, and I want to tell
you, glory to God, there is a redemptive place. There is a place of recovery for you. There are
women in Kansas and all over the earth that will have the power and the redemptive authority in
the name of Jesus and the blood. When I was up there in that Baal cave, I repented and I cried
out for mercy for myself and for everyone who has been deceived into that lie. We asked God
to release His judgment, His righteous judgment into this area of defilement and I want to tell
you what I believe. We were at the portal. We were at the place. When we were where those five
states meet, we stretched our hands forth, breaking the power of lay lines that came up out of
that rotten hole in the panhandle of Oklahoma. It was tied to the future redemptive work of God
in Kansas and every other state in the nation. So let the shame come off of us in this hour and let
us know that that which we have paid for in the past from the power of the enemy influencing
our lives is now our entrance and our foundation and to the redemptive authority of the blood of
Jesus Christ.
Sandy - DeeAnn, I don’t think you know this, but last night, whenever, it was sometime
yesterday, we began talking about the shame coming up from the land, getting on the people,

the shame of the people getting on the land is like defilement is going this way, you know
what I’m saying? The shame got lifted off, and a woman came up to me and she said, “Sandy,
I had an abortion in 1976 and I got over it today. Today I grieved; the shame came off of me.”
I want to say just like DeeAnn did, “There is a redemptive right that is going to be turned
around for redemption to happen because of what you have been through and what you have
suffered through. So what you do in these deals, and I know many of you people have done
this way longer than I have, gone and done these prophetic acts and traveled all over Kansas
and traveled all of your states out there and we have been to every corner. We have staked it;
we have oiled it; we have buried Bibles; we’ve poured out wine; we’ve had communion; we
have torn down altars; and we have cut lay lines. We’ve traveled all over the place, and it wears
us out, but we are just out there doing the deal. Many of you have been out there doing this
thing way longer than we have. Traipsing all over the place doing these prophetic acts. Here’s
what happens when you do them; then, you just walk away and believe God. It didn’t look like
anything had changed. In fact, after we got through, Jay took us out to eat. It was just one of
those “you know you could do the deal and believe God” and go ahead and walk out your life,
but let me tell you something. That was April 2, 2009. I want to say something; don’t hear what
I’m not saying. Chuck paved the way to say this. 60 days later on Pentecost Sunday abortion
in Wichita ended. Somebody came to me with a Blackberry. We were having church. I was
talking about Pentecost. I was saying that Pentecost, the very nature of Pentecost is that it ends
a season and starts a season. That the harvest that sustains you for the past season was used
up, and now a new harvest begins. We were just talking about that. So we had a meal together.
It was a feasting time, and somebody brought me the news on their Blackberry that Dr. Tiller
had been killed in his church. Instantly I texted Dutch, Cindy Jacobs, Barbara Wentroble and
Chuck. I said, “This has happened. What does it mean?” Chuck the next day called me and said,
“Sandy, I prophesied at Flashpoint...”Which Flashpoint, for those of you who don’t know was
that meeting that we had just last November in Lawrence, Kansas. He said, “You remember that
I prophesied. I said that this iniquitous rule of abortion, of murder, if it is not repented of, the
things that they have been involved in will come and overtake them.” He said, “That is what
happened.” He said that there was an iniquitous bowl, and when you participate that last time,
that causes the bowl to tip. It is inevitable. Do we believe in murder? No, of course, we don’t,
but he said it up here yesterday.
So, Pentecost Sunday - from that moment forward there is no abortion in Wichita. There is no
abortion capital coming out of Wichita. Also at Flashpoint, okay is everyone okay, tied in with
this, taking care of a root. Operating out of the man of God who releases the fact that Baal is
the strongman over America. So at Flashpoint Chuck says this. He says that there are critical
places in Kansas that you’re going to have to praise the strongholds down, and when you do, it
will be like Acts Chapter 16 when Paul and Silas are in there, and they are praying, and they are
singing, and then there was an obvious strategic earthquake that came and shook that jail and so
shook that jailer who had the keys to that thing, shook the keys that was holding back purpose

and destiny for Paul and Silas shook those keys out of his hand, and he said, “That’s going to
happen in Kansas.” That’s when he also said that there was going to be a national gathering in
2009 where words are going to be released that will commission the remnant to make its move.
I believe Chuck did that, and Dutch has been doing that the entire time we are here. So, DeeAnn
says, “Sandy, could it be that the strongholds that we are to praise at are the Baal sites that we
had already mapped out two years ago. Could it be that that is where we are supposed to praise.
Could it be that those are the strongholds in our state?”
So, I talked to Jay Swallow, I talked to our upline; that is just what I call all these people. I just
do what they tell me to do. I don’t know what else to do. I just talked to my up line, “What do
you think? What do you think? What do you think?”Jay says, “Yes.” John Benefiel says, “Yes.”
They are all saying, “Yes.” Chuck said, “You had better go do it.” So, what we did was we had
already charted out two years ago when Dutch said to put together a prophetic research team,
and we bought all of these books that Jay and Oklahoma have used over the years to find these
Baal sites. We had many conversations with Connie Fisher. We already had that done. See,
never think that what you did years ago won’t be used for now. There are some old wells that
you’re going to pull some stuff out of. Some stuff you have done. Some research that you have
done. Some miles that you have traveled that you’re going to pull out because God is going
to use them now. Two years ago we already had it; we already knew where they were. There
were 12, isn’t that interesting?. There were 12 known sites where Baal had been worshiped.
They were in caves with drawings, on rivers, in lakes. We put together the team, and it was our
regional leaders. We put together the plan; I talked to Jay. Jay wrote an amazing... he called it
“sealed orders.” He wrote an amazing plan to tear this altar to Baal down. We decided that we
would do it on the same day at the same time rather than going to this one and going to that
one. Just an explosion, like a flashpoint, which Connie Fisher was the first one who told us that
Kansas was a flashpoint state; then, Chuck began to prophesy it two years ago. It is a flashpoint
state. It’s that state where something suddenly happens. All of the pieces are coming together,
and suddenly the thing bursts into flames. A flashpoint. So I said, “Do you know what? We need
to go to all of these Baal sites all at the same time and tear them down on the same day at the
same moment.” We decided it would be August 15 at twelve o’clock noon. We got all of the
team together. I’m telling you they were all into it. I told them this entire story. We met at Pastor
Bubby’s church. We told them this entire story. They were on it. They had their Baal sites.
They did all of the research for two months. It was amazing how God even helped us get on the
place because a lot of these Baal sites are on personal people’s land. You have got to go there;
you have got to get the deal. I mean, tell your neighbor, “It’s worth it.” To the stars through
difficulty. That’s just the kind of people there are in Kansas. You know what I’m saying? It is
like whatever it is. If we have to stay all night. if we have to drive across Kansas, whatever it is
that we have to do, we’re going to do that. It’s only the nation that is at stake. What else are we
going to do with our lives? Don’t worry about it. Jesus will build the church. We are to advance
the kingdom. Don’t worry about that.

So, we made that plan. Got it ready, and, Jay, we did a conference call with Jay, and he taught
us. He taught us exactly what to do and all of that. I talked to Connie. I talked to others who are
authorities in this and found out exactly what to do. On August 15, 2009, all of these different
teams went out to these various places, Baal sites, and I want you to know by one o’clock on
August 15, 2009, Baal does not have an altar in Kansas, from which to draw his strength. Now
is that the end? No.
DeeAnn - The second part of the word from the Lord is that there would be an earthquake. After
we gathered and worshiped and praised down these strongholds there would be an earthquake
that would come across Kansas. There was one, and it was recorded in the Lawrence Journal
World. There was an earthquake. It happened on the western side of Colorado by Sand Creek,
Hello? Hello? Hello? On the eastern side of Colorado, at Sand Creek where a massacre was.
It was recorded as far as Topeka, Kansas. Also, there was a double rainbow. We have said that
the Bible is our manual, but we spiritualized the whole Old Testament when it actually is the
manual on God’s purpose and plan for how to redeem the land. The covenant has always been
with God, man, and the land. God loves the dirt. We are called in the dominion mandate to
steward the Earth, to take dominion, to multiply this, to subdue for the kingdom of God. We
prayed that for years and years and years and never knew “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be
done on the dirt, in the ground, as it is in heaven.”
Sandy - Come on. If you’re going to give Him a praise, let’s give Him a praise. All right, now
we’re going to move quickly. So, after we decided that that is what we were going to do, we
put our strategy together. We went down to the Oklahoma Apostolic Prayer Network. We are
a part of that network also. John Benefiel says that he adopted us. They mentored us and are
continuing to mentor us on these land issues. We went down there, and John just wanted to
know the strategy, just what were we going to do. We went down there, and I began to say
exactly what I just said about the whole story and that was back in June. We hadn’t done it yet,
and they wanted to know what we were going to do because they were going to pray for us.
About a week after Pentecost and after Wichita was abortion free, Dutch was invited to come
and stand on the land and begin to speak to us along with Jim Hodges, who is Pastor Bubby’s
apostle, and Barbara Wentroble came in because they have served us in Kansas for many many
years. So they were invited in to speak to us, just to prophesy, just to help us, just to help us
to walk through this. What do you do? How do you even think? How do you do this? Dutch
just began to talk about having an outside meeting, maybe even in Kansas. Get on the land
and just worship and praise for maybe three or four or five days, and that’s it. Just worship on
the dirt, on the land. He began to just talk about that. I told him, “Well there may be a place in
Kansas because I had become familiar with some land that was available to do that. We already
had been having all kinds of meetings out on this land just west of Wichita, but there was a
significant thing I was told about this land. On this land I was told there was a place that was

called a quote “buffalo jump.” It was a place where Native Americans hunt for buffalo. It’s
like Apostle Jay said two days ago that a buffalo is everything to a Native American. It was
their food, and it was their shelter, and it was their clothing. I believe that Jay told us that they
use every part of a buffalo. So a buffalo was their supply line. It was their wealth. It was their
resource. It was their life. There isn’t very many of these places here in America because it has
to be a certain way, but on this land there was this place, this cliff, and the natives would run
several buffalo off the cliff instead of killing them one at a time they would have 10 maybe 20
buffalo. They would run them off the cliff and instantly they would have their supply. Like all
of a sudden the work was gone. There they were. It was called a “buffalo jump.”
So I thought, “Wow, that sounds like the transfer of wealth.” So I was just telling that down in
Oklahoma because I would just be excited and honored and thrilled if there could be an outside
meeting, there or anywhere in the state of Kansas. Though we all felt like, “Wow, this buffalo
jump was significant.” So at that meeting was a rabbi. Rabbi Curt Landry and his wife Christie
were there. They heard me tell the story, and I got to the buffalo jump, and he began to see
something. I’ve asked him to come this morning and share with you what he began to see and
to sense in behalf of Kansas, and the nation, our covenant root with Israel, the transference of
wealth and the gate of harvest that we are in now. I want you to put your hands together and
welcome Rabbi Curt Landry
Rabbi Curt - This is my first time in Kansas so thank you and a special day for you and a special
day for us. We are in our 39th day of Teshuvah. There are 40 days starting in Elul coming to
Teshuvah. This right now is the 39th day. 39 is a very important number because in the 39th
day we know that our Y’shua received 39 stripes on his back for our healing, and there is a
strong anointing for healing particularly in areas for abortion which I was scheduled to be one.
I am a product of a Catholic father and a Jewish mother. I was scheduled to be aborted, and at
the last minute a Catholic priest at the Air Force Base in California said that there is another
way. You can put him up for adoption. I’m also one who has also been responsible for abortion.
So as DeeAnn got up and shared I thought, “Lord, we have to finish this before I even share
what the Lord wants to give us.” See, we are in Teshuvah. Tomorrow is the highest holy day
in our calendar, your calendar as well. It is interesting that the Baal worshipers understood that
in order to control the land you have to operate in the calendar of the land. It is the same for
Christians because you have been grafted into us; we haven’t been grafted into you. As a pastor
and a rabbi and a former 32nd degree Mason in McAllister, Oklahoma, in one of the high places
of our state, for the first time in 40 years they were going to do a live… I don’t even know
what to call it anymore, I must be delivered, but they take you through all the stations, and the
candidate that they chose the first time in 40 years to go through all the stations, through 32
stations. I was the candidate. I was not saved then, but the enemy was meaning something for
evil, but I know their secrets. The Lord has given me the authority to break that assignment of
Freemasonry which is tied to the spirit of abortion. They are really truly the same. They are the

same. See, if you have question about your seed; then, it is difficult to sow seed. Every time
that we pray for abortion, and everybody prays for the women, but they don’t pray for the men.
I can tell you I have experienced as much shame before my Messiah from my responsibility
as one who was spared and as one responsible more than any woman here. Because when
you eliminate what God has sent, you defile your land. I really believe that on this 39th day
of Teshuvah and tomorrow at sundown, Yom Kippur as we take this land in a special way
tomorrow on Yom Kippur, I believe the first thing we need to do is ask the Lord to completely
heal every soul within the sound of my voice that this issue never raises its head again. I agree
with Sandy and DeeAnn. I know about ley lines and have been blessed to pray all over the
world in spiritual warfare. I was to be in Jerusalem and the Lord told me, “No, you are to come
to your nation this year.” This is an issue. This is an issue that must be healed before we can
even... I don’t even want this seed because what I am going to talk about here in a minute is the
transfer of wealth, but the worst thing that can happen is to have wealth and dominion and land
transferred when there is baggage because the enemy will just steal it back.
So if I can, I know this is, I didn’t know what you wanted me to share but I’m just sharing in the
Holy Spirit. Can I have you stand in prayer? For those of you who have not been involved in
masonry and abortion, and DeeAnn, if you’d come up and if my wife would come, it would be
good if Jay would come. I know most of you don’t know us, but I’m part of the prayer network
in Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Apostolic Prayer Network, and Jay and his wife and Dr. Bigpond
have been in House of David. Second Chronicles 7:14 says, “If my people...” and one of the
things the church has lacked is the firstborn Jewish redeemed messianic repenting, and He says
“I’ll heal the land.” First nations, firstborn, firstfruits coming together is the three bound cord to
take the land. That is why the Lord brought us here on the 39th day with 39 stripes. He wants to
heal this land. So as I repent if you would agree.
Father, we come to you in the name of Y’shua. Lord, as the firstborn, as the child of Jacob I
repent, Lord, for the children that aren’t here because of my selfishness. Lord, I also repent on
behalf of the nation of Israel which has a tremendously high abortion rate. Lord, I ask you to
forgive your children, Israel, and to forgive me. Lord, we decree that children are the arrow
in our quiver. Lord, we have created our own Holocaust and I ask you to forgive us. Father, I
repent. There would be no Palestinian issue in the land as you gave us 60 years ago if we would
not have aborted all those babies. There would be no room. It would be a total Jewish state.
Lord, we pray for the shalom of Jerusalem. Nothing broken, nothing missing that we would
have peace within our palaces. Lord, for all of us who have been involved with abortion, we
“teshuvah”, we return unto You. We return. Lord, we return to the blood. We return to the words
from our Messiah on the cross that says this afternoon, “Forgive them for they do not know
what they do.”

Lord, we are not making excuses, but, Lord, this blood guilt in our temples must be silenced
today I pray. We have to shut this door before we deal with any more of these transfers. Lord,
shut this door, I pray. Father, I don’t have time, but I break every assignment of all 33 degrees in
the name of Y’shua. As a former 32nd degree Mason I break every assignment of Maha Bone.
I break every assignment of the curses against your body. If you would just put your hand on
your head. Father, I break the assignment of any head disease from the death blow to the head. I
cut it off now in the name of Y’shua. Put your hand on your throat. Lord, I break the assignment
of the curse of the tearing out of the throat. It does not belong to us in the name of Y’shua. Put
your hand on your chest. I break every assignment of heart disease and lung disease, bronchial
disease, COPD, and asthma. I cut you out in the name of Y’shua. Father, in the name of Y’shua
we thank you, Lord, that the tearing open of the chest does not belong to us. Put your hand on
your stomach. Father, I thank you, Lord, that all intestinal disease, all diseases in the liver, the
kidneys and the intestines, Father, we give You praise that the tearing open of the stomach and
the scattering of the entrails unto the birds of the air, that curse does not belong to us in the
name of Y’shua. Lord, we decree right now that this blessing in our family is for 1000 years.
Father, we come to our personal parts and, Lord, all healing in the prostate, all healing in the
ovaries, all healing and female problems, all the problems that are associated there, those curses
put there we cut them off in the name of Y’shua.
Now, many of you have been experiencing problems in your feet. The Scripture says that
every place your foot treads, your foot is your authority. When we anoint according to the
law of Moses, we anoint the right ear, the right thumb of authority, and the right foot. These
troubles that you have in your feet comes from the false worship that is tied to the land from
Freemasonry. It is counterfeit authority, and the Lord says I am ordering your feet aright
because when the land, God and the calendar... He says, “I have moeds..” which is divine
appointments...” there are moeds when I will give you the land. It is not by might nor by power,
but by My Spirit. If you will assemble, put Me into remembrance of My word, I will establish
it.” So, Father, we just lay hands on every foot here. We thank you, Lord, that the curse of
Freemasonry on the land and, the curse of Freemasonry in the atmosphere is broken. We come
to you Jew, first nation; we come to you firstborn gentile, and Lord, this is what Solomon
prophesied. This is the threefold cord that is not easily broken. Now, Father, I just want to speak
a word to this congregation. Father, we thank You that there has been Jewish repentance in the
house so Ephesians 2:11-15 has been established. You are no longer strangers, or foreigners,
from the Commonwealth of Israel. You are the seed of Abraham by faith with full authority
and dominion to every statute and covenant that is in the Bible that belongs to you. We come
together Jew and gentile, one in Messiah creating an abiding place for His presence. He says in
Ephesians 3:10 “For it is God’s intent this day to make the manifold wisdom of God be made
manifest through the church to the powers and principalities and the heavenly hosts in dark
places.” And Lord, I seal this prayer with Ephesians 3:20 “the Lord wants to do exceedingly,
abundantly above all you could ask or think.” I want you to understand that the Lord does

nothing without speaking it through His servant the prophet. So, literally that Scripture in the
natural breaks every law because how can you not think and say and it be, but the Lord would
say unto you, “As you allow My Holy Spirit to rise up in the heavenly language, My very Spirit
prophesies through your temple the mysteries that need to come forth that are exceedingly,
abundantly above all your carnal mind or even your spirit can hold. It’s larger. It’s bigger. It’s
more abundant than you’ll ever know. You are good soil. Father, we decree that this state will
not go the way of Caan. We break every assignment in the way of Caan in the name of Y’shua.
Now, we have this star here, and I am just going to put this under my feet symbolically. Would
you agree? Would you put this under your foot please? Never again. Never again. When you
put your foot on there, Jay, on Dutch’s foot? Lord, we come to you, Jew, first nation and gentile,
and we decree that this land be “Kadosh,” holy unto the Lord. Separated unto You, Father God.
Our families, our ministries, that Lord, on this 39th day of Teshuvah, that Lord, Father God, by
His stripes we are the healed of the Lord. We decree covenant. There is no schism. We are one
in Christ. All the promises of God are yes and amen. All dominion, All authority, from the top
of our head to the bottom of our feet we are the healed of the Lord in Y’shua’s name. Amen.
Sandy - You had better sow into this. You had better sow into this now. You bring your offering
up here, and you sow into this. Sow into this. Sow into it for your land. Sow into it for your
healing. Sow into it for the generations. Sow into it for your bloodline. Sow into this. Sow into
it. Write your check to Destiny. If you need a card, if you want to give by credit card, you had
better sow into this. This is history taking place right down here. Sow into it. You may want to
sow for your family. Sow for your region. Sow for your church. Sow for your ministry. Sow
for your business. Sow for the seven mountains of influence. Sow for the government to shift,
education to shift, business to shift, the church to shift, family to shift, media and entertainment
to shift, sow for it. This is a moment like no other moment. Make your way up here as quickly
as you can so we can shift in. Come on, something is happening in this room. Keep it going.

-- Post Service -Dutch - I’ve been living what I’m about to say to you for a year and a half. God keeps talking
to me about dreaming His dream with Him for America. He may just focus you in on Kansas or
wherever you’re from primarily although we should want to dream His dream for the nation. I
want to say to you it is a new dreaming season. You don’t have to be afraid to dream anymore
with God. Let me walk you through what could take an hour easily. Let’s go back to Abraham.
We all know the story that God gives him the promise and begins His journey with this man.
We always limit the passage there at Mariah when He said to Abraham, “Look up and see the
stars. Look at the sands of the sea. Your descendents are going to be like that and more than
that,” but He follows up with a statement. This is why he waited until Mount Mariah to say
this. He said it before, but this is why he crowned this event with the stars in the sand and all
that because Mount Mariah was where Abraham offered Isaac. It’s this picture of the cross that
would one day take place on that same mountain. When God said, “Look at the sand, look at the
stars. Cause in, Abraham, all the nations of the earth are going to be blessed.” That wasn’t just
Abraham’s dream. That was God’s dream. “I’ve got a dream, Abraham. This is not just about
you. It is about us. It is about My dream. My dream hit a bit of a detour at the fall, but I will
have My dream.” Then He takes Jacob to Bethel because Abraham had built an altar there, and
it became a portal. When it says when Jacob took a stone from there and laid it at his head, with
all my heart, I can’t prove it, but I believe he ended up with one of those stones that Abraham
used for an altar. I don’t think he knew it but I think in God’s sovereignty he placed a gate of
heaven right at his head. He went to sleep and dreamed God’s dream. Again it was all about,
“I’m going to bless you, Jacob, but I need you so that all the nations of the earth can be blessed.
There is a Messiah coming. I am trying to redeem the world, Jacob.”
We all know the story in Jacob’s nature, stealing the dream. By the time he comes back 20
years later the only part he remembers is his part. He conveniently leaves out the quote back
to God of what God promised. “You promised you would do this and this and this for me,” but
somewhere he forgot all about the part, you won’t find it in the passage, where God said, “And
in you all the nations of the earth will be blessed.” God told him in chapter 31, “I am the God
of Bethel.” What does that mean? I am the God of the dream place. I am coming back after my

part of the dream. It’s always been about My dream, Jacob. He conquers Jacob at Penuel. You
can live at God’s house, Bethel, and not be conquered, but you cannot see his face and not be
conquered. Penuel, the face of God. God put his dream back in this man. Now, you are Israel.
I love it. Three chapters later in 35 He says to Jacob, “Why don’t you just go back and live at
Bethel. Go back to the dream place and live because we can bring together now. It’s not just
your dream; it’s My dream.
Joseph dies and says, “Take my bones and take them with you. I don’t want to stay in Egypt.”
Joseph is buried at Shechem. Why Shechem? He is buried there because that is the first place
God met with Abraham in Genesis 12 and made the promise. Joseph said, “Bury me back where
it all began. The place that represents choice of government, by me at the place that makes a
statement to the generations to come. I chose His way,” but Joseph’s seed was given to Bethel.
Why? He said, “I am going to die, and I want my memorial to be there at Shechem saying that
I chose the way and the government of God, but the dream lives on. The dream lives through
my seed.” They get Bethel, the dreaming place. So Joseph, the dreamer, gives the dream to his
kids. I tell you right now that God is saying to those who listen to Him, “Why don’t you dream
with me? Why don’t you dream about a nation that is transformed? Why don’t you dream about
helping me recapture My dream for America? Forget the American dream; what about My
dream? Why don’t you capture my dream for Kansas, for Missouri, for Texas, for Arkansas, for
Oklahoma? Why don’t you capture my dream? Why don’t you dare to dream with Me? Let’s
just dream about how this ought to be. (Jeff leads in “Free To Dream”)
Lord, we are a dreaming people. That’s why we run when we talk about harvest and because
we see them coming. We dance and shout because like the sands on the seashore we see Your
people. We are dreaming with You and Abraham. The stars, all the nations of the earth are
singing Your song. You promised him. Your Son in Psalm 2, that you would give Him the
nations as His inheritance. Now we are dreaming the dream. We are dreaming the dream for
Your Jewish family. We are dreaming the dream that they are coming. We are dreaming for
Ishmael. They’re coming. We are dreaming for a generation that has never heard, that doesn’t
know, that thinks You are some religious symbol. We are dreaming for them because we know
the day is coming, even in this land, that they are going to know that You are real; You are alive;
You are who You say You are. We are dreaming the dream. We go to bed at night dreaming. We
wake up dreaming.
Sandy - when I began to give the strategy of what we were going to do in Kansas with these
Baal altars. I told all of that; then, I began to talk about this portion of land that had the buffalo
jump on it. How instantly there is a transfer of wealth, so to speak. Rabbi Curt stood and said,
“You know, when you talk about that buffalo jump and those buffalo becoming an instant
resource and supply line for the natives, I began to think of Yom Kippur, and I began to think
about the priest laying the sin of the nation on a goat and that goat becoming a scapegoat and

being released out into the wilderness. I began thinking about that, and I believe that we need
to celebrate Yom Kippur at the buffalo jump in Kansas. I believe it will signify the beginning
of the transfer of wealth. I believe we need to be connected with Jacksonville, Florida.”
Jacksonville, Florida is the place where the Huguenots came. They really were what we would
call the gate of the Gospel. The first conversion on our soil was through a Huguenot who shared
the gospel with a Native American in Jacksonville. So he said, “I believe we need to observe
Yom Kippur at the buffalo jump on that Sunday after Glory Advance, and I believe we need
to be connected by live web streaming with somebody in Jacksonville, Florida, so they can
open up the gate of the Gospel and the harvest and the transfer of wealth could begin from the
center of the nation, and we could do it on the land.” I really did not understand the Huguenots
and everything about it; I just knew they were from France. I knew that our friends, the
Mershbrocks from Louisiana, were going on a trip to France and a couple of other nations. So,
I called Charlotte the night before they were to leave for France. This was just a couple or three
weeks ago. I asked if they knew anything about the Huguenots, and they said, “No, not really.”
I said, “Well, I know they are from France. So if you find out anything when you get to France
about the Huguenots, let me know.”
Two days later, after they got to France, she texted me. It was in the middle of the night. She
said, “You are never going to believe this. God is so amazing. We were at a banquet for all
of the Huguenot descendents that came into France. We were sitting at a banquet table with
a lady who came with a descendent of a Huguenot, and they live in Jacksonville, Florida.”
Now, what is the likelihood of the night before they leave I called them and said, “Just get
some information on the Huguenots.” What is the likelihood of them sitting at a banquet table
with somebody from Jacksonville, Florida. So, she got their personal cell phone numbers,
and she texted them to me, and their names were Pastor Paul and Sharon Zinc. They have a
mega-church in Jacksonville, Florida. They understand the Jewish feasts. They understand all
of that. So, the next day I call Rabbi Curt, and I tell him the story, and he said, “Who is it in
Jacksonville, Florida?” I told him that it was Paul and Sharon Zinc. He said, “I know them.
Three years ago I was at the Mount of Olives. I was at a place called the private garden where
not everybody gets to go, but Paul Zinc was in that place. I went over to him, and I prophesied
to him. I said that there would come a day in America that you and I will be hooked up. You
and I will do something.” Tomorrow at 10 o’clock we are going to the buffalo jump. Rabbi Curt
said, “We cannot go out there to that jump without a Native American. I say, “Will Jay Swallow
work?” Jay has done some extensive research on that buffalo jump. He’s got buffalo in Kansas;
he’s got land in Kansas. He’s got a white buffalo in Kansas that carries great significance.
Rabbi Curt is going to lead us in the observance of Yom Kippur at 10 o’clock in the morning
at that buffalo jump. Here is the deal. It is just out in front of God and everybody. If you want
to participate in that landmark, breaking ground, the beginning of something amazing, you’re
welcome to come. What we’ll do is we’ll be over there at those tables. Rabbi will be over there;

Jay will be over there; we’ll be over there, and we will tell you how to get to that place. It is
about an hour from here, but we need to be there at 10 o’clock. We will be connected either
by phone or live web streaming with that church in Jacksonville, Florida, because they want to
participate in the transference of wealth coming from the center the United States from a buffalo
jump; then, they are going to open up the gates of the Gospel back to the center of the United
States. I believe that the pole for the tent for the glory of God will go securely into place and
that covenant root with Israel will once and for all be established in our land. So, I had called
earlier, and told Chuck all about the story. He could not be here, but I asked Dutch if he would
pray over the team. Apostle Jay Swallow and your team, Rabbi Curt and your team, will you all
come forward. Regional leaders, wherever you are in the room, would you gather down here as
well.
Dutch - I’m not as good at these prophetic acts as Chuck and some of these others, but I will
tell you what I see. I need a couple of you to get up here and hold this in front of Jay. I feel
the Spirit of God is all over this. How can I do what Jay has taught me to do? I’m going to do
this under my Cheyenne name because this was Cheyenne land, the land of the buffalo. I feel
God all over this. Father, I do honor my brothers and my sisters. I honor the first nation, and I
honor the first nation people, the host people of this land. Lord, as (Dutch says his Cheyenne
Name) one who has been given authority, when Jay took land and put it in mine and said,
“I give you authority.” I take not only that authority but the authority all the way to heaven,
and I commission and send them to this land on Yom Kippur to marry the mantles of the past
to the present, and we strike the earth, and we say, “Let the harvest anointing come.” Let it
come on Yom Kippur back to that land and to this land a marriage of Jacksonville, Florida in
Kansas. The anointings that are represented all the way to Israel. The release of wealth to fund
Your kingdom purposes in this hour will be released. The treasures of the earth will yield their
increase to the kingdom of heaven. The buffalo will jump again. The Huguenots will live again.
The mantles will be fresh and alive.
I commission you, Paul Zinc, release that anointing and send it here to Kansas. We say that
which has been prophetically done in this state, that which has been given to Jay that this act
brings to a culmination increase, the favor. I say let the favor of the white buffalo come. Let the
double portion of the twins come. We say it is a new season. It is a new beginning. It is a fresh
marriage of mantles and anointing. It is so sovereignly ordained that you would do it on this
day. In the name of the Y’shua we decree it to be so. Go, go, go and marry the anointings and
release the fruits of the land.
Jay - Very quickly, I want to express my gratitude for what has happened here in Kansas. I feel
greatly indebted to DeeAnn and Sandy. Very quickly I am going to relate, there are a lot of
people that have been asking me and I have no way of explaining anything to you directly. As
you know, our journey with Native Americans started some time ago with the non-natives. We

didn’t know we would culminate with the people of Israel. I believe that this is going to be a
landmark, historical event that takes place. In the Senate today the apology to native Americans,
I believe that it’s been held back. It has been there almost 2 years now, and I believe it has
been held back until we could resolve some of these things. I believe that we could write it
down in our own history books and our lives that we have brought this down to almost a close
concerning the recovery of the Native Americans back into the stream of the kingdom of God.
The story of the white buffalo is, very quickly, even before the coming of any other nations
when all this area had nothing but native people, tribes. They lived at peace with one another
because there was an abundant supply. No need to fight or squabble. Everybody had food to eat.
Then, one day a drought started, and all of the buffalo and game left the area. This was before
we had horses. We couldn’t follow the trail and keep up with them. Our tribes began to get sick
because of sickness and starvation. They began to squabble over lands. Hunting areas, where
before, there was respect, but now they were being encroached upon by other tribes. Ill feelings
were everywhere because of this great tragedy.
Then, these two warriors went out to look for game. They got out on a place, and they saw a big
white cloud that began to form over them, and it came down to touch the earth. Out of it stepped
a beautiful native woman dressed in the finest of buckskin, fringe with dyed porcupine quills
and beautiful in every respect. As they looked at this woman, one of the young men looked at
her and out of his heart came lustful things. He desired that woman. Because of that another
cloud came and sat upon him, and he disappeared and was no more. The other young man fell
down on his face, and when he looked up again it was not a woman but a white female buffalo.
She walked toward him and rolled four times in the earth. Each time she rolled and got up she
was a different color. She went from white, to black, to red, to yellow. He again put his head to
the ground. When he looked, she was again a woman. She began to speak to him. She told him,
“Go and tell all of the tribes that I am going to come and see them in four days. I have heard
your cry, and I have seen you and how you have suffered, but I want to tell you about things to
come.” As she went back into the cloud, she was lifted up. He went back to the main village.
They sent runners out to the different tribes that were all of the plains. They all gathered in one
place. For four days they waited, and on the fourth day they all saw a white cloud again form.
The same thing happened again, but this time she spoke to them and said, “These four colors
represent people that you have never seen before. They’re coming across the waters from the
east. When they come to this country, you are going to go through much heartache, sorrow,
and pain. It’s almost going to be like they have destroyed everything; you have no identity left
but watch. When a female white buffalo is born again, it will be a sign that I am going to bring
you back into your place. There will be no more wars, heartaches, but it will be time of plenty.
Wealth will come that has been held back. Basically this has been the story that’s been handed
down through, legends, and legends, and legends. Everybody has been looking for that white
female buffalo.

There have been several white buffalo born but most of them are male. That does not fit the
legend. There have been a couple of other females, but the natives didn’t feel right because
they were not in the hands of the native people. Those who owned the buffalo began to use that
white buffalo to exploit the Indians. Then all of a sudden the state of Kansas blessed me with
a buffalo; then, the state of Texas gave me a female buffalo and out of that female buffalo was
born a white buffalo. The chances they say is 10,000,000 to 1 of a white buffalo gaining full
maturity. We watched that. I have my brother here who is keeping it for me, Richard Duff and
his wife. We don’t know everything that surrounds this at this point. I’m not telling you to go
back to believe legends, but to our native people there is a controversy throughout the nations
now. Is it true that that sign has come back to us? I don’t believe it is going to bring them back
to their old ways and old things. I think it happened in my corner that it might be a sign that
God is working through me, a Native American. 50 years I have been in this ministry waiting
for this day. At last it is here. Here we are celebrating. Maybe you don’t know completely about
it. Don’t get rational. Just look at what things are happening. If it is 10,000,000 to 1 that a white
buffalo can be born, what are the chances that it would be born to me, a full-blooded Cheyenne
where in this country of Kansas we have our early beginnings. We came out of what they call
sedentary people who farmed, and we became nomadic because of the abundance of the buffalo.
I am not going to go into all of the destruction because we are going to pray into that when we
get to the buffalo jump but I believe this is going to resolve. I believe because of what we do,
that resolution in Washington DC will be passed. When it is passed, every community where
there are native people I believe it is going to be heralded from the auditoriums to assemblies
and television. There will be a shift in the change of feelings of our people. They are going to
say, “Is it true? Is it time for our hearts to turn and for bitterness and violence of the past to be
resolved?”
You don’t know what impact this meeting is going to be making. All I can say (speaks in native
tongue). Roaming Buffalo, that is my Indian name given to me at birth. I’ve come here to say
thank you with all of my heart for what you’ve done here for us this day. The final treaty is
being written on our hearts. Are we going to be the breakers of covenant in the future? I don’t
think so. This is a blood covenant. Thank you.
DeeAnn - Apostle Jay, do you remember when you came to Ark City, and we presented to you
that bull buffalo that was out there on that trailer on the land, that there was great breakthrough
there? Our understanding was opened to covenant and the power of covenant and the power of
restitution, and the prophets began to speak. I remember Apostle Barbara Wentroble spoke out
of the Spirit and said the supply lines are open in Kansas. Now we’ve come to this day when
Jew and Gentile on the land are restoring covenant and the restitution, and the glory of God. We
are alive with His will, and we can say with confidence, “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.”

Sandy - I remember, Apostle Dutch, when you were at Haskell University of all places the
only four-year Native American college federally funded in the United States of America. He
stood there, and he said, “I don’t know what this means, Chuck, but I believe Kansas will lead
America back into covenant with God.” Do you remember that? He said, “I don’t even know
what that means, Chuck, you will have to help us know what that means, but I believe Kansas
is going to lead America back into covenant with God.” I believe the beginning of that is this
moment and in the morning at the buffalo jump. Now, lift your hands all over this room. You
know that it is going to have to come to an end here this morning, but as we close out this,
we are just stepping into our future. This is just a moment in time. We have to close. We had
to leave this building, but we are leaving this building stepping out into a future that is super
abundantly above anything that we could ask, think or imagine. We could not have put this
together. This just blows my mind which is what Chuck said when he left this building and saw
that angel up there. That Angel was to indicate to us that we cannot think our way through the
next 10 years. We have got to be led by the Spirit of God. So I say over you as we release you
from this building, we say to you, “O God, You can count on us, and we have heard the words,
and now the remnant is ready to make its move into awakening. It is ready to make its move
to carry this glory out into the field. So we bless these that are here. We bless these that have
heard. We bless these that have been mantled. We bless these that have been healed. We bless
these that have been changed, and we say go and take the kingdom into your area. We release
you now in Jesus’ name. Shout unto God.
