NO. Apply only to wet, thoroughly towel-dried
hair.

application?
NO, only when the hair is oily or has product

highlights process and the application of the Soft
Lightener or Soft Toner?
NO, just thoroughly rinse out the lightening
product.
The hair is shampooed at the end of the service.
3. Can I apply a mask, a conditioner or a leavein conditioner to detangle the hair before the

NO, because this could create a barrier or seal the

few minutes, when there are yellow / orange

4. Is it possible to neutralize only the highlighted
shade without bringing out visible reflex’s?
YES, by visually controlling or reducing the

5. Which shade should I select when I am
working with various shades of blonde
highlights?
Select the shade corresponding to the lightest
highlights.
6. Can I use the toners to refresh previous
highlights, even after a few months?
YES, visual control the application taking into
consideration the porosity.
The timing might need to be adjusted.
7. What is the difference between the Soft Toners
and the light shades of YCE: 10.01, 10.02, 9.31?
With an identical exposure time (5-10 minutes),
YCE has less neutralizing power and will lift the
natural base.

The Soft Toner will not alter the natural base or

8. What is the difference if I use NCC 1002?
NCC gives a softer neutralizing result with a
