JANUARY 2017
Renewals
Please remember to renew your lease
with Highwood Village Apartments. Don’t
worry, we’ll send you a letter asking if you
are going to renew! We want you to stay!
Laundry
Please remember to check all pockets
before loading clothing into the washing
machines. It is never nice to find your
clothing covered in ink because it was left
in a pocket.
Please Check Your Mailbox
Please remember to check your mailbox
daily, and make sure the door is shut
and locked.
If You Are Away ...
Happy New Year
We wish all our residents a safe, healthy
and happy new year!

Now that winter is upon us, please
make sure to review your snow removal
policy. Usually, we will post on the main
door to your building when we are
conducting our snow removal.
Please allow extra time to clear off and
shovel behind your vehicle by moving your
vehicle before 9:45 a.m.
Do not hesitate to call the office if you
have any questions.
Please remember if you are traveling
over the winter months to please inform
the office.
You can park your car in the visitor
parking lot so your car will not be towed. It
is smart to leave a spare key with Melonie
or Stephanie in case we have to move it to
plow in the visitor parking area!
Gym Etiquette
Please remember to wipe down any
gym equipment that you use. We keep a
container of sanitizer wipes for your use.
Also, please turn the TV off when you
are done with your workout.
Thank you!
Christmas Tree Disposal
Just a reminder, please remember when
you are removing your tree from your
apartment to use a tree bag. This helps to
eliminate leaving needles in the common
areas. Also, please place your tree outside
the dumpster area. Thank you so much for
your cooperation.
