For those of us who understand how our country has been deliberately put into
distress by our elected servants in Parliament, and know the provable, historical solutions
for restoring the Rule of Law, the time has come for us to get properly organised.
Our gathering of five hundred and twenty people in November last year who
unanimously passed The Winchester Declaration was simply the start. We now have to
advance quickly into becoming a broad, grassroots movement which can speedily put
an end to the treason, fraud and appalling child abuse that is now endemic within the
higher echelons of our political class. Unfortunately, time is not on our side. These
wretched criminals must be exposed for what they are—and quickly, efficiently and
peacefully brought to justice. The clock is ticking… it’s time for action!
The task ahead of us will be simple to carry out if we organise well. We are now
armed with enormous evidence about what is really happening and engulfing all of us.
The following paragraphs describe our present predicament.
Originally of Roman Empire origin and based within the ‘Square Mile’ of what
has become known as the City of London (whose real name is ‘The Crown
Corporation’), an entrenched, privileged community of wealthy merchants has
schemed, manoeuvred and profited for nearly two thousand years to such an extent
that today their financial influence is paramount. Indeed, their authority is now global.
They unlawfully decide just how much money the world is allowed to spend—
“money” which they have completely conjured up out of thin air as ‘debt’, using their
privately run international central banking system… Global debt gives these criminal
usurers complete political and corporate control; an unelected, unaccountable antidemocratic government over most of humankind!
This shadowy cabal of ruthless, powerful dynastic merchant bankers, using
outright treason, secrecy, deception and entrapment, have bought, bullied and
blackmailed their way into overwhelming our immutable, magnificent 1215
Constitution with its Common Law Trial by Jury Justice System. This latter is the
Law of the Land, legem terræ or Common Law, a hard won egalitarian structure of
just governance; mankind’s model Constitution upon which all the subsequent
legitimate Constitutions are based (i.e., the U.S., the Australian, Canadian, etc.).

The Common Law was partially codified by King Alfred the Great, 871-899, and
later defined and prescribed in detail in the supreme Law of the Land that is the worldrespected Great Charter Constitution of 1215, Magna Carta. It is based on timeless
universal secular morality, equity (fairness) and equal justice for all; or what might be
called common sense and common decency. Our Constitution’s Rule of Law ensures
that the people have a permanent absolute (that is, an inalienable, insuppressible)
right to judge, and be judged by, their peers (i.e., randomly-chosen local socialequals; not judged by government functionaries; judges). This produces the result that
the citizen is considered and must be treated as innocent until proven guilty.
Most importantly of all, prosecution of unjust, bad or unwanted legislation passed
by parliament can be annulled by one or more members of a randomly selected Jury
simply finding the accused Not Guilty. This is the Duty known as Annulment by Jury.
At Common Law, Unanimity is required for condemnation: there are no ‘hung juries’;
no majority ‘verdicts’. A ‘majority’ is not a jury. In addition, through private citizens’
(single or multiple plaintiffs) cost-free prosecutions at Trial by Jury of government
bureaucrats and legislators responsible for framing and passing statutes subsequently
judged by juries to be unjust (malicious), statutes can be mandated for complete
expunction; see Two Ways to Equal Justice; Chapter Four, DEMOCRACY DEFINED:
The Manifesto ISBN 978-1-902848-26-6. Thus, the reality is that ‘ordinary’ People have
constitutionally authorised Sovereignty over the law and parliament at all times.
The ambitious agenda-driven politicians who claim parliament to be ‘sovereign’, serve
corporate-financial vested interests and treasonously repress We the People.
Today, under the corrupt influence of the Crown Corporation, our universally just
Common Law is being increasingly eroded and replaced by totalitarian statist ‘legal’
systems which prevail in Continental Europe and the EU; Roman Civil Law, Maritime
Law. This alien, and indeed Orwellian nightmare system of statist totalitarianism
(with its own unfathomable language of ‘legalese’) is where you are held as ‘guilty’
until proven innocent, and where politically-appointed state judges decide your fate—
rather than independent juries of your fellow social-equals who protect themselves by
annulling prosecutions of laws to which they would not like to be subjected.
In support of corporate and private bankowners’ financial interests, ‘law’ is now
based almost entirely on commercial and contractual ‘law’. It has infiltrated our
judiciary and court system where we routinely see judges committing real treason by
acting as both ‘judge’ and ‘jury’ at the behest of our treacherous parliament.
Thousands of ‘statutes’ have been passed to micro-manage our lives while the proper
workings of our Trial by Jury Common Law Constitution are suppressed. We are
being compelled by gross deception to surrender our most basic rights and freedoms
in order to conform with criminal corporate requirements of The City of London and
the Crown Corporation. Parliament has effectively become a citadel of treason and
tyranny against the British people.
Sovereign National Credit is a term given to the proven fiscal arrangement
whereby a nation’s treasury creates, issues and controls debt-free and interest-free
money and credit based on that nation’s wealth and potential. Despite the historical
precedent of the 1914 Bradbury Pound, our elected servants in Parliament refuse point
blank to restore immediately this common sense, effective way to fund our nation’s
security, prosperity and happiness. Why? Because it would quickly destroy the corrupt
power of behind-the-scenes bankowners and the Crown Corporation to overtax and
control us through parliament’s passing of invasive statutes which illegally ‘overrule’
the Common Law of the Land, and deny the People’s protective Supreme Courts of
the Constitutional Common Law Trial by Jury Justice System.

Our MPs are consistently working against us. They deliberately look the other
way when massive corporate banking fraud results in punitive foreclosures, the
stealing of homes, property and business livelihoods from completely innocent people.
MPs don’t really give a damn that social care is letting down the vulnerable in our
society, and that the NHS is unnecessarily closing community hospitals and making
cuts in other essential services.
MPs don’t care at all that our armed services are being cut back to the point that
our nation’s defences and sovereignty are dependent upon other nations.
And MPs just can’t be bothered to protect our strategic industries from predatory,
hostile takeovers by businesses from overseas.
MPs are a criminal disgrace—all the political parties are working against us,
against We the People. It’s time to stir our nation to put a peaceful end to unjust,
arbitrary rule administered with injustice; in a word: tyranny.

kindred spirits. This is YOUR conference, a real Moot, where we can organise
properly into becoming an effective grassroots MOVEMENT to restore our Trial by
Jury Common Law Constitution which criminalises Usury and bankowners’
fraudulent Fractional Reserve Lending; restores interest-free national issuance of
currency and credit; and restores the debt-free Treasury-issued Bradbury Pound,
whilst at the same time exposing and ending Establishment-led child abuse.
It’s obvious that agents of the Crown Corporation will do their utmost to infiltrate
and troll what we are doing—so it is vital that we set our movement up in a nonhierarchical way by creating a linear network of dozens, if not hundreds, of selfcontained community ‘hubs’ where people can meet up locally and campaign with likeminded individuals. For the skills and information needed for these hubs to be
successful, there will be ten discussion groups or workshops to choose from, where you
can both learn new information and contribute with your own experiences and ideas.
Brought together and facilitated by the British Constitution Group and the
Democracy Defined Restoration Campaign, this is your day and your venue in
which to work together to restore The Rule of Law to the British nation.

Truth, Unity and Organisation – to advance the Winchester Declaration and to bring
about the Full Restoration of our Trial by Jury Common Law Constitution and
Sovereign National Credit; plenary session attended by all participants.
10.30 am – 11.30 am - “Passport to Pimlico!” (if you haven’t seen it, do watch this
classic Ealing comedy)
A light-hearted presentation of good news stories giving humorous and successful
examples of how we, the ‘underdogs’, can take on corrupt Officialdom, Courts,
Bailiffs, HMRC not to mention those ghastly Politicians (plenary session).

Meeting and making new friends and sharing skills and possibilities within the Region
or Country where you reside (Scotland, Northern Ireland, North West England, North
East England, Midlands, Wales, East England, London, South East England, South

Discussion Groups to Advance The Winchester Declaration
and How They Will Work.
Each Discussion Group will have two or three convenors. For two hours you can go to
as many as you like to ask questions and to contribute ideas and information. They are
informal and ongoing so people can drop in and leave when they like. The feedback
from these Discussion Groups will then be used to take the Rule of Law campaign
forward:
Discussion Group 1 - Administrative Processes & Sovereignty Studies
A workshop devoted to discussing proven methods for mass non-compliance with
corporations & corporate fraud, giving tried and tested templates which work to
challenge the perceived or assumed authorities of the agencies issuing income tax,
council tax, business rates & other demands, etc.

Written Notices, Legalese as a fraudulent language and the future vision of the

Discussion Group 3 - Successful & Lawful Grassroots Activism in our
Communities; Harnessing Social Media to get our message across; and Alerting
the Younger Generation as to how they are being deceived and put into debt.
Using the current and extremely successful Anti-fracking campaign as an example of
how a community grassroots campaign should be done.
Discussion Group 4 – Exposing the whole Brexit scam and how to educate
‘Remainers’ as to the truth about the EU.
The emasculation of Britain’s Armed Services as they are deliberately down-sized and
integrated into the EU; the Treason of Heath and how the European Communities Act,
The Lisbon Treaty, Article 50 are all null and void under the Common Law.
Discussion Group 5. – Revealing the truth to the general public about the Political
Party System.
History of Political Parties and how they operate; the need to put up Independent
Candidates; ideas for how Britain should be governed in the future – for instance, do
we really need political representation to the extent we have when we have the process
of Annulment by Jury?
Discussion Group 6 – The need to ‘Lobby the Bobby’ and bring the Truth to our
Public Services and the Legal Profession.
Informing Public Servants and Private Lawyers as to the precedence of Common Law
over Statutes passed by Parliament; making friendly, effective and mutually respectful
approaches to the Police about the treason being committed in their name; policing for
the future under Common Law; and the future management of Trial by Jury Common
Law Courts.
Discussion Group 7 The plight of the NHS – Social Care – Helping the most
Vulnerable in our Society – Solutions.
Waking the NHS up as to what’s really going on; guaranteeing long term social care
and discussing solutions on how things can be put right.
Discussion Group 8 Restoration of the Treasury-issued Bradbury Pound and the
Common Law fiscal principle of Sovereign National Credit
Taking on the City of London, the system-serving economists and the Fabian London
School of Economics; exposing the Bank for International Settlements and the whole
Central Banking System; and ending Student Fees and Debt.
Discussion Group 9 Putting an End to Establishment-led Child Abuse and
Exposing the Secret Family Courts.
Revealing the child trafficking by those in positions of trust and authority; practical
support for the Survivors and Whistleblowers of abuse; waking the public up to the
threats to our children and their childhood.
Discussion Group 10 Agenda 21/2030 and how to defeat it and what is the Truth
about Free Energy?
Exposing & Preventing the sinister ‘Smart’ global future planned for all of us whilst
imagining a world where genuinely clean and infinite free energy can be available for
all to live in peace, freedom and contentment. How near are we to this?

To summarise the Rule of Law Campaign, the principal foci are:
Firstly, recognition of the 1215 Great Charter Magna Carta as comprising the single
and sole legal and lawful English (and British) Constitution; the permanent supreme
treaty between the People and the successive incumbent heads of state. This measure
achieves Restoration of the all-powerful People’s Courts of the authentic Constitutional
Common Law Trial by Jury Justice System as prescribed and defined by the 1215 Great
Charter Constitution for all causes (lawsuits), civil, criminal and fiscal; and,
Secondly, Common Law economic measures are a natural corollary to the above
first item for specifically proscribing the Common Law Crimes of Usury and
fraudulent Fractional Reserve Lending and returning to the People (through a national
government department; treasury) the duty of issuance of interest-free currency and
credit to the economy (as, for example, by Presidents Jefferson, Madison and Jackson,
or Lincoln’s ‘greenbacks’, Franklin’s Colonial Scrip, and in 1914, the UK’s £300
million issuance of the ‘Bradbury Pound’).
These twin causes are legislatively formulated as THE RESTORATION AMENDMENT,
