Hey everybody! Welcome to the Springy April edition
of the Island Girl Newsletter! Just because we’re
having our typical wet and rainy Pacific Northwest
weather doesn't mean we can’t pretend it’s bright and
sunny springtime, and that’s why this year we
decided to throw a BBQ for our 3rd Annual Client
Appreciation Party!! Let’s see how it went...

Just a Little Something to Show
How Much We Love You!
Every year, we like to take a day and let our clients
know just how special you are to us! You guys are so
amazing, and to say a little thank you, we throw a party
- and you’re the guest of honor! Our Client Appreciation
Party is something we look forward to each year, and it’s
always a blast. This year, we were greeted with grey
skies and rain clouds, but did that
stop us from throwing our spring BBQ? Absolutely
not!! We grabbed the grill, served up some sliders,
sipped on sweet tea and lemonade, and munched on our
traditional foot and hand shaped sugar cookies! Our
turn out was decent; we had a good flow of people coming in and out, stopping by to grab a snack and say hi,
chatting with other clients, and getting free moisturizing paraffin dips on their hands! And all the while getting in some tickles, giggles, and adorable smiles from
our tiny Island Girl in the making, Kira! Just like previous years we had a
Good Cheer drop box and collected canned and non perishable food items,
and we also added a WAIF drop box and collected pet
food and supplies for our four legged friends in need.
And you guys so came through for us!! We were able to
gather up so much to donate, and we couldn't be more
proud of you! As a reward for your generosity, we gave
each person raffle tickets to enter into our drawing for
gift bags and free services! Congratulations to all of the
lucky winners!! Well, we’d say it was another successful Client Appreciation Party. It was great to see all of
you, and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
