Job Purpose:
This role is to support the sales department and provide customer support, discover customer
needs, and identify & communicate the benefits that TDS solutions can offer and provide. The
role will support onsite demonstrations from a technical and application aspect.
The Technical Pre-Sales Executive ensures the technical understanding of TDS products are
communicated to clients during the sales and tendering process. Thus, meeting the key
requirements within their own area of responsibility, and supporting the business to promote
long and short term growth and profitability. He / She will also support all other business lines
and functions with relevant knowledge, information and cooperation to optimise business
solutions for the long and short term needs of the company. The role placement is integral to
support Business Development Team achieving their annual targets.
Responsibilities:

Responsible to provide technical pre-sales support to the Business Development Team

Responsible for supporting, developing and creating customer relationships in his/her
area of responsibility.









Accountable for documenting new product releases and additional functionality and
advising sales team.
Provide necessary support to the sales process
Develop a clear technical understanding of the TDS products
Support the pre-sales process
Build customer relationships
Documenting new product releases
Participate in sales and marketing meetings
Providing after sales services
Support WebEx and onsite demonstrations
Requirements:

Should have at least 2 years’ previous experience in software and relevant industry

3rd Level qualification – Computer Science Degree, Business Degree or IS

Previous customer service experience.

IT literate and proficient in MS office and relevant security system software packages

Ability to work on their own or as part of a team.
