competition of the High School Culture Federation in Kanagawa
prefecture in January 2005. In the same year, she moved to the

music, but also in the visual arts. In February 2008, she performed her
first Manga concert tour in the United States with Blake Weston and
Ragnheiður Jónsdóttir as a piano trio. This performance consisted of a
slide show of her Manga drawings complemented by the trio's simultaneous live piano
music. After Misaki was accepted to a Master's degree at the Conservatorium van

to play with Blake and Saeko Oguma as a piano trio for the 125 year anniversary ceremony
of the Conservatorium in September 2009. In 2010, Frédéric Chopin's 200 year anniversary,
Misaki made her second Manga slide show, this time about his life and gave its debut
performance at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. It was a huge success, with more
than 200 people in the audience. Misaki has also performed concerts at several retirement
homes in the Netherlands, at times playing solo and at times in collaboration with Cheng Yu
Wu, Blake Weston, Mor Levin, Robert-Jan Looysen and Björk Níelsdóttir. She has benefited
