birthday celebration he went
shopping for some new shoes.
Joey H. is making the association that placemats on the
table mean that it is almost
time for meals which means
you don’t sit at the table until
the meal is ready.
Charles celebrated his birthday with friends by going to
McDonald’s and then home
for cake and ice cream. He
tried yummy peanut butter
gelato for the first time, went
shopping for some new

clothes, and had fun going to an
Astro’s ballgame. Charles had a
wonderful visit with his brother
and sister in Oak Ridge.
The Woodlawn guys keep busy
by heading to local parks. The
swings are popular with the guys
when they like to sit and relax.
They have been to church on
several occasions. They attend
ballgames, go out for treats and
special meals. They enjoy socializing with their friends whenever
they can.
Wykle
Margie is reaching one of her
goals of being able to save
money. She is learning that it is
easy to spend too much if you
are not careful while out shopping. Her goal is to save for big
things like her favorite minivacations to Pigeon Forge.
Margie had a great time at
Myer’s Pumpkin Patch, where
she picked out a pumpkin and
painted it.
Melinda S. has almost mastered the skill of getting her seat
belt buckled. Just a little bit
more time and she will be able
to do it by herself. Melinda is
also helping to put dirty dishes
into the sink after meals, snacks
and when cleaning out her lunch
box.
The Wykle ladies chose to go to
the movies and they picked out
Dolphin Tale 2 and Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles which they
thought was very cool. They
enjoyed going to church on
several occasions and out for
some good eats. They went to
the circus and had a great time.
