Feeding Instructions - Please be specific; exact quantity, wet vs dry, etc. If different cats have different
feeding plans, please use their names. Include # of treats. If 1 visit is scheduled we will do our best to
make the time consistent each day. If 2 visits are scheduled they will be in the AM & PM. Please leave

Contract & Release of Liability for Spitfire Agency Inc,
DBA Kitty Charm School (KCS)
KCS will provide drop-in Pet Sitting at the agreed upon rates, as confirmed via email or phone.
The 50% deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Once sit has begun, Owner is responsible for payment
in full as booked, regardless of early return. The term of this Contract may be extended if
requested by the Owner and so accepted by KCS. The onus shall be on the Owner to confirm
his/her return and his/her availability to resume care of the property and pet(s) prior to or on
the last day of this contract.
Additional fees may include the purchase of necessary missing items for the care of the pet(s),
including but not limited to pet food, litter or cleaning supplies, as well as costs of veterinary
care in the event that there is a concern for any pet’s wellbeing. KCS shall retain and submit
receipts as proof of expenses. Staff time, above and beyond the Sit, is billed at $40/hour.
KCS accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to the Owner's
property. The Owner shall be liable for any/all damages caused by the pet as well as damage
to the Owner's property. If cat is known to have litter issues we suggest Boarding instead.
No other person/s will have access to the house or cats while under KCS care. Any hidden keys
will be removed by Owner.
Owner has been informed that KCS Sitters are not veterinarians, do not have backgrounds in
animal medicine and are not expected to diagnose or detect illnesses. In the event of a
medical concern, KCS will not hesitate to seek professional care. As time allows, KCS will
attempt to contact the Owner at the numbers provided, and if unreachable, will call the
Emergency Contact. If KCS deems the situation important, KCS is approved to: Transport the
pet(s) to a veterinarian or emergency clinic; Request on-site treatment from a veterinarian;
Administer medications. KCS is released from all liability related to transporting pet(s), the
medical treatment of the pet(s) and the expenses thereof. Owner’s credit card can and will be
used for full payment/reimbursement.
KCS warrants to keep safe and confidential all keys, remote control entry devices, access
codes and personal information of the Owner and to provide same to the Owner within 48
hours of Sit completion, retrievable at the KCS front desk during published business hours.
OWNER HEREBY VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS OF HARM THAT MAY BEFALL
THEIR PET OR HOME WHILE UNDER THE CARE OF KCS.
