Biobest Survey – Terms and Conditions
In general
 These terms and conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) describe the official rules related to the
Biobest Survey, (hereinafter: “Contest”). The participation to the Contest is free and does not
include any obligation to buy any goods or services.
 The Contest is organized by Biobest (hereinafter: “Organizer”).

 This Contest runs from 14 April 2017 until 12 May 2017.
 The answers of the survey will be used for the optimization of the website.
 This Contest is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. The Organizer has taken great
care in drafting these Terms in accordance with applicable laws. If during the Contest however,
these Terms show to be prohibited, taxed or limited by law in any of the countries where it is
operated, the Organizer reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Contest in
that country and to exclude all citizens of that country from further participation. Such
suspension, termination and/or exclusion shall under no circumstances entitle participants or
potential participants to any form of damage compensation.
 The content and design of this website is subject to copyright.
 Belgian laws are applicable. If any claim or dispute should arise in relation with this Contest, the
courts of Brussels are exclusively competent.

Prize
 The prize (hereinafter: “Prize”) of the contest is an Apple iPad.
Specifications:

o 9.7-inch display
o 128 GB
o Wi-Fi
o Retina display
 At the end of the contest (after 12 May 2017), maximum 1 prize will be handed out.
 Biobest will contact the Prize winner by email. If the winner does not claim their Prize by a reply
email within 1 week from the confirmation email, he or she forfeits the right to the Prize.
 Participants should fill in the entire survey. Please tick the box “Yes. I would like to win an Apple
iPad 128 GB” if you would like to win the Prize. Furthermore, you must fill in your details.
 A winner will be chosen by lot. Everyone can win except for Biobest employees.
 Prize won cannot be exchanged for other Prizes or for its value in money.
 If for any reason the winner is excluded, a new winner will be chosen by lot.
 Besides taking part in our survey and contest, you can also subscribe to our newsletter and crop
advice without any obligation.

Participation
 Participants are not allowed to participate more than once per email address.
 Participants are exclusively responsible for providing accurate information (name, email
address, language & crop). Incorrect and false information can lead to exclusion.
 If you are a grower, please fill in your crop. If not, you don’t need to fill in this box.
 Participants must be of legal age in order to participate. They must be older than 18 years.
When asked for by the Organizer, the participant must be able to submit a copy of a legal
document to state their age.
 By participating to the Biobest Survey, you automatically accept all terms and conditions.
 Biobest and its partners accept no liability for any damage suffered by participants as a result of
participating to the Contest at any way.
 Biobest has the right
o to exclude any participant at any time for any reason.
o to partially or completely cancel the contest at any time.
o to change the rules of the contest at any time. There may be no correspondence on
these issues.
Privacy policy
 Biobest will treat the information provided by participants with care. This information will be
used for Biobest communication or publicity purposes only. For more information, ask for our
privacy policy.
 The answers of the survey will be used for the optimization of the website.
