The Medora Musical The Medora Musical is a musical that is produced each summer at the open-air Burning Hills Amphitheatre near Medora, North Dakota. The musical is a look back at the "Wild West" days of the region and includes references to Theodore Roosevelt, who spent time in western North Dakota. Chateau de Mores The Chateau de Mores in Medora, North Dakota, United States, is a historic home built by the Marquis de Mores in 1883 as a hunting lodge and summer home for his family and guests. The home is now part of the 128-acre Chateau de Mores State Historic Site, which also includes Chimney Park and de Mores Memorial Park. North Dakota Vision Services/School for the Blind presents Teen Camp at Theodore Roosevelt National Park Theodore Roosevelt National Park covers 70,400 acres of the breathtaking North Dakota Badlands! The south unit of the park is a 36-mile scenic loop through the Badlands. The winding drive features striking overlooks with unbelievable views, trailheads for 12 different hiking trails, interpretive signs about the Park’s history and natural wonders, and real prairie dog towns – plus, you might even get a close up with a buffalo!
