WHAT IS CAMAS HIGH SCHOOL GRAD NIGHT PARTY?
Grad Night is an amazing all-night party and an annual tradition at CHS. This alcohol, drug, and
tobacco free party is perhaps the best party just for the graduating seniors before they leave to
begin their new lives. This event is sponsored by the “CHS Grad Night 2015” committee, a
501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed for the purpose of providing a fun, secure, safe and
substance-free party for the graduating seniors. This committee consists solely of volunteer
parents of seniors and relies completely on fund-raising.
The party commences immediately after graduation. The newly graduated are whisked off to
the party which is held at a secret location. As they arrive, they will be greeted with many
awesome games, activities, great prizes, and food to keep them entertained all night long! The
provided transportation will returned them to CHS at approximately 5:00 am. Through their
tired eyes, they will have great memories of partying with their group of classmates and friends,
some they have known most of their lives.
While student participation is voluntary, we highly recommend that the graduates attend Grad
Night rather than go to private parties on Graduation Night. Statistically, graduation night can
be one of the most dangerous nights in a student's life, so this will provide a safe and fun-filled
evening -putting the minds of parents at ease!
