A facility fee of £300 will be charged for all weddings throughout the year. Please note that all weddings on a
Saturday must have a wedding breakfast and evening buffet.
Civil Ceremony
The hotel holds a civil ceremony marriage licence which means you can tie the knot in the peaceful surroundings of
the hotel. The ceremony is a civil one and can take place in one of our licensed rooms. There is a room hire charge for
a civil ceremony as follows:

Frequently asked questions
Accommodation
Special accommodation rates are available for guests attending your wedding and these will be advised by your
wedding co-ordinator. We will allocate you a maximum of ten bedrooms. For these ten rooms you will be given a
code unique to your wedding. Please pass this code to family and /or friends you would like to receive the special
rate. One month prior to your wedding any bedrooms that have not been booked from your allocation will be
released. Once the allocation of ten bedrooms has been reached further rooms may be available to your guests at our
best available rate. Any guests that you have not given the unique code to and require accommodation can call
reservations on 01274 530053 or visit MarriottHollinsHall.co.uk.
All rates quoted are based on a maximum of two adults sharing a standard double room and are per room per night.
All rates are inclusive of VAT and full English breakfast. We have a number of upgraded rooms available including
family rooms, superior rooms and suites, please ask for details.
Bedrooms are available for check-in from 3pm. If you wish to guarantee the availability of your bedroom before 3pm,
you must reserve your bedroom the night before your expected arrival. Please advise all your guests to arrive at
Hollins Hall prepared and dressed for your wedding celebrations as bedrooms may be not be available until after 3pm
unless booked and paid for the night before their expected arrival.
The wedding rate is the best rate available to you at the time booking your wedding. Discounted and promotional
rates may be available on public sale at different times as public rates increase and decrease subject to demand.

Table Plan
Our suites can be adapted to a variety of table layouts. The most popular is the seating of a top table with separate
round tables of 8-12 persons. We will be pleased to advise you of a table plan to suit your requirements.
Bar and Drinks
We have a large selection of drinks which can be purchased on a cash basis or charged to your account. Our function
bar is licensed until 12.30am and entertainment until 1.00am.
Entertainment
We recommended that our resident DJ is booked. Please speak to your Wedding Co-coordinator to book this for you.
Please note that client’s supplying their own DJ must ensure that they hold valid public liability insurance and a copy
must be given to your wedding co-ordinator at least four weeks prior to your wedding. Live bands are permitted
however they must finish at 11.00pm due to consideration of other hotel guests.
Leisure Club Membership
When you confirm your wedding with us we will give you a complimentary three month leisure membership for
Hollins Hall Marriott Hotel & Country Club for the Bride and Groom only. Any additional members including children
will be charged. The membership will be valid up until the date of your wedding.
