Anyone involved in Pennsylvania's dairy industry is welcome to attend the meeting and learn more about the Dairy PROS program. Visit the CDE website for further information about the event. DEP WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS NUTRIENT CREDIT TRADING CHANGES On Wednesday, August 14, DEP's Water Resources Advisory Committee is scheduled to have a discussion of proposed changes to Pennsylvania's Nutrient Credit Trading Program. Nutrient trading is a market-based program that provides incentives for entities to create nutrient reduction credits by going beyond statutory, regulatory or voluntary obligations and goals to remove nutrients from a watershed. The meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson Building, Harrisburg. Click here for any handouts available before the meeting.
