SAMPLE BEQUEST LANGUAGE FOR PROPERTY
I, _________________________________________ give, devise and bequeath to the ETV
Endowment of South Carolina, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization,
certain real property further described as (insert legal description of property)
located at (insert address of property). I direct that upon my death, the
property be sold and the proceeds from any sale of the property shall be given
to the ETV Endowment of South Carolina to be used for general purposes to
the benefit of ETV and/or SC Public Radio. The ETV Endowment of South

Kennedy Street, Suite B-1, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302.
