inkomazi chocolate cake
Makes 1 double-layer cake
Makes 1 square cake
1 egg
125 ml (50 g) cocoa
125 ml sunflower oil
375 ml (210 g) cake flour
5 ml baking powder
5 ml bicarbonate of soda
2,5 ml salt
125 ml Clover Danone Inkomazi
5 ml vanilla essence
250 ml (200 g) sugar
125 ml warm water
To serve
extra icing sugar for dusting
Clover Fresh Cream, whipped
Preheat oven to 180°C. Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Spoon into a greased and lined square cake tin. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until cake
springs back when lightly pressed. Allow to cool and dust icing sugar over. Cut into
squares and serve with cream.
