KV Mankhurd Teachers Hail NPCIL Awareness Seminar as an
Imperative for all Senior Students
Reiterating the key messages delivered by NPCIL resourcepersons during the denouement of the Nuclear Energy
Awareness seminar conducted on 9.7.2015 at Kendriya
Vidyalaya, Mankhurd, the coordinating preceptor
described it as a “must-for-all senior students” learning
experience. Around 110 students of Class XI were
apprised by the NPCIL team of authentic scientific facts on
nuclear energy.
Resource-persons for this seminar were drawn from
CP&CC Directorate and HSE/HPU. Three usual sub-topics
were covered- one by each presenter over a period of 2
hours.
Fanning out the KV Adoption programme, NPCIL is
progressively covering all KVs of Mumbai region during this
academic session. The response in all the 4 KVs so far has
been extremely amicable, supportive and gratifying in view
of the value-addition students and teachers have found in
NPCIL’s effort.
