To see them go to the circuit diary link on the circuit website or go to http://www.bhmethodist.org.uk/Circuit/circuit_calender.html The ministerial assistants (Terry Graham for Hasbury) have access to edit them so please keep them informed of all events, meeting and group activities. This project will work best if the calendars are accurate. If you are planning a big event you will be able to see what is going on across the circuit to avoid big clashes Kitchen Hob Could all church users check the cooker & hob is turned off before locking up. It has been found on several occasions. It may be getting knocked on by mistake, so even if your group hasn't used it, it still needs checking Pause for Prayer Sri Lankan journalist Prageeth Eknaligoda has been missing for five years. In Jan 2010 he left work but never arrived home. Amnesty believes that he was forced to disappear due to his work as a journalist and outspoken criticism of the authorities. He had declared his support for one of the main opposition candidates for the presidential elections, due to take place two days after he disappeared. His wife, Sandya, has been campaigning for truth and justice for her husband as well as others forced to disappear in Sri Lanka. As yet official investigations have been ineffective and his whereabouts are still unknown.
