Freezer Meal Prep & Grocery List
• Shop 1-2 days prior to the workshop • Shop your own pantry first!
• Feel free to swap ingredients as desired, e.g. chicken for pork, ground turkey for ground beef, etc.
• Prep work to do at home. Cut meats as noted and trim fat as necessary.
Place meat in separate freezer bags and label meal name with a sharpie.
Meats (fresh, never frozen)
SWEET MAPLE PORK TENDERLOIN
 1 ½ lb. pork tenderloin, season
with salt and pepper.
SKILLET CHICKEN PARMESAN
 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless
chicken breasts, cut into 6 pieces,
pound to ½-inch thick, season
with salt & pepper
EASY LASAGNA CUPS
 1 lb. 94% lean ground turkey
