The swimming pool in Turriff is a family
friendly facility that caters for a wide
variety of users, 20m long and 9m wide
the pool is 2m deep at its deepest point.
Lockers are available in the changing
room(s) to leave your clothes and
valuables etc. (£1 coin return).
The pool has a variety of sessions to suit
a wide a range of users. Swimming
lessons and some other sessions need to
be pre-booked.

As a safety measure we ask that all
swimmers wishing to swim at the deep
end must be competent and able to pass
our Deep End Challenge. This involves
swimming 30m before treading water for
30 seconds, swimmers can attempt this
during any public session by asking a
lifeguard on duty, once completed a
certificate can be issued to young
swimmers if required.

We have a strict no photography policy at
the pool and ask that spectators turn their
phones off in the building. Permission
can be granted to allow family and
friends to take photographs, although this
must be arranged and authorised with
the Duty Officer beforehand.
