Precinct 34 is located 4.2km north of Ballarat Town Hall. This precinct is wedged between the Western Highway
to the north, the Ballarat and Maryborough railway line to the east and the Midland Highway to the south-west.
Description
This precinct comprises a variety of different sized lots. The vast majority of lots within this precinct are occupied
by industrial uses, a small number are vacant and one is an ‘other’ use.
With the exception of Midland Highway to the south and west, surrounding land is industrial.
