WHAT ARE PRODUCED BY CONFERENCES 2017?
On June 10-11, 2017, the Producers Guild of America will present the 9th annual PRODUCED BY CONFERENCE in Los
Angeles. In Fall 2017, the PGA is planning to present the 4th annual PRODUCED BY CONFERENCE in New York. These
are the only events in the world where the most influential decision makers in the entertainment industry – Producers –
gather together in one place.
Reaching across the film, television and new media industries, PRODUCED BY CONFERENCES are educational forums
that attracts over 1,200 participants in LA and over 600 participants in NY each year. The events involve numerous
Academy Award-winning filmmakers, Emmy Award-winning showrunners, innovators in the digital media space, and the
next generation of creative entrepreneurs. Dozens of national and entertainment media outlets cover the Conferences and
millions of impressions are generated each year.
The PRODUCED BY CONFERENCES are unique opportunities to be part of large-scale, entertainment industry-only
forums, including: extraordinary panels, innovative workshops, mentoring roundtables, networking breakfasts, lunches,
evening receptions, digital exhibits and information sharing.
Each year PRODUCED BY is hosted by a major Studio in Los Angeles and this year will be no exception. The event will
take place at 20th Century Fox Studios in Los Angeles. The location of PRODUCED BY New York will be the Time
Warner Center, specific date in the Fall to be confirmed.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCERS GUILD OF AMERICA?
The Producers Guild of America (PGA) is the only organization in the entertainment industry that
brings together the leading creators of Film, Television, and New Media. It is led by an active and
dynamic Board of Directors, which includes many of the most successful and prolific producers
working today.
The Board and the Guild are charged with representing, protecting and promoting the interests of
all members of the producing team. The Producers Guild has been instrumental in unifying their
members with the Entertainment Studios and creating the guidelines for fairness and equality,
while setting standards in the industry. Most recently, the PGA instituted the PRODUCERS MARK
on theatrical, animated and documentary motion pictures.
The PGA has a membership of more than 7,800 producers worldwide.
