12 Hour Online Education Plan
Overview – Twelve hours of online education must be used strategically and should
be tailored to fit your ministry goals. Below is a suggested curriculum plan for use of
the 12 hours. Customization to the plan is expected and welcomed. It is
recommended that each session occur with a minimum of a 3 hour break between.
Use of pre-rerecorded Short Courses – Elexio offers a vast library of pre-recorded
education videos known as Short Courses. Elexio instructors approach the curriculum
below for your live online training assuming that no users have watched any of the
Short Courses. Short courses are not a substitute for live online education, they serve
to augment live education whether viewed before or after the online session.

Topics Not Covered: Administration/Setup, Email Template Customization, The Portal,

A note about Attendees: Because a degree of your success depends on your
staff seeing the big picture, it is highly recommended that all users attend all
sessions regardless of their job role.
