When and where is Monster Jam®?
Monster Jam® is scheduled at ANZ Stadium on Saturday 22 October 2016. ANZ Stadium is located in
Sydney Olympic Park, 17kms west of CBD.

What time will Monster Jam® commence?
The show will commence at 7:00pm. This could be subject to change on the night.
What time do the Monster Jam gates open?
Gates are scheduled to open at 5:00pm. Patrons should check their individual tickets for their
designated entry gate.
What time will Monster Jam® finish?
The show is scheduled to finish at approximately 9:00pm.
I have a Party in the Pits ticket – is there any special information I need to
know?
Yes. Here are some helpful tips for patrons who have purchased Party in the Pits tickets.
What is it?
Monster Jam® Party in the Pits is a one of a kind exclusive opportunity for fans to get up close
and personal with Monster Jam® Monster Trucks, their drivers & more. Fans will have the
chance to get autographs and take pictures with the trucks & their drivers.
Where is it?
The Party in the Pits is located external to the northern end of ANZ Stadium (between All
Phones Arena and ANZ Stadium). There are two entrances to the Party in the Pits that will be
clearly identifiable on approach from P1 Parking Station or Sydney Olympic Park Train Station.

When is it open?
The Party in the Pits will run from 2:00pm – 6:00pm Saturday, October 22nd. Entry to the Party
in the Pits will cease at 5:30pm.
What ticket do I present for entry to the Party in the Pits?
Only patrons who have purchased an entitlement for the Party in the Pits will be permitted to
enter to the area. These patrons will have a clearly identifiable reference on their Monster Jam
event ticket that will allow their entry into the Party in the Pits.
What amenities are available in the Party in the Pits?
Party in the Pits patrons will have access to amenities, various food and beverage
concessions and official merchandise located around the area.
Please note:
- There will be NO ATM services available within the Party in the Pits area
- Alcohol cannot be purchased or brought into the Party in the Pits.
Can I smoke in the Party in the Pits?
The Party in the Pits is a smoke free area. Smoking will not be permitted within any area of the
Party in the Pits. There are designated smoking areas outside of the Party in the Pits. Please
ask customer service for directions.
Will pass outs be permitted?
Pass outs will not be permitted for the Party in the Pits. Once patrons have exited the Party in
the Pits they will not be permitted entry back into the area.
Will the show proceed in the event of wet weather?
Monster Jam events take place rain or shine. Event delays or cancellations will be determined by
event officials in the lead up to and one event day. For up to date information check

How do I get to Monster Jam®?
All Monster Jam tickets INCLUDE RETURN TRAVEL on Sydney Trains, so leave the car at home and
take advantage of the additional and direct train services in place. Simply show your Monster Jam
ticket to access travel on Sydney Trains on Saturday 22 October.
Big crowds are expected for Monster Jam, as well as for other events occurring in the Sydney Olympic
Park Precinct. As such, all precinct car parks are expected to fill, so if you do decide to drive it is
essential that you pre-book your parking well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Blacktown, Seven Hills and Granville stations all have large commuter car parks with plenty of spaces.
If you're planning on driving and have not pre-booked your parking, consider parking at one of these
locations and catching a direct train to Olympic Park.

be mailed out to customers or collected from Ticketek agencies.
Patrons who have pre booked their parking must allow plenty of time to get to the Sydney Olympic
Park Precinct, park their car and get to their seat for the show. If you haven't pre-booked your parking,
patrons are strongly advised to come up with an alternative travel plan.

Where do I catch a train?
The closest train station to ANZ Stadium is Olympic Park Station.
Direct services between:


Central and Olympic Park Station will run every 15 minutes from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
Blacktown and Olympic Park Station will run every 10 minutes from 4:00pm until midnight –
stopping at Seven Hills, Westmead, Parramatta, Granville, Lidcombe and Olympic Park.
Or, catch a train to Lidcombe station then head to the Sprint Platform for a direct service to Olympic
Park Station, running every 10 minutes from 3pm until late.

Where do I catch a bus?
Sydney Buses is operating to a regular weekend timetable.
Route 525 runs between Parramatta and Burwood via Sydney Olympic Park.
Route 526 runs from the Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf to Olympic Park.
Where can I get information on public transport services for Monster Jam®?
For information on available public transport services, including service times to and from the event,
call the Transport Infoline on 131500 or visit http://www.transportnsw.info.
What’s the best route if I have to drive?
Traffic will be heavy and delays are expected on roads approaching Sydney Olympic Park, particularly
on the M4, Homebush Bay Drive, Concord Road, Woodville Road, the Hume Highway and the
Cumberland Highway. Expect delays and allow plenty of extra travel time if you’re driving in the area.
If you decide to drive, the below routes are advised and can help minimise traffic issues:

Holker Street to Sydney Olympic Park;

I am a patron with accessible needs. What assistance can I get at the Stadium?
The Stadium is a highly accessible venue. However, if you come to the Stadium with an accessibility
aid such as a walking frame, you may need to cloak it with our staff in an area close to the location of
your seat.
The Stadium staff will do all they can to assist patrons with accessibility needs, but we recommend you
get in touch with us if you have any specific questions about the Stadium, its services, or any special
requirements you may have during your visit.

What happens if I lose my ticket?
Call Ticketek on 132 869 for information on lost or stolen tickets.
Is it safe to buy tickets from scalpers?
No. You risk wasting your money on a ticket that is liable to be invalid. Re-selling tickets above face
value is a breach of the Conditions of Sale.

Can I take an umbrella into the Stadium?
Yes, but please refrain from putting it up in the seating bowl as umbrellas will obstruct the view of
other patrons. Make sure you bring a raincoat, spray jacket or poncho if the weather is not looking
great.
Can I take an esky into the Stadium?
Small eskies (up to 35cm in height, 20cm in width and 30cm in length) can be brought into the
reserved seating areas only.
Can I take a stroller into the Stadium?
Strollers are permitted entry into the Stadium but must be cloaked in the stroller bays available inside
of each Stadium entry gate. If you require assistance please see a Stadium Customer Service staff
member positioned at each gate.
Can I take binoculars?
Yes.
Can I take my mobile phone?
Yes.
Given this is a motor racing event, will it be noisy?
Because the event involves racing vehicles, it is expected that significant noise will be generated from
time to time throughout the event. While ear protection is not mandatory for the venue or the
promoter to provide, it is recommended that patrons consider ear plugs or ear muffs if they have a low
level of tolerance to noise.
Can I buy ear plugs at the Stadium?
Yes. Ear plugs will be available for purchase from all merchandise outlets located throughout the
Stadium.
What food and drink can I carry into the show?
Patrons are permitted to bring small amounts of food and drink (excluding alcohol) into ANZ Stadium.
As a guide, personal belongings, including food and drink for personal use, should be contained in a
small day pack.

Will my bag be checked?
Yes. Security checks will be carried out on all bags entering the Stadium. To help avoid delays, it’s
best to leave your bag at home if you can.
What can I purchase inside ANZ Stadium?
ANZ Stadium has a variety of retail food and beverage outlets available throughout the Stadium,
offering a wide selection of products.
Will there be alcohol available at Monster Jam®?
Yes. ANZ Stadium is a licenced premise and serves alcohol during events.
Please note: Alcohol will not be available for purchase in the Party in the Pits.
All persons entering ANZ Stadium are advised that:
 They are entering licenced premises;
 Intoxicated persons will not be permitted to enter;
 Persons in possession of liquor will not be permitted to enter;
 Checking procedures will apply to prevent persons possessing liquor from entering;
 Intoxicated persons will be removed from the premises;
 It is an offence for minors to purchase and consume liquor;
 It is an offence to purchase liquor for (or supply liquor to) minors or intoxicated persons;
 Persons supplying liquor to minors will be reported to the Police and penalties apply under the
Liquor Act 2007.

Official Monster Jam merchandise will be available.
Merchandise outlets are located inside and outside ANZ Stadium. To avoid queues, patrons are
strongly encouraged to purchase merchandise prior to entering the Stadium.

Is the Stadium a smoke free venue?
Yes. Smoking in the seating bowl and other public areas of the Stadium is not permitted. Designated
smoking areas are available. For directions to these designated smoking areas, please see an ANZ
Stadium staff member.
Will there be cash facilities available?
Limited ATMs are available outside the venue and inside the Stadium. To avoid queues, patrons are
encouraged to visit an ATM before coming to the event.
Please note: There will be no access to ATMs for Party in the Pits patrons.
Are there any public telephones?
There are limited public telephones inside ANZ Stadium, so take your mobile phone.
Will there be first aid facilities at the event?
Yes. Medical crews will be present inside the Stadium to attend to any problems, no matter how big or
small.
Will pass-outs be available at the events?
No. Pass-outs WILL NOT be permitted once you are inside ANZ Stadium.
