14th Annual Ringette Tournament
The West Ottawa Ringette Association is pleased to invite you to attend its 14th Annual
Ringette Tournament scheduled for February 9th to February 12th, 2017. We are hoping
to host divisions from U8 (Novice) to U19 (Belle) as follows:

** Game results in our tournament will count towards ranking points for the
A Provincial Championships.
Please register online below. Once registration has been submitted, a cheque (payable
to West Ottawa Ringette Association) should be mailed to the West Ottawa Ringette
Association as soon as possible, registration is first-come, first-served based on receipt
of payment. (With the exception of the A and U12 Petite Provincial divisions)
Applications will not be considered complete until a cheque has been received.
Please send a copy of your TRF as soon as it is available, but no later than January 1st,
2017.
Registration will close on Wednesday, December 1st, 2016 and teams will be notified of
their acceptance no later than Sunday, December 11th, 2016. Refunds will not be
provided to teams withdrawing after December 11th , 2016.

O.R.A. Sanctioned Event Rules and Ringette Canada Official Rules will be followed
and there will be no overtime during round-robin play. Shot clock will be used in all
games except in the U8/U9/U10 divisions. Ringette Canada on-ice rules will apply.
Complete rules will be included in your tournament package.
Games may begin as early as 8 a.m. on Friday, February 10th and we will try not to
schedule out of town teams for the early Friday games. Any Thursday night games will
be played by local teams. Please be prepared to play when scheduled.
Home teams will be required to provide a scorekeeper for each game.
Air or mechanically assisted horns are not permitted at any of the facilities.
