Admission to the program requires a 2.25 GPA in ECN coursework with at least 6 semester hours of ECN earned.

Successfully complete the Economics Program with at least a 2.0 GPA for ECN coursework.

Successfully complete a minimum of 12 semester hours in residence in courses applicable to GPA in Economics.

Successfully complete 40 semester hours in upper division (3000-4000) courses.

Successfully complete 42 semester hours in residence (minimum of 32 hours in junior and senior years, 12 of which
must be in residence senior year).

Successfully complete 120 semester hours with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Foreign language requirement (2 years HS w/ C or better, or 2 courses at the collegiate level – single language).

Successfully complete the Electronic Writing Portfolio (3 EWP appropriate submissions).

Language requirement (C or better in each ENG 1001G, ENG 1002G, and CMN 1310G or accepted substitutes.
