taste buds while measuring, pouring and practicing your math
skills, and with any luck, kids will start cooking dinners at

We’ll make a unique Valentine picture perfect for mom or

LEGO MACHINES: PULLEYS
Grades 1-4
Build a motorized crane, a conveyor belt, a garage door and many
more projects! Students will build, test, modify and investigate
a different project each week. Students will learn the difference
between a fixed pulley and a “block and tackle”. This class is

Cheer America
Be Active and Have Fun! Students learn popular cheers, chants,
choreographed pom/dance routines, parade marching techniques
and other performance skills. At the conclusion of the twelve week
session, students perform a group recital for family and friends,
and each student receives a participation medal and trophy.
Registration day Tuesday, February 3, 6pm. This will give you the
opportunity to learn about Cheer America, meet the instructor, and
purchase any cheer wear!
Registration is taken on-site through Cheer America

Indoor Rock Climbing
Ages 9-13
Roseville Parks and Recreation offers area youth a variety of
sport and recreation opportunities. Activities are age appropriate
with a focus on fun. All after school activities
are geared for both boys and girls.
Near Ball
Hang around the wall with your friends! Learn basic
climbing safety, belaying, knot techniques, rope handling
and movement on the rock. First 3 classes meet at the
RAMS climbing wall, 4th class takes place at Vertical
Endeavors. Transportation provided from RAMS
(class will run longer on trip night, orientation begins at
6pm at V.E.).

Ages 8 through adults
Work with family and friends to reach new heights!
Learn basic climbing safety, belaying, knot tying, rope
handling and movement on the rock. Learn and practice
skills at RAMS Climbing Wall. Take your newly learned
climbing skills to Vertical Endeavors for a great family
climbing experience. (note: field trip day time start at 6pm
with orientation at V.E.) Each climbing team includes one
adult and one child, $20 added to fees
for each additional person.

Adults will get 40-minutes of cardio and strength
building exercise followed by an instructor-lead
discussion on a health topic.
By the end of the session adults will have a workbook
filled with useful health resources.
Children will get at least 30 minutes of exercise
followed by a short discussion to teach them the basics of
health followed by cooking a healthy snack. At the end of
the session children will have a healthy snack cook book!
