The convenience of home delivery pharmacy
The Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Pharmacy program recently began a home delivery
pharmacy awareness campaign. Members who are not already signed up for home delivery are receiving
letters that describe the convenience and/or savings aspects of home delivery, depending on their plan
design.
Home delivery pharmacy service through PrimeMail® can mail up to a 90-day supply of maintenance
medicine to employees and their dependents. Home delivery provides convenience, and depending on the
plan design, savings.
Copies of the first two letters of the campaign are attached. Additional mailings will take place
on November 19, 2014 and January 20, 2015.

If you have questions, please contact your Horizon BCBSNJ sales executive or account manager.
Your clients and their employees have the tools to manage their health care benefits information 24/7. Members can sign
into Member Online Services at HorizonBlue.com/members to check claims, eligibility and benefits, print a new ID card,
find a participating doctor and more, or use our automated phone system. When calling, provide the member ID number
at the beginning of the call, so that we can quickly and efficiently respond to the request.
