a joint venture, “Dentsu Techno Camp,” with Dentsu Inc.
to offer IT offshore development solutions from our group.

the “Company”) with businesses in online travel, tourism in Japan, and IT offshore development around Asia with a corporate
philosophy of One Asia had its Vietnamese branch, Evolable Asia Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, CEO: Yusa Sol),
establish a joint venture, “Dentsu Techno Camp Co., Ltd.” (Head office: Ho Chi Minh, hereinafter referred to as “Dentsu Techno
Camp”), with Dentsu Inc. (Head Office: Minato Ward, Tokyo, Senior Executive Vice President : Shoichi Nakamoto, Stock Code:
4324, hereinafter referred to as “Dentsu”). Its operation is scheduled to start on April 1, 2017.
Dentsu Techno Camp was co-founded by the Company’s Vietnamese branch which has expertise in IT offshore development
in Vietnam to strengthen and expand solution development and operation system of Dentsu in the field of digital marketing
aimed at the Japanese market. The Vietnamese branch will be offering IT offshore development solutions to Dentsu Techno
Camp.

■ Background of joint venture establishment (Dentsu Techno Camp) and envisioned contents of development
With the increase of business chances in a growing market of digital marketing, the need for digital technology development
has increased. Specifically, to meet the increasing needs regarding various solutions for websites, systems and smartphone
applications, integrated services consisting of service design, the creation of screen specifications, designing, coding, image
processing, and verification is in demand.

In such market environment, Dentsu took measures to tackle the latest technology in the field of digital marketing aimed at
the domestic market, and pursued to strengthen and expand efficient and stable solution development and operation system.
Dentsu’s pursuit to strengthen the development and operation in the field of digital marketing matched the Company
group’s vision to provide more extensive services in Vietnam, and thus a joint venture was co-founded to exchange know-how
and resources.
■ The provision of IT offshore development solutions from the Company group
The Company’s entity in Vietnam, Evolable Asia Co., Ltd., has the most extensive IT offshore development platform and
development know-how among Japanese-affiliated companies in Vietnam and is planning on offering IT offshore
development solutions of the Company group to the newly established Dentsu Techno Camp.
By forming alliances with the new company, “Dentsu Techno Camp,” and Dentsu, the Company group will be offering
services to strengthen Dentsu’s competitiveness and provide more extensive value-added services in the digital marketing field.
Evolable Asia Co., Ltd. will also pursue further business expansion and development.
