The development will consist of a large onshore LNG plant at the Burrup LNG Park, with 36” flowline from an unmanned riser platform 190 km (118 miles) from shore at 85 m (279 feet) water depth. The drilling center will be located further out at 850 m (2,789 feet) water depth. Subsea equipment from FMC will thus be some of the largest for true deepwater application. 4 Five (5) 7” x 2” Large Bore Gas Trees rated for 6,650 psi 4 One (1) 8-slot manifold with 14” headers (estimated weight 300 tons) 4 One (1) pigging manifold with 20” headers (estimated weight 300 tons) 4 Flowline termination assemblies and active pipe supports 4 MEG Distribution System 4 Seven (7) Subsea Distribution Units 4 Rigid Spool of 20”, 14” and 7” diameter 4 Workover equipment 4 Full suite of connection tools Pluto will utilize the new WEL Gas Tree Standard (GTS), which are conventional 7” trees with 18-3/4” interface to accommodate both workover riser and wellhead. The tree system features a separate flow module with integrated production choke, wet gas meter, MEG injection system and instrumentation. Pluto will be the first Woodside operated project to utilize FMC’s tie-in system Stabcon. Due to different pipeline sizes, FMC will deliver Stabcon 1 and Stabcon 2 tie-in systems. Stabcon 1 has been developed for deepwater projects such as Girassol and Stabcon 2 has been developed for larger flowline diameters as for Ormen Lange.
