Concentrated PCL3 liquid dyes
for coloration of polycarbonate
SCOPE
Concentrated PCL3 liquid dyes are suitable for coloration,
by dipping, of bear polycarbonate material.
Implementation is very easy and doesn’t require any special equipment:
Essential dyeing ingredients are already contained in our concentrated
product.
CHARACTERISTICS
Fast, stable and even.
No modification of transparency and glossy of PC items.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR
USE
→ Prepare a bath containing:
100 ml concentrated PCL3 liquid dyes PCL3 + 900 ml demineralized water at 50°C
. Heat up to 85°C ± 5° C.
. Let stabilize.
→ Dip PC lenses during 5 to 20 min, according to intensity.
.Low agitation is required.
→ Rinse immediately with hot water. Let dry.
. A preliminary test must be performed on coated PC material.
DISCOLORATION
It’s possible to remove color which is inconvenient.
Dip pieces for a few minutes in a bath of GGB solvent at 50-100 ml/l
and then, rinse with water.
SHADES
A range of 30 standard colors is available and many colors can be
achieved through mixing.
STANDARD
PACKAGING
Plastic jerrycan of 1, 5 or 10 litres.
STORAGE
6 months in tightly closed packaging.
