Panasonic UK Ltd: Blu-ray Avatar Spring 2011 Promotion
Promotion period: 1st May 2011 – 31st August 2011.
1.To qualify for your copy of Avatar 3D, Ice Age 3, Animals United, and Gullivers
Travels 3D Blu-ray discs, you must purchase one of the selected Panasonic 3D
Blu-ray players, recorders or 3D Blu-ray Home Theatre Systems, from an
authorised Panasonic dealer, between 1st May 2011 and 31st August 2011.
2.To redeem your complimentary copy of Avatar 3D, Ice Age 3, Animals United
and Gulliver’s Travels 3D Blu-ray discs. Complete and send this claim form
with a copy of your till receipt to the following address: Avatar Spring 2011
Promotion, Panasonic UK, PO Box 716, High Wycombe, HP11 1XT.
3.Discs will be sent to UK and ROI addresses only.
4.Avatar 3D, Ice Age 3, Animals United and Gulliver’s Travels 3D are only
available while stocks last and no responsibility can be taken should this film
not be available at the time of your claim. In the instance of your choice of
Blu-ray title not being available, an alternative 3D title may be supplied.
5.Each application will be responded to within 28 days from receipt of your claim.
All Discs will be despatched after 20th April 2011 due to the release dates
Gulliver’s Travels (Public Release May 2011).
6.If you have not received your discs 45 days after posting, please contact the
administration team on Tel 01344 706723 or email [email protected]
(with ‘Avatar Spring 2011 Promotion’ as the subject).
7.No responsibility can be taken for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
8.The closing date for all claims is 30th September 2011.
9.Panasonic UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as
necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
10.Any personal information supplied by you will be used by Panasonic solely for
the purpose of administering this promotion.
11.By submitting this claim, applicants are deemed to have read and accepted
