Aims
This project focuses on
undernourishment, which has
been left unattended due to
obesity being one of the main
focus points of the public.
Method
• To shed light on what the
pharmacy can do to inform
costumers
• Which kind of information
costumers are interested in
knowing
Results
• Primary research:
- Survey (customers)
• Secondary research:
- Documents
(div. Litterature and brochures)
Results
• The participants in the survey are between
the age of 60 and 90.
• The test reveals that 40 % of the participants prefer to
consult their doctor about “undernourishment”,
• whereas 14 % prefer to ask at the pharmacy.

Results
• The majority wishes to seek information
about the subject in the form of a booklet.
Results
• The customers knowledge about what an
undernourished person should eat, is poor.
• 74 % do not give the right answer. However, they do
know the consequences of undernourishment.
Results
• 28% are either undernourished
or knows someone who is.
Conclusions
• We shall publish a booklet about
this topic
• Raise customer awareness
about the pharmacy
• Clear examples of what an
undernourished person should
eat
