Recipe Corner:
Deviled Eggs with
a Kick!
6 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise,
salad dressing or half-andhalf
1 tablespoon chopped fresh
parsley
1 teaspoon prepared
horseradish
1/2 teaspoon ground
mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. Boil eggs in water for
20 minutes. Immediately
run cold water over them
until cooled.
2. Remove shells. Cut in
half lengthwise.
3. Transfer yolks into a
small bowl and add
remaining ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Use teaspoon to fill
the egg whites with yolk
mixture.
6. Cover and refrigerate
for up to 24 hours.
7. Enjoy!

close to the air conditioning units - they need air too! Out of respect
for your neighbors and the whole community, please keep your
outdoor areas free from clutter and debris. If you need more storage
space, please contact us at the office and we’ll try to help find some
for you.

Notes from the Management Office
It’s Springtime and gardens everywhere are rarin’ to go. But please
remember to respect our community when exercising those green thumbs!
We encourage all our residents to make your home comfortable and
pleasant. Flower beds outside are encouraged. When planting your
flowers keep in mind – you must maintain your garden by weeding, do not
plant vines on the bricks, and all plantings must be away from the AC
condensers. Plantings around the condensers will be removed because
the condensers need air circulation to function.
We also have a community garden for vegetables! Call the office to
reserve your space in the Community Garden. (Vegetables cannot be
planted in the patio areas).
