High Elements: The high elements philosophy is “challenge by choice.” Every participant in the high elements program chooses his or her own level of difficulty. Then our staff and the participant’s team support each individual to step out of that comfort zone and accomplish his or her goal. *Challenge course programs require a minimum of eight people at the time of registration. Elements course participants must be age 12 or older, and participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
