Formatting Format Text: Use the commands in the Font group in the Home tab, or click the Dialogue Box Launcher in the Font Group to open the Dialogue Box. Copy Formatting with the Format Painter: Select the text with the formatting you want to copy and click button in the Home tab. Select the text you want to apply the format to. Indent a Paragraph: Click group. Decrease a Paragraph: Click Paragraph group. Paste Text: Place cursor at place to insert > click Paste button in the Clipboard group. Insert a Comment: Select text where that you want to comment on > click Review tab > click New Comment button in Comments group > type comment > click outside comment text box.
