How often have you wished for a longer key to reduce operator back
injuries?
The VARIO T-handle and rod are of Stainless Steel and both telescopic,
ensuring improved ergonomics, and an efficient torque transfer, therefore
easing user operation. For deeper shaft-use, the key can be further
extended by an optional supplementary telescopic rod.
How often have you wished you had less operating keys in your service
vehicles?
The VARIO Coupling-Sockets, both Standard and Non-Standard, provide a
universal inter-changeability, capable of replacing many of the Operating keys
required to operate the various valve types with their respective operatingheads. The greater the number of available Coupling-Sockets, the greater the
universal advantages of the Key!
How often have you wished avoiding the excavation of a valve, due to its
inoperable position within a shaft?
The VARIO Universal Coupling-Joint allows the user to operate valves that
have over years of use, tipped to one side within a shaft, and therefore no
longer allowing standard key operation. The Coupling-joint also allows similar
advantages to the VARIO Ratchet, when used in place of the T-handle.
How often have you wished that a valve operation had not been restricted
by obstructions around the shaft?
The VARIO Ratchet can be used as an alternative to the T-handle, to allow
more unrestricted use of the Operating Key, even in difficult conditions i.e.
obstructed T-bar access to shafts by vehicles, walls, trees or lamp-posts etc!
How often have you wished not to have had to walk 500m to a task,
only to find out you have the wrong keys/tools with you?
The VARIO Carrying-bag is the ideal accompaniment for the Operating
Key and accessories. Where direct vehicle access is impossible, the 10 kg set
and the appropriate alternative accessories, can be easily transported over
the shoulder of the user, leaving hands free for other equipment.
N.B. The VARIO Operating Key is delivered as a standard set in a padded, shoulder bag with internal
zipped pocket (for accessories)

The VARIO Ratchet
is made of chrome vanadium steel
and is chrome plated – one-way.

strengthened stainless steel connector with
securing screw for interchargeble coupling
sockets.
The VARIO Sockets
are made of stainless steel,
with a few exceptions in malleable
cast iron.
