The Greenhouse function room boasts an appetising selection of menus to suit all tastes and
requirements, from breakfast through to dinner! Select an arrangement of light finger food or an
indulgent three course menu. Alternate menus for special dietary requirements are available.
The brand new $3 million Country Club, home of The Greenhouse, is situated overlooking the
picturesque 1st & 9th fairways and surrounding bushland, featuring vast windows to maximise
the stunning view and offer natural light and features in-built audio visual equipment.
The Greenhouse Function Room is suitable to accommodate both larger and smaller events with
the delicious menus inspired and sourced from the kitchen garden!

Duration
A start & finish time for your event will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Guests are invited to make use of the Country Club Bar & Lounge between any event times.
The Country Club License requires that the function conclude by 11.30pm. Last drinks will be served at
11.15pm and guests requested to leave by 11.30pm.
Bookings & Deposit
A detailed proposal and agreement will be submitted to you.
To confirm your event a deposit (amount pending total numbers/event cost) and the signed agreement must be
returned within 14 days.
Payment & Final Numbers
Confirmation of minimum numbers for catering are required 5 working days prior to the event. You are welcome
to increase your numbers after this time, however you cannot reduce from this number.
A final invoice will be provided upon confirmation of final number, 5 working days before your event, with the final
payment due prior to the event.
Menu Choices
Your full menu selection is required four weeks prior to your event date.
Some variations to dishes may occur from time to time based on seasons & availability of products.
Dietary Requirements
Please advise The Greenhouse of any requirements when you confirm the final numbers.
An additional charge of $3.00pp applies if more than three different dietary requirements are needed. Please
mark on your table plan where these guests will be seated.
Minimum Numbers
A Minimum of 20 guests apply to all packages for function menus, and to waive a room hire.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of events with 20 or more guests, the following cancellation policies apply:
• Cancellation made more than 1 month in advance – return of deposit.
• Cancellation made 14-30 days in advance – loss of deposit.
• Cancellation made less the 13 days in advance – loss of deposit and remaining balance.
All cancellations must be made in writing.

Bump In & Bump Out Times
Generally, set up of the function room for your event is completed on the afternoon before your event, however
this is confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Should you require external contractors to complete set up within your
space please contact our team for approved times.
Set up, Décor & Styling
All major furniture items, fixtures & fittings must remain as styled or positioned. Nothing is to be nailed, glued or
taped to any wall, door, or other part of Pacific Dunes Golf & Country Club.
Standard set up for a seated meal includes round or rectangle tables for 8 or 10 people, set with white table
cloths, cutlery, napkins, water.
Buffet and prize tables set to the side
Banquets and working luncheons have a plate seat at each seat on arrival.
Additional styling options can be arranged.
Alcohol
Our venue is fully licenced - BYO is not available.
Alcohol consumption is monitored throughout the reception to ensure the responsible service of alcohol. All event
staff have a valid RSA certificate and will maintain standards of RSA guidelines at all times.
Beverage selection and pricing is subject to change based on availability.
Cash & Eftpos facilities are available for guest use (no cash out facilities)
Audio Visual
A small sound system suitable for an MP3 player, and microphone is available for use if required.
A projector & screen is available on application. Equipment must be handled by the PDGC team only.
