Lehman Booster Minutes from Dec. 7, 2015 Meeting
Meeting Attendees: Lucinda Gonzalez, Victoria Rangel , Erin Powell, Sandra Gutierrez, Debra Dotson,

Topics Adressed:
Directors Report- upcoming information about fees for contest via email coming soon.
Treasurers Report- Balance after check payment to Ellie’s Greenhouse clears $5438.33.
Past Events – Poinsettias sold (105)- Money distributed to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place participants.
Spring show order ad form will be finished with the inclusion of Bid for inside cover (front/back).
*Ms. Powell will be doing order form, also we will get quote from print shop to do program booklet.
*Will confirm Estela’s father-in-law to do complete sample of program free of labor costs.
*Definite start of selling ads January after Booster monthly meeting.
*agreed program to be 50 pages..all prices have gone up $10 per size of ad from last year’s prices.
*Victoria Rangel will be in charge of this year’s slideshow.
*Agreed upon April 1st for official due date for all ads to be in.
All in agreement to fund and coordinate charter bus transportation for March Competition to Galveston.
* We will be doing a fundraiser to offset some costs for transportation beginning January, it will entail
the sale of popcorn through the Deanan Company ( this has had success through other
schools in our district).
* We want the team to be involved and participate so we will ask for participation to at least raise $25
Toward the bus cost or if they prefer not to participate they can pay $25 by February for travel.
Booster to also help with competition cost discussed but not yet set. Amount spoken
Of was $1000.00 ( last year it was $1200.00).
Booster Christmas Party rescheduled to Dec. 17th at 7pm at The Grind House in Kyle. $10 white
elephant.

Last but not least I really appreciate everyone who is involved with our organization. At the end of the
day our main purpose is for our girls to have the opportunities, the resources, and the ability to succeed
in every form and shape possible.
I appreciate your confidence in me and I am grateful for every person who is helping this club be a
success.
