GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR HIRING IRM

The inventory must be completed by the hirer on arrival. (breakages , inventory incomplete etc…).

The hirer must check the cleanliness (fridge , wc , shower , dishes ; etc…)
The mobile home is clean : yes : no :

The hirer is responsible for the state of all materials and for the whole area .
(The dining table and chairs must not be taken outside).

If hiring a mobile home a deposit of 250€ must be paid .

If the cleaning has not been done a charge of 50€ per hour will be added to the bill.


The cleaning will be done by the hirer : yes : no :

The mobile home will be checked at 10 a.m. on the departure day, (your deposit will be returned if there has been no
domage , breakages etc …).

Smoking is forbidden inside the mobile home.

