Pressthelargecircleinthemiddleofthehandheldunittoturntheuniton.
Onceswitchedonthesplitdisplaywillnowbeseen.
Theupperpartofthescreenshowstheheatpadscurrenttemperature.
ThelowerpartofthescreenshowstheSETtemp.
TochangethesettemppresstheMbuttonsothehandsymbolisshowninlowerlefthandscreen.
Thenpresseitherupordownarrowtoincreaseordecreasethetempdisplayed.
Oncecomplete,iftheheatpadtemperatureisnowlowerthanthesettemperatureittakesaprox2
–3minutesfortheunittoswitchintoheatmodewhichisindicatedbytheflashingwavylinesymbol
indicatingthepadisheating.TheunitisNOTfaultyitwilltake2–3minutesfortheunittoswitchto
heatmode.
Theunitwillthencontinuetoswitchonandofftomaintainthedesiredtemperature.(Theheatsign
willbeflashingonandoffdependinguponwhethertheunitisheatingthepad)Eachandeverytime
thedesiredtempisreachedtheheatsignwillalwaysdisappear.

tothetempoftheheatpad.
Wesuggestthisbesetto0Theheatpadwillthenadjustautomaticallyby–or+1degree,this

The‘HOt’symbolcanbesetforthemaxworkingtempfortheheatpad.Thismaywishtobe
adjustedaccordingtothebreedorsizeofthepet.
Thethermostatwillcutoffasasafetyprecautionensuringifthetemperatureisaccidentlychanged
inthemainscreentoahighertemperaturetheunitwillnotexceedthepre-settemperature,
ensuringtheheatpadneveroverheats.(Toreturntothemainscreenpressthecirclebutton)
Tocontinuetothenextsetupscreenpress‘M’onceagain.

Thisfunctionisusedtoautomaticallyswitchtheunitoffaftertherequiredamountofpre-sethours,
from1to12hours.
Setusingtheupanddownarrowstoselecttheamountofhourstheheatmatisrequiredtostayon.
(Toachievecontinual24hrrunningoftheunitenteravalueof‘0’underthe‘tIN’setting)
PressMagaintoreturntomainscreen.
Themainscreenwillshowthetempofmatandsettempandtheclockintherighthandcornerwill
beflashing,iftheclockhasbeenset.
Itispossibletoswitchbetweenecomodeandnormalmodebypressingthe‘M’buttonwhenthe
mainscreenisdisplayedthescreenwilldisplayeitherthehandorthemoonsymbol.Underthe
moonsymbolasettingofupto40degreescanbemade.
Themoonsettingcanbeselectedwhenalowerrunningtemperatureisrequiredi.e.duringtheday
timewhentheambienttemperatureislikelytobehigher.
